Long time customer, the food is always fresh and tasty. There was a technical glitch with the online order I placed recently, but Jack the manager did everything he could to make it right. It's probably best to place orders via phone or in person, rather than online. Totally worth it, staff is great and the sushi is excellent. 5 stars. Will buy again.

I placed the order online and it was not registered in their system so I ended up waiting. But the problem was with the Sashimi where I found 2 thorns. The place doesn't have a customer service to express my disappointment, hence the review

Well done to the young lady who is dealing with all the coffee making. But now it is 12 15 pm the tables, are disgusting cups water bottle crumbs accross the board it's actually very disgusting and loads of people are coming in and walking out I think alot of money is getting lost today, I wish I could publish the photos. I am pretty share you could look back on the security camera. Like I said the young lady who is making all coffee is trying

The waiter/barman was very abrupt and when I tried to speak to him about this he tried to walk around me then later accusing me of getting in his way. Untrained staff with no manners worked off their feet. I would go to a pub round the corner instead.
