Chips were good. Haddock was OK but the batter was a bit greasy. Seats and general decor quite shabby and in need of a refurb. Overall nothing special.

The chips were hard and not very hot. Overpriced and not very pleasant . Small portion and really didn't enjoy it which was disappointing as was very hungry

Basically, this particular pizza hut has absolutely ZERO concept of 'EXTRA MUSHROOMS...' I must have ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms about ten times over the past year, and every single time without fail the mushroom content of my pizza has averaged about one slice of mushroom per slice of pizza IF I'M LUCKY.. It's genuinely akin to a maximum of one half of an actual mushroom per pizza. I honestly couldn't have any less mushrooms if I tried to grow my own mushrooms and completely failed to grow a single bloody mushroom. Now, I'm fully aware that mushrooms don't cost that much, coz believe it or not I buy mushrooms myself quite frequently, so what gives exactly?!?.. I can only assume that if I ordered a pizza from here with just mushrooms instead of mushrooms + extra mushrooms then my pizza would likely come with absolutely no mushrooms at all, because if this is extra mushrooms then they must be completely omitting the first wave of mushrooms that constitute the extra mushrooms actually being the 'extra' mushrooms. I have waited this long to write my review as I have emailed the restaurant but have not had, to date, a response from them so this tells me even more about their service. I'll keep this as brief as I can. We went for my sons 18th, there were incorrect orders, cold steak, a broken cup served to my 85 year old dad, who cut his lip on it, and my mum was extremely ill for a few days afterwards, she had the fish and chips. Dont get me wrong, the cup was replaced, the steak taken away and warmed up but this should not have happened in the first place. In total over £400 spent on this night, my younger sons order was wrong so he didn't eat it, and I was pretty embarrassed by this point to call them over yet again and my son said he didnt want anything anyway after that and yes, I paid for a full plate of food, I know, my fault. The staff were pleasant and helpful enough when called over but honestly they could have taken more notice of everything coming to the table so we didn't have these issues, had they even bothered to respond to my email sent a few weeks ago I may have had an outcome from it to tell you, but alas no response. I saved hard for this special evening and was disappointed so I would advise you to save your money or spend it somewhere else.

Service was extremely friendly but the food was poor Chips were frozen and slightly undercooked, and everything was bland, cheap and low quality £15 for a few frozen scampi and some undercooked frozen chips is terrible value and there are some much much better options next door

Went for Lunch with my mum, firstly they seemed put out that I had to ask about allergies. Our waitress was nice. When the food came out I was handed some vegan mayo, and just before I was about to use it I looked at the BBE 11/2023!! 8 months out of date!

What a disappointment. Poped in for a bottle of wine and lunch. Only had sandwiches and only white bread. No Sauvignon blanc No Pinot Grigio blush. What a shambles

Best chicken shop in southend chicken is always nice and fresh and hot even when delivered all the way to eastwood and the staff are always polite and welcoming this has been my go to place f9r a while now and will be for as long as the service is like it is now 😀

Visited this takeaway restaurant for cheap but delicious food with a big portion of food. Always my choice when I did not want to cook. I strongly recommend Singapore noodles
