Horrible food every dish like water will not be bk

Partner and I came a few weeks back disgusting food and service. Rice was stone cold so we complained they brung out a temperature probe to test and was well below legal standards as partner is a chef of 10 years and I work in the catering industry. Staff saw the temperature on the probe and continued to try and tell us that it was fine to eat. This could KILL someone. We asked for a refund and was refused even though we hadn't eaten anything but a mouthful each and we even offered to pay for our drinks but we wanted refund for the food. Only when we mentioned calling environmental health they offered us part refund. This place is completely vile and advise no one to ever eat here.

ONLY 1 STAR FOOD HYGIENE RATING, NO WONDER EVERYONE IS FEELING UNWELL AFTER!! Absolutely disappointing 😞 inedible food and a very disgruntled owner is definitely a recipe for disaster. The best thing about that eatery is when we left. Also the price was misleading as well.

Had my sister function here. Would highly recommend. The food was so delicious everyone complemented the deal and vegtable dish. Everything was tasty. New management has really made the difference and the chefs did a great job. Thank you

I’m a regular buffet goer and by far this was the worst buffet experience. Food was bland. Felt sick afterwards. For £15 you’ll get your money’s worth elsewhere. However, staff were polite it’s a shame that the quality of the food is so poor. There was even a sign saying under new management 🙄

Either this place has massively changed in a week or there are a lot of very fussy people out there. Between the wife and I we tried all the dishes and I've had better but I've had a damn site worse too. For 15 quid all you can eat the food was tasty, meaty, loads of it and with all the traditional Indian side dishes thrown in. The Sag aloo and beef curry were particularly good. You can bring your own wine, beer or other beverage too, keeping the cost down and ensuring you have your favourite tipple. Long review but I really had to say something as if this place was sketchy it certainly isn't anymore.

Didn't have a 2nd plate and felt sick after the first. food was disgusting worst buffet ever. Party of 5 we paid reluctantly and all left after 10 minutes after arrival and got some n food elsewhere.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Worst buffet iv ever been to. Aggressive staff and do not know basic health and hygiene. Rice / Food was cold, staff member used a food probe as he said I was lying and the temperature was well under the legal minimum Infront of both our eye's, he then refused to talk about the temperature. Would not refund me or my girlfriend even though I only had one cold bite of food before asking for a refund. I was polite as I could be and was met with all hostility and rudeness. As well as this, the choice was the most limited buffet I have ever seen and iv been in the catering industry as a chef for 10 years. Other paying customers in the restaurant was laughing about how bad the food and service was. If you eat here you run the risk of getting sick 🤢. I ignored the reviews and gave it a go and seriously regretted it.

There isn't much choice. Indian was lovely. Chinese wasn't nice according to hubby and son but chicken nuggets were ok. Staff were lovely.

Food is not what is described. Only 1 thing here that's Chinese everything else is curry based. None of the food tasted fresh. Staff were friendly but didn't really know much and basically just stood around. The desert isn't worth trying absolutely nasty and such poor choice concidering it's a buffet. Drinks were warm and no music so atmosphere was dead.

The food was terrible, below par! Half filled trays, freezer frost ice cream and over priced drinks! No wonder we were the only customers at that buffet at the time. The upside was that the serving staff were really friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t chance it! I would give it a zero rating to be honest.

All food was tasting the same. Over cooked veggies and tasteless desserts. Place was empty but not necessarily their fault. The chicken curry was the only thing that tasted good.... But then everything was like chicken curry. Reminded of Mayas at the top of town without the pizza, pasta and ice cream machine. Paid nearly £15 each, was worth around £5.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, this is not a world cuisine buffet but an extremely overpriced poor excuse of an Indian buffet, the highlight was a fresh slice of lemon in the coke, my garbage bin husband wouldn’t even eat it and as you can tell from the name he eats anything

We came here with our service users who has autism and learning disability. Staff there were very understanding and friendly. They had wheelchair access and they helped us to purée and mash the foods according to our service users needs. They have wide range of food options suitable for vegetarians as well. We were a group of 19 people and the place was very spacious. I would highly recommend this place.

Do not eat here!! Food is at least 3 days old, my friend got food poising from the meat. There are flies all over the food. Promised a refund and when went in to get it, staff got aggressive and was only bothered about the bad review left. Would not give us refund. Another couple also walked out as this was happening because of the state of the food. No idea how this place has not been shut down with the 1* hygiene rating. Avoid at all costs unless you want a couple days on the toilet.

It was an amazing experience with South sea Express Cuisine . They're service was really good and food was outstanding specially Chicken tikka masala, Lamb Curry and Sag Aloo was very delicious . All food was fresh and Healthy . Me and my friend had launch. We did enjoyed our launch they have very good environment for customers and plenty of space as well .

Food tasted and felt frozen. No flavour. Only serve soft drinks that were massively overpriced . Not even any wine or beers. Wasn't any people in other than is and another couple who also were massively disappointed. We both were sat near the window. I assume to create the idea of a busy place. All the food was luke warm at best. Spring rolls had no filling other than 2 prices of vermicelli noodles. Most disappointing meal in a while. The most flavourful dish was the chicken korma that had over cooked chicken. And the only reason for that was it tasted entirely of coconut. Shameful. Please do not go here. Save your £15 per person.

Don't come here. The noodles were hard The rice was old and the amount of oil they use on the food was ridiculous the chicken in the chicken poppers were really hard and a member of staff kept giving me food even though we said we was full

Terrible place. Food labels un readable so no idea what some of the dishes were. No taste in the couple of things I did eat. No alcohol. Service bad man took napkins away ? Been here before COVID and was lovely then but new owners now and food totally different.

For 15£ per person is not worth at all. Food is not good quality and it’s terrible atmosphere. Guy who greet people was in another space didn’t even understood what we asked and another guy just started to answer our questions. Food options were minimum. Watermelon was not edible as started to rot. Chinese noodles were disgusting as tasted as burned oil. Vegetable options was tomato, cucumber and iceberg lettuce with carrots. No sea food at all!!!Toilets are in the basement, hard to find and there is a lot of doors. No toilet paper in some cubicles. No soap. No mirrors in men’s restroom. Terrible. Please avoid at all costs.

Lovely place for a date. New management has improved the place a lot. The food was spectacular! Amazing customer service! Definitely coming back for round two.

New managment have definitely turned this place around. Customer service was very good- main manager was a great host! Food was up to standard and great variety. Saleh (front man) was nice and friendly and it’s a family friendly environment. Would recommend to others for sure :)

Found Southsea by accident.. ignore the scores I've given because newly open and we visited about 4pm on a Thursday. 2 hour parking outside for about £2 & 5 min walk from high Street so easy to find . No bar but good shop opposite to buy beer etc . ( stock cobra in tins ) Food was self service as not many through the food obviously had was not refreshed whilst there . However it did not taste dry or lacking in taste . Basically Chinese type food one side & Indian the other . Not lots of choice but plenty for the value of £7.95 !!! & we all like different things and we all agreed there was enough for us and what we had we enjoyed !! Also icecreams & cake available should you have a sweet tooth I would say it's a good lunch time eaterie rather than a night out , but maybe a younger crowd mighty enjoy it more in an evening as looks like it would be a relaxed atmosphere. We would use again for the price as better than McDonald's or a cafe

One of the worst places I have ever eaten, food so weird even a dog would run a mile. Went here thinking was going to east, saw changed ownership so thought would give it a go. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, All curry dishes were meat with bones, korma was mini chicken drumsticks in sauce more watery than cheap soup. Same as the lamb curry. Everything was so dry and tasteless, The food labels were just postit notes with no allergy labelling, had hash browns with some red stuff inside, I questioned the owner and he said it had “cheese and bits in”, I told him that I can’t have cheese so it should be noted down that they are cheese. Uncomfortable atmosphere, £1.50 for a can of Diet Coke, we’re charging for tap water. No desserts at all, everything looked morbid. Asked if we had Chas to pay instead of card (obviously to avoid paying vat) PLEASE DON’T EVEN CONSIDER GOING NEAR, SPEND WELL EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Didnt no this place existed until we drove past and saw it was half price.The food was ok not much to choose from but ehat i had was tasty and my daughter liked what she had her meal was £5.99 which i think should stay to get customers.The food didnt get filled up when was low so there was few empty dishes.It was resoanably prices at £7.99 an adult which was value for money considering twhat selection there was.The staff didnt speak much english abd service wasnt cery good.

It smelt like dog food and didn't taste much better. The food was tepid, the selection limited and the atmosphere non-existent. I had a better experience at the canteen in Chernobyl and, ironically, that food didn't make me ill. Currently sitting on the pan full of regret. Never before have I paid money for such filth.

Not only is there an absolute BLANKET of people saying to avoid this place, but the absolute tide of people, all with names suggesting they're related to the owner, all of which have only ever made one review on Google (this one, which is a glowing 5 stars), all of whom appeared at the same time to put the fake reviews on, is not only frankly pathetic but should also be illegal. If you put as much effort into making edible food that doesn't poison you as you did into lying about your own trade, you wouldn't have to lie about your own trade.

Chicken wings were raw, rice was overcooked in the Ben Marie, deserts were old, food in overall was not very fresh some of it from lunch time! No apology when I let them know politely, and charged in full! I will not be back for sure! And I recommend people to be careful with what they have!

This was not a good place to eat. First things first. We were the only people in the restaurant! We asked for two drinks of fizz, one wirh ice and one without. The waiter gave us our drinks... He then pointed at one drink and said I think that has the ice... neither had ice. The sauces had flies all over it and overall looked disgusting. Limited food choice and the food we did eat was barely eatable. The only reason to come here is if you're feeling a bit constipated or looking to lose weight! 😂 The only thing I can't complain about is the £1 cheesecake from Iceland. This place needs huge improvement or it will be closed soon.

Times state that it closes after lunch and before dinner... we called at gone 3 and they said they were open... we got there at 5 and quickly realised it wasn't going to be an enjoyable experience. Pretty sure the food was out all day and certainly wasn't stirred up as everything had a skin on it. Beef and black bean sauce tasted rancid and like vinegar. Eggs in the egg curry were grey and quite disgusting. I stirred up the dry noodles in the tray and the ones on the bottom were black and stuck together. There was my family of 4 and one other person in there. We saw him spit his food out too so we weren't the only ones thinking it was disgusting. We only ate a small amount and told our kids to stop eating just incase we all have to fight for the toilet tomorrow. My partner told the waitress we didn't want it and will not be paying for the food. So drinks paid for we left. I do not understand how this place is allowed to serve food like this. Clear to say we will not be going here again nor recommend it to anyone.

For a budget type buffet restaurant, one should be generous in awarding a 5* rating as long the food, ambiance, customer service is reasonably good. If one was expecting a genuinely 5 star experience with top notch quality, then this rating would obviously seem very generous. I say let us encourage and advocate this type of outlets so that people have a wide ranging choices.

Absolutely horrific ! Dire selection, poor customer service and absolutely no atmosphere. Food that was there (barely anything) was disgusting. Wasn’t even worth the discounted price.

Me and two of my friends walked past this place and the advertisement board outside intrigued us, so we decided to go in. After being seated, we were given a drinks menu with no alcohol, which was the first eyebrow raise, however, we were told we could go to the off licence opposite and get some of our own beers, so we did, and that was the best part. The food was dry and I dread to think about how long it had all been sat there. A bloke actually walked in whilst we ate and looked at us to say “I was here yesterday and I’m sure this salad is from yesterday!”. Which made me chuckle as my friend finished his mouthful of ‘salad’ with a look of concern. Chinese, Indian, Thai, Turkish, and if I’m not mistaken the sign may have even said Italian. Well, there were a couple of curries, egg fried rice and a supposed chow mein, but to say their advertisement was a slight miss off the mark, would be an understatement. I don’t normally write reviews, but it was the worst food and dining experience I’ve had in the Southend area. No air con in 23 degrees heat and flies which made it feel like we were on safari in the Kruger national park. The owner didn’t seem to care when we pointed out our views and the poor waitress seemed to have to deal with it all on her own, bless her. Avoid this place like the plague.

Never again. The food was shocking, tasteless , very little choice and no desserts - if this place is still open in a few months I will be amazed. We got the 50% discount but I would never have paid the £17 full price ! Wasn’t even worth half price. Most of the food was also cold. Avoid avoid avoid. The only time I have walked out of an eat what you like still hungry !!

Food was ok but no Italian or Turkish as advertised but the Chinese and Indian was ok .....the sweet was very minimal... staff???!! The draw back is you can't have any alcohol as we were told it's all Hala restaurant.... Ordered a a Fanta but it did not arrive until we went to the bar and asked for it again .... they don't clear the plats of the table ....it was half price for a limited time so for £17.50 all in was great so with £20 including tips you can't complain but I don't think they will last for long as the whole restaurant staff don't have a clue about hospitality

I booked for my daughter’s wedding anniversary and it was for 125 guest. Food was really tasty and the choice was vast. Service was fantastic and it has really improved from its past self . I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Well I don’t know where to start….. false advertising is an understatement, when you look at the website it looks a fantastic venue, food and drinks. The venue is more food hall style, no alcoholic drinks served, not even wine. No sign of the cocktails shown on the website, the food was beyond awful, help your self buffet style with added flies!!! If you did want to eat it there was very little to choose from and what was available was dreadful. Lots of empty dishes, There was a prawn curry which did not have 1 single prawn in it, just veg, chicken black bean sauce which was absolutely vial with chicken so dried out and hard I couldn’t even chew it, plain boiled rice which was dried out and hard. Chicken Chow mien which was sloppy and flavourless and I did not find 1 piece of chicken in it. Oh and not forgetting the fish fingers and onion rings, yes nothing more than a basic, cheap, frozen fish finger and onion rings from Iceland. And just for good measure everything was just about Luke warm, god know how long it had been sitting there. I wish I had seen the reviews before I went there and not just looked at the fantastic food etc on the website. I seriously have had better microwave ready meals….never again 🤢

Disgraceful. Was very disappointed on arrival considering the pictures that has been advertised looked nothing like the actual inside Aswell as the food. Hardly any options of food at all, food was cold and rock hard where it had been sitting there all day. The atmosphere was like a funeral, no music, very quiet, empty restaurant. On arrival just was sat down and left. Had to ask how the buffet works, no customer service was provided. We had to go up to get our drinks after waiting 15 minutes. Staff were not clear and seemed very disinterested to even be there. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, left starving as the food had no flavour, cold and tbh I thought I was going to get food poisoning from there luckily I didn’t.. probably because I picked at about 3 things on my plate as it was disgusting food. Cheap for a reason!

myself and friend came in, food was cold and chicken balls were grey, had one plate and didn’t even finish as did not trust the food one bit , chow mein had random chopped tomatoes on the top, and no one collected our plates that were left on our table the entire duration we was in there as we was there for a while. not worth it at all

EDIT- we have noticed fake reviews and continuous complaints about the place and no sign of improvement which is a shame. So my husband and I visited yesterday for dinner. We didn't have very high expectations as we had read reviews beforehand but decided to try it out for ourselves. We agree with alot of what the other reviews said, the place is not up to scratch but we hoped it had some potential. We absolutely loved Tangs and were gutted when they closed so really hope this place gets better. Just a few points to raise: -Lids for the food containers (only for certain dishes that wouldn't dry out) would help to keep food hot, fresh and keep flies away. The dessert selection really needs to be away from the hot food and kept refridgerated, especially now as we hit summer. It was room temperature and melty. This goes for salad too, it tasted fine just didn't feel fresh. -Labels on food - had no idea what any of it was - this causes all kinds of issues, main one being any allergies/intolerance/dietary preferences. And when I overheard a couple of people ask about what things were, the staff seemed a bit clueless. Definitely have some communication there with staff about what is being served so they can confidently answer! - Variety of food - obviously the place has only just opened so going to be tough at the start but you definitely need more variety. Especially when advertising such a wide range of cuisines. Hopefully this will be something that expands with time. -Play music- the place was lacking ambience and felt a little sad with no music. I know alot of music comes with a licence to play but you definitely need it to feel more welcoming. - Staffing - would benefit from more staff and making sure they are trained well/know fully what to do and what's being served that day.

If I could give no stars then I would, this place needs to be closed down like NOW... the food was cold and had no taste I'm sure these guys just warm stuff in the microwave and throw it in on top of the other food that'd been there for 7 hours. No atmosphere, the decor was poor and I feel like the green flies enjoyed the food more than me because they were at the buffet too... no covers on the food and staff were spraying chemicals to try to clean the surface which went into the food too. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID. NOW I NEED A NEW TOILET...

Absolutely shocking. Went in and the place looked horrible, no atmosphere at all, extremely poor customer service and a bloke up a ladder hammering things into the walls....was sat down and was handed a drinks menu after about 5 minutes. Was only two tables sat at the restaurant and nobody took our drinks order, ended up having to go up and ask after 20 minutes. Food selection was absolutely terrible, we made the best of it and picked a few things out... probably could of had anything as there was no flavour whatsoever and the majority was cold. They started blaring Punjabi music out so loud I couldn't even hear my girlfriend talking to me. To top it all off as we was sitting there we watched who we can only assume to be the owner/manager go to the buffet multiple times and pick up food with his bare hands and eat it...he even dipped a poppadom in sauce took a bite and redipped it! Never seen anything like it in my life! It was an absolute shambles, felt like having dinner on a building site, no customer service whatsoever, staff members dipping into the food with bare hands...I will thank god if I don't spend the next few days sitting on the toilet because it will be a miracle if I don't get sick! On a positive note it was probably the funniest restraunt experience I've ever had, purely through disbelief. Go here if you fancy a laugh. Avoid if you don't fancy the sh*ts.

I wouldn't even waste your money there's not one piece of food that is edible, I throw up in the restaurant and was laughed at by staff, never ever ever go there.

Food not all that hot, made one of my party Ill didn't get asked about if my party has any allergies. Just not a great experience overall.

*WARNING* DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. I can't call this place a restaurant as it is not. The staff there have no customer service skills, The atmosphere is dead.and cold. The food is buffet, and a mix of what I could work out to be Chinese and Indian, Not of the food trays had lids and was not.clearly labelled, so it required some guessing to what I was putting on my plate. All the food on display was cold which I didn't realise until I got back to my table, the food was not only cold but tasteless, I told a member of staff who was passing my table who just ignored me. As we couldn't eat the food we decided to leave, when I got to the desk I told.the manager that all the food was cold and not eatable, again I was ignored and handed the bill, again I said all the food was cold and I was not able to eat anything, again I was ignored so I just paid and left. Southend Council should not allow this place to remain open as it won't be long until customers will be reporting food poisoning.

Just went in this place thinking it would be a nice experience as we have lost tangs as well, the other end of the high street. Was a special occasion my partner and me have been together for 6 months and wanted to do something different.so you get the picture. Walked in two other customers in the whole place should of turned around and walked out. Greeted by a waiter that we could not understand as we asked for a table for two and mumbled something about two others joining us. He then walked away no instructions on how the whole thing worked no drink order taken. Then the girl from behind the bar came over I asked if she had any draughts beers an she looked like a rabbit in your headlights!!!!!....she said only soft drinks so I asked for a coke she replied only got Pepsi my partner asked for two large the bloody Pepsi was out of a can how common. We went up for food poor choice poor quality and every dish other than the mushrooms was cold or tepid in heat. I couldn't eat what I picked out as my second plate was cold and the sweet and sour chicken was cold. A day on the toilet in its making, I will be reporting you to southend councils food hygiene department first thing tomorrow. My advice is close until such time as you have finished all the decorating I.e. block painting on the wall this should not happen when you are open cross contamination of food. Get yourself some covers for the food to at least stay tepid in heat. We complained to the manager and he let us off the drinks what a joke we won't be back ever and we will certainly be telling all our freinds to avoid you at all cost. Greatly pizzed off with you and your poor quality effort for food restaurant. Had to give you one star but truthfully you don't deserve that.

This place is a joke. I only gave 1 star for the poor waitress who couldn't apologize enough for the awful experience my friend and I had this evening. Food dreadful, lukewarm, tasteless, many trays left empty. Absolutely nothing as described on your website. Just sorry excuses for very poor Chinese and Indian food. After enjoying many a pan Asian Buffet I was keen to visit I was met at the door by a young lady who was happy to ask how many in my party … err clearly… that’ll be just 1 ? The various other members of staff were busy being busy and doing nothing short of sod all I politely asked if I could just look at the food available as there were no description's. I visited at 6pm and was shocked to see food ( what little there was of it) looking like it had .been out all day. This slop would cause a prison riot if it was fed to old A wing ! I will eat many many varied food types but even my constitution was not up this pig swill I walked straight back out !!! Avoid. I’ve seen better £1.00 meals from Iceland. As happens. That’s probably what it was !

The waitress didn’t have a drinks menu but told us there would be no alcohol. She didn’t explain the buffet to us like you get in some restaurants. We were hoping for a wide variety of choice as on the poster it says they do everything from Thai, American and Indian, Mexican and Chinese. Absolute false advertising. Their American selection was chips and nuggets and their Mexican was a few nacho crisps. Nothing was labelled or had allergen information and 50 % of the selection was dips/sauces. The food itself was tasteless, cold and horrible. I’ve never eaten noodles that taste so bad. They tasted like cardboard. The food was never restocked and our dirty plates weren’t taken either. In fact all the tables were stacked sky high with dirty plates. There was 1 selection for dessert which was cheesecake bites. I’m surprised I saw them, as it looked like 2 last bits of spat out cheesecake on a plate on the side of the buffet selection. Terrible. Poor poor selection. It’s not worth the full price of 16.99 for an adults, I wouldn’t pay £5 for it to be honest. Staff have clearly never worked in restaurants before. It’ll probably be closed in a few months. Avoid!

Came here on opening night, and what an absolute disappointment. Bearing in mind on this review, we paid £7.99 each as a promotional offer, 50% off. Let’s start with the basics. The food. The food was lukewarm at best. There’s also not a lot of it, and also.. most of it isn’t labelled. The labels that were present were in front of the wrong foods. The labels are handwritten (poorly) and fail to display any allergen warnings. None of the Sauces were labelled either. There is a lack of drinks, nothing alcoholic and there is no drinks menu. The place isn’t even ready to be opened, still boxes at the back of the restaurant, most of the tables not laid up or ready, staff aren’t very communicative or attentive. Finished plates are not cleared from your table, and no one asks if you want any more drinks. Not only are these service basics, but also upsell opportunities. Toilets aren’t clearly signposted as a few people were struggling to locate them. This place has potential because of the location and size, but unfortunately it may already be too late to be saved. Modern continental restaurant. Buffet stile. Nice food with a lot of different dishes Chinese, Japanese Turkish english and many more, as well as deserts and Fresh salad. Affordable price for the family to eat out together. Definitelly will visit again soon!

Not a good experience at all. Lack of choice it was mainly Indian. The only thing we had that was hot was the butterfly prawns just cooked rest was warm. Run out of dessert so had to wait for something else. Staff had no customer service skills and just like to keep stirring the food to make it look good sad about taste no flavour in most

I would rate 0 stars if possible but sadly not a option. Food was very basic, drinks was warm, food is not at all what they advertise mainly Indian, deserts look like been sitting out all day, I witnessed a cook come the kitchen sneeze and didn’t even cover his mouth or nose let alone sanitize after, rice cold, chicken cold even as when I got the chicken wings was ‘freshly cooked’. Disappointing isn’t even a word to describe the restraunt.

I was quite excited to try this place out as I miss Tangs buffet & love my food! I came in with my friend around 2 hours ago… However our experience was quite disappointing. Whilst I was in there, a customer came in and paid, had some rice, complained it was cold, collected his refund and left, all within 10 minutes. Although there was a minority of foods that were ok:- •Theres only 2-3 members of staff running the whole restaurant. • There’s a lack of variety of foods. •There were flies around the food & The food was cold, which indicated it had been left they’re a while. •The food is not stocked up or refreshed regularly enough. •There’s not many labels infront of the food trays to indicate what is what, so you have to guess & if it is, it’s in the wrong place. •For the duration of my stay, no one came to collect any used/finished plates, so the table became cluttered, which left not space. •Lack of toilet facilities, 2 staff & 1 disabled. That’s going to be an issue if this place gets busy. I understand it’s just opened, but a lot needs to change and be improved.

This Chinese restaurant is really not worth the money we got made to pay for our food even though half of us that went came down I’ll it’s disgusting in there it’s not worth the money all flies flying around nothing labelled at all you ask for sweet and sour save and they give you chilli sauce we need a proper restaurant place in southend not just cheap night restaurant with hardly any options the fridges are mouldy and green

Not a nice experience at all! Let start at the beginning, walked in to 3 members of staff not really having a clue what to do. We was then seated with no information about how we ordered drinks or going up for food. After 5 minutes someone come over to ask what drinks we wanted, no drink menu just guess what is available, fun little game to play at lunch. Moving on to food, I didn't even eat a full plate so after paying £8 for lunch I'm now going to go buy myself something else. There is very little choice, no labels (the guessing game continues) most of it luke warm and dry. Then I had to listen to two members of staff arguing just how I like to spend my lunch time! Then followed to a member of staff being very rude to a customer. The plates are not clean, had to move 3 plates out the way to find a clean one. Food was dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. I wouldn't take my dog there to eat!! If you want to waste your lunch time and come away hungry then this is the place for you!!
