Delivery driver was lovely and polite. Food was great, although notes were Not read and garlic bread was put in a bag so all cheese was gone

Cold cans of drinks from fridge were in the bag with food and chips fallen out of bag, this made all the food cold to eat.

Delivery driver didn’t read the note, rang doorbell when explicitly asked not too. Food is great.

Driver delivered a Uber first and drove 4 miles the wrong way and my food arrived late and cold

I have ordered from this place today for first time and was highly recommend from few friends. I have check it and was not worth price paid,even if price was cuted half still not worth it. I have ordered nino's mixed special kebab,pizza and cheese fries. Kebab portion was small for it's price,meat had sprinkled too much curry seasoning on,pizza was basically only a thin dough with just few pieces of meat and dough wasn't cooked properly, fries also not cooked properly and taste like paper. Horrible experience, place on it's own sell low quality stuff for big money. Horrible,never again and urge everyone to stay away from this place.

The quality of food was poor, tasted was rubbish and because it was late it's was cold. Total waste of money as had to throw it away. Will never order from there again. Staff were very unhelpful when I phoned them to ask for my food as well

I placed a timed order. Only 1 kebab so nothing that would take long to prepare. When it was 30 minutes late I called the restaurant. There was no apology for the delay. I was told that its just eats fault and I need to take it up with them as they were only waiting for a driver. Even if that is the case this response shows very poor customer service. I was told my kebab was ready just waiting for driver which suggested that my food just sat waiting for over an hour. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again

The kofta wrap was absolutely tiny. The cheesy chips box was half empty and not very hot. The salad box again just half full. The Donner wrap with salad only had salad on one side. I used to order from here a few years ago and used to love it. Unfortunately, it's not the same anymore.

I ordered a drink with food, they sent food without drink. Custom service says just eat when your drink arrives drink. very upset

The worst takeaway I’ve ordered from just eat so far! Delivered the wrong kebab told me they didn’t have the one I ordered, cheesy chips were all stuck together, and it wasn’t even hot! Total waste of money.

Ordered food at 9pm and at 11pm still no food. Called restaurant and they said they can't find the order. Only in the end after telling them my order number they said they will send it in 10 mins.

Never again the kebab was so bad even the cat wouldn’t eat it!!! It was like they had scrapped together all the bits and put it in a pitta. The donuts were stale and nasty. Complete waste of money will never use again and would never recommended to anyone 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Arrived cold and the shish tasted weird. Sadly I couldn't eat it, only thing that tasted ok was the onion and cucumber.

Ordered at 8pm on a Tuesday evening, told food was coming at 8.45pm, 9.15 and still no food so called restaurant to be told just being made and will be delivered in 15 minutes. 9.45 food finally arrives. Both kebabs, chips & supreme garlic bread stone cold. Also very small in portion compared to anywhere else. Rang restaurant direct to complain. No apology just told not there fault, food made fresh and deliver once ready. Asked them to redo order and send out fresh hot one, told sorry to busy tonight and just hung up on me, rang back and they put phone down on me straight away. Avoid this place like the plague. Vile food and terrible customer service

There was no salad in my kebab when I asked for salad, the chips were small and not fully cooked, and the meat was fatty

Had to prompt the restaurant to bring the food after I waited an hour and 15mins. All of a sudden it was being made and arrived 15mins later. It came undercooked and cold. The chips and onion rings were soggy. Paid for a large kebab and got less than anywhere else would give you a small. Refused to eat it and told just eat they were welcome to come and collect it. Just eat would only offer a credit refund and not cash. Asked for a supervisor and was told I would be called back in 48hours but obviously nobody calls you back. So all in all a really bad restaurant and if they provide you the same lack of quality I received you are not entitled to a refund only credit of the same value so you cannot go to rival companies.

Not sure what meat was in this mixed kebab £9.99 it was absolutely disgusting!!! All red cabbage liquid pouring on my floor as soon as I had taken the delivery into my house. Vile food 80% went in the bin. 1/100 do not recommend. Go to Chicken Express Southchurch never go wrong there kebabs, pizza, chicken 10/10

We have tried several kebabs shops around Southend over the years and always come back to them.

With my friends we visited this place, amazingly food was so delicious and mouth watering. Special wraps Pizza Kebabs Yum yum

It's very rare I leave a bad review, but it was appalling. I paid £3 99 for "supreme garlic bread", 3 of the 4 pieces was basically inedible! Charred to a cinder. The Halloumi wrap had no halloumi apart from a microscopic piece on one half of the wrap, and was STONE cold with no roasted veg present whatsoever, just lettuce, onion, cucumber!!! I've asked for a refund, but as the restaurant hasn't marked my order as Accepted, Just eat are declining. Hilarious!

I ordered bean burger with tomato ketchup but was given mayo instead. I am allergic to mayo and when I called the restaurant they said I could have a new burger but I would have to come pick it up and they refused to deliver again. They then said they would refund me. Waited over an hour for refund which never happened. Contacted the restaurant again who then very rudely said I need to go through just eat for refund.

No indication on spice anywhere on the menu, and when I called up about a refund for 1 missing item and that my sister in law has a heart condition which she can’t have spicy food and it’s the restaurants fault it’s not on the menu and the owner and staff where extremely rude to me when all I asked for a simple refund, they expected me to bring the food back to them for a refund, I have now reported them to the council about this matter!! Everyone should not order from this place, very badly run

Please avoid this kebab shop ,. After having a chicken bar b q shish and my husband having a spicy chicken shish on Friday early evening we are just starting to feel better, had terrible stomach ache and diarrihea since Saturday morning. Should never have gone there, but we were hungry while staying in Souhend. The floors are filthy and you can see a toilet through the back , massively no health or hygiene standards here, the chef a large hairy man took payment and then used his hands to prepare a pizza for someone else, massive cross contaimination, no hats and, the other guy who came in to turn kebabs had no hat or jacket on. I will report them to EHO as we have been so ill and ruined our break. The worst kebab ever. Avid this awful place

Recently visited Southend and fancied an early night, asked the locals for a good kebab house,they recommend Nino's and it was great! Salad was ok but meat was cracking. Try it!

After ordering at 8pm on a Monday night, it took 1hour and 30 mins for our food to arrive. We called several times asking how much longer the food was meant to be and was only supposed to wait 50 mins in total. Once the food arrived, the shish kebab didn’t include salad (which was stated on the website to come with it)and the mozzarella sticks were rock solid. The chips were cold and you had to ask in the ‘additional information’ bit if you wanted anybody sauces. The chicken in the kebab was dry . Overall, the worse takeaway I’ve ever ordered.

Worst kebab I have ever eaten. Decided against salad as there were a few sad lettuce leaves drowning in their own tears. Go somewhere else. I love a kebab and the kebab I had tonight made me sad.

Nino’s simply provides the best food in Southend. Well known for their delicious kebabs and awesome pizzas, all their food is divine. I highly recommended the cheesy chip wrap - perhaps to share. Nino is amazing, lots of love to him especially when he’s flexing on the customers with his Louis Vuitton hat - what a baller P.s - Shout out nino 2 even tho u snaked and worked at the fish and chip shop down the road

top quality food with top quality service, loving the recent renovations although bringing back the mirindas wouldn’t go amiss. would highly recommend the halloumi wrap to go and dont worry if you dont have cash !!! they take card aswell !!! (£5 minimum) we love you nino

I have eaten here far more times than I care to remember and for whatever reason I still keep coming back. Being almost equidistant between the Alex pub and the taxi rank ready to swiftly guide you home, it tends to come in handy and a solid kebab shop style burger with all the trimmings (hold the peppers, thanks) seems very appealing at certain points in the evening (that being the end). Not recommendable, but convenient with hardened staff used to colourful and occasionally rowdy patrons.

Be nice if they got the order right, obviously didn't read it properly!

Ordered a pizza and was still very stodgy in the middle and when I contacted the shop they told me to ‘just eat it’ and continued to tell me that I was wrong, they then made me take my pizza into the store if I wanted anything to happen about this as they refused to give me a refund or to send a new pizza out... when I got to the shop they then told me that I was wrong still and said I should’ve just eaten it and I don’t know what I’m talking about...

well they agreed to my order and confirmed it said be with me by 4:25am and hour later still no food or answer from the shop so I was lead to believe I had food coming waited till basically they new no we're would be open an just left me waiting I think it is very unacceptable

I ordered garlic bread which tasted like pizza & 8 mozzarella dippers however only got delivered 4. When I contacted the shop, they claimed there was no supervisor or manager present & there was nothing that could be done. They have said that they couldn't refund me due to payment going through just eat & they'd give me free food next time. Whether that's the case, I very much doubt it!

Being the only customer inside the shop they served me a pre-cooked dry burger that had been sitting on the side of the grill for god knows how long! Would not recommend to anybody. There are plenty other places to eat in Southend, please don't disappoint yourselves by entering this shop.

I really like the mozzarella sticks. Who thought deep fried cheese could taste so good? You don't even have to be drunk to enjoy them!

Would help if the staff spoke a bit more English, salad didn't arrive at all... If that was large small wouldn't feed a 1 year old... Forgot drinks.... Really rubbish!

Food was late, cold and below average.

My daughter found a bone in her beef burger!!!!! The food was COLD. The chicken was grey and had the weirdest smell I don't think it was off maybe it was the seasoning but I have never seen a chicken shish kebab that colour before. I only went to ninos because I wanted there mozerella sticks and they was like they had been fried in the morning left out all day and then delivered to me they tasted stall and hard. Oh and delivery was an hour and a half. Safe to say the dinner went in the bin along with me money. Do not order from here!!! I will now stick with harlinkas which does amazing kebabs every time the only reason I didn't order from them was because they didn't sell mozerella sticks.

Food is very basic, even for a kebab shop. The inside is very dirty, floor and walks both dirty. Some of the food looked like it had been there a while.. Food hygiene rating is 2/5 Would suggest another kebab shop..

Kebab was saturated in oil and there was big bits of fat in the chicken dinner Chips had no flavour and tasted stale Not as many options on the menu when compared to other restaurants in regards to choice of salad or no salad on food, drinks etc Maybe due to time that was ordered but it shouldn't matter. I will NOT be ordering from here again

I have never been more disappointed with a food delivery establishment. Food over half an hour late Phoned restaurant and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable- rude and unhelpful- really did not care, am assuming it was because I had already paid for my order. When food has arrived I was cold!!! Is edible and as me and my partner are both extremely hungry now we are eating bits of it- but ordinarily would not be happy with the quality of this food.
