The Three Horseshoes has been on our goto list since we moved into the area 2 years ago and we've been to many lovely pubs and restaurants serving great food but this tops the lot. The food was exceptional together with the service and ambience. It was full from couples like us to families and larger groups and the staff did a great job. What we also liked was a menu with simple set of choices so 4 starters, 4 mains and 4 desserts. Sounds basic but something for everyone rather than lots and lots of choices. So 5 Stars, thank you to everyone and we didn't expect it but I mentioned on the booking it was our anniversary so a lovely touch to bring out a little something with our desserts. Can't wait to go back again!

Pensé en visitarnos por unas copas nocturnas, ¡NUNCA MÁS! El servicio fue decepcionante y el personal fue grosero. Esperamos más de una hora para que nuestras bebidas se llevaran a la mesa. Fuimos al bar para que nos atendieran y eso tomó igual tiempo. Un sábado por la noche ocupado con alrededor de 2 / 3 bar personal. Las mesas estaban cubiertas de vasos vacíos, y la mitad comía comida. Entonces decidimos visitar para el desayuno de esta mañana pensando que sería mejor ya que era muy tranquilo... pero lo equivocado que estábamos. Nuestro desayuno estaba faltando artículos y tomó 20 minutos después de decirles esto hasta que trajeron el artículo faltante, para este momento habíamos terminado nuestra comida y solo queríamos salir de allí. ¡No volveremos a visitarlos!

Tuvimos un almuerzo en la cafetería a nuestra llegada, y fue aceptable, pero no genial. Un get básico - in get - servido get - alimentado get - fuera. Los asientos y las mesas son básicos pero utilizables y el personal es amable y servicial.

Been coming to the Railway for years, this cafe seems to have let the experience down. Not much choice of food or drinks, cakes were tasteless, staff not very friendly or welcoming, not a nice atmosphere at all. Such a shame as the rest of the Railway people and place are so friendly and lovely atmosphere.

Went here today, Google says it's open, which was surprising considering it was Easter Sunday but we went down just to get a few bits We arrived and it was shut. Website still said it was open so we were rather confused. Other people were there, looking just as confused. They need to update the website because that was time wasted Other than that when we go it's a good supermarket

Very disappointed as I ordered avocado smashed with poached eggs It was loaded with dried chilly i chocked very badly so couldn5 eat Have given one star as the waitress was very helpful gett8ng me a glass of water

This is a great spot normally for a coffee and a doughnut. However, if you don’t like wasps stay away during the summer season, as the doughnut cabinet and shop were crawling with them. We had to go and sit outside and we also made sure to tell the staff why but they didn’t seem bothered. It would be a much more relaxing experience if something was done about this, as we will now be sticking to the KrispyKreme in Queensgate just down the road.

Slow as f*** but at least I got a medium pizza for a price of small 😅

Rubbish service. No answer. Takes orders on app and doesn't deliver and cancels order.

Asistí al almuerzo buffet con mi esposa después de unos años de no visitar aquí. El edificio es ahora un poco anticuado y parecía que podría hacer con una reforma. Tienes que ser experto en tecnología para comer aquí ahora ya que aparentemente ordenar solo se puede hacer a través de la ap. No es una gran idea para mí, pero presumiblemente funciona para ellos. Una vez que superamos ese obstáculo nos sentamos y comimos, la ensaladera fue genial como siempre lo ha sido. El buffet de pizza era muy agradable, pero tienden (no estoy seguro de si a propósito) a ser lentos sacando algunas pizzas frescas. Parecía ser una eternidad esperando una pizza de peperoni y se fue casi tan pronto como salió. Habiendo dicho que tenía un montón de Tom comer y sin duda obtuvo una buena relación calidad-precio. Volveré, pero quizás no me apresure por un tiempo.

Lovely bright cafe but extremely poor selection of food; quality of food very poor, cheap ingredients but not cheap prices. Very uninspiring, one of the worst cafes in a garden centre that I have experienced. Such a shame as it could have great potential. Cutlery cheap and thin ; no glasses for drinks, plastic beakers . Staff disinterested and lack of motivation. This visit no chips as no gas, last time no dishwasher, clearly need new management.
