This is a great spot normally for a coffee and a doughnut. However, if you don’t like wasps stay away during the summer season, as the doughnut cabinet and shop were crawling with them. We had to go and sit outside and we also made sure to tell the staff why but they didn’t seem bothered. It would be a much more relaxing experience if something was done about this, as we will now be sticking to the KrispyKreme in Queensgate just down the road.

Visited in the early evening so it was fairly quiet. Everything was very clean including the tables and chairs. The doughnuts are small and expensive but this is nothing new. Staff were polite. The menu screens are very irritating as they change too frequently meaning you have to stand there waiting for the correct screen to see the drinks and add-ons menu. One thing I would like to point out and the main reason I am writing this review is to point out the excessive packaging. Even if you are eating In, you are given your doughnuts in a box, not a tray. Only a general bin is provided meaning this box ends up going to landfill. All in all this place is as expected. Nothing more, nothing less.

I dont know why this place is getting a bad rep. personally I take kids here nearly every month. kids parking is literally by the door, they give (before covid) free balloons and the hot hour you get free doughnuts. I like how they constantly change up menu with new ideas and only thin I say is missing is like a kids drawing game or something that many restaurants give for free so kids can stay preoccupied. but that wouldn't make sense with sticky donut fingers I guess. I rate this place 5*

It was my first time to visit the shop on lock down and was quite happy that we have a Krispy Kreme store around the area. I ordered online 2 days ago and was about to pick up. I was disappointed with the attitude of the lady that served me in the counter. There was confussion about my order, I was so polite and said sorry but the lady rolled her eyes in front of me, completely inappropriate-bad attitude and customer seevice. Given me 2 stars as there is plenty parking space and one gent had helped me sort the order instead.

We went through the drive through and were pleasantly surprised, we were served by Sam who in our opinion had a great drive through voice, very cheerful and positive vibes

Staff have a Really bad attitude. This is just an unpleasant experience. Life is too short to waste any time on this.

Tasted delicious but such tiny doughnuts So small that they rattled around in the box. Must be a weight loss ploy. Seriously tiny

Thought we’d try out the drive through for fun. Got stuck waiting in a stationary queue for a full 20 minutes before we could even place an order. It wasn’t a long queue, just not moving. We won’t do this again. It wasn’t fun.

I stopped in for a a donut and hot drink deal before heading back to the highway. The dining area is cafe/diner style with both tables and booths. There is a glassed in area where you can watch the donuts being made and decorated, and the selection of flavours is very broad. In the end I had a latte and a apple pie as my "meal deal" and a Reece's Peanut Butter donut as a treat. The Reeces was a bit on the sweet side, and at 400 calories a bit excessive, but nice for a treat. The employee and the counter was friendly and helpful carrying my hot drink to the table for me as I was walking with a stick. For essentially a breakfast/dessert venue it was good. And the donut recipe is still one of my favourites, and well worth the premium price as compared to Greggs or supermarkets.

Disgusting from Krispy Kreme Peterborough! queued patiently for 2 hours for the Kit-Kat release only for absolute wronguns to be prioritised coming with 20 minutes to go blocking everyone in. This resulted in none of the originals benefiting from the promotion. Fuming with the staff for letting this happen. Never returning. Embarrassing....

You have to order via a scanned QR code, then get the shock of the price increase..£18 for an individual pizza....after completing my order, my bank (lloyds) flagged the payment and wouldn't let me pay, and that was the final straw, so we left....I will never visit a Pizza hut again, problem is, Pizza hut used to be so good...shame on you.
