The best restaurants in Sheringham North North Norfolk East of England

Stayed at burlingtons on the 7/12 for one night, we did the Norfolk lights express from Sheringham station which was fantastic, returned to the hotel where we sat in the lounge and had a couple of cocktails, chatted to some lovely people and also had a lovely chat with sally one of the owners had a lovely sleep in a super sized bed , our room was the strand which was ultra luxurious, had a fantastic breakfast, superb location everything was 10/10 thankyou👍

We’re looking for somewhere for an easy lunch- this place looked Inviting so we went in. A warm welcome we received and were swiftly seated at a table by the window. Menu was VAST - 3 of us chose 3 different pizzas- margarita, Pepperoni and shroomz ( shroomz was Incredible!!!) Lovely to watch the pizzas Being prepped and cooked whilst enjoying our drinks. Pizzas arrived swiftly, beautifully cooked and delicious!!!! Would visit daily if we Loved in Sherringham but we were only here for a weekend break- But when we are next back they will be too Of my list!!!!

We had an ice-cream and sat at one of the little tables overlooking the swimmers in the sea. It was idyllic. It was clear that whoever runs this place takes a lot of care eg there was a pretty butterfly figurine in the lavender pot on each table - a small touch but it tells you something. Lovely place. Highly recommended.

We had spent some time looking for a cake and coffee stop and found this hidden gem by chance. We came quite late in the day so there was not as much choice of cake as there could have been but the rocky road we had was the best we have ever tasted. Absolutely amazing. The man who was looking after us was so friendly and made our visit very very enjoyable. Thank you

Great hotel with food and service to match

Always exception service and food. Accidently messed up a food delivery time tonight and the staff kindly remade the food without request and refused extra payment. Amazing service and really nice gesture! 🙌

We were in Sheringham for the 40s weekend and needed an icecream. Pungleperrys on the main street it was. Excellent, homemade gelato, great flavours and rather large portions. Very worth the visit.

Wow, micropub vibe with excellent beers and unbelievable decent music. Bar person on my visit- Logan was amazing, very switched on to the craft/ indie/ decent beer scene and reflected in the choice here. It's a great addition to Sheringham and will come back here first on my next visit. I like beer, and love it here..!

There are cheaper options but the food here is exceptional.

Our visit to Marmalade went way and beyond our expectations. The food was delicious, and we wished that we had made room for one of the desserts as they all looked lovely. Ashlea and May were extremely welcoming and professional, and it was nice to meet Ian at the end of our evening. Would definitely recommend making a reservation, as this is a small but popular restaurant. If we were to visit Sheringham again, we would definitely make another booking.

Visited recently for supper with friends. Honestly, this is our favourite restaurant anywhere, not just Sheringham. It’s super cute, warm welcome, really cosy feel, the food is amazing and the service is just perfect. We love love LOVE it here !
