Visited here at the recommendation of my mother-in-law and wow. Truly the only ice cream I will have in Sheringham now! Wish I could give the service 10 stars, so friendly and accommodating - what a delightful person our server was. Shout out to both the Norfolk Lavender and Christmas Pudding flavours (perhaps not eaten together!). A gorgeous pick-me-up for a drizzly afternoon.

Completion keeps prices keen, but friendly staff. Willing to put two flavours in a "single scoop" carton. Choc chilli, Sicilian and Coffee all 5*, Cherry/Kirsch a little bland. You pays your money and takes your choice. Recommended.

Nut allergy friendly - super easy to discuss allergens. Absolutely love their Norfolk range of ice creams! Their Norfolk blueberry ripple is lovely and their kirsch cherry is rich and creamy.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had! It was amazing. So many flavours and very cheap for the quality! So fab! Thanks so much guys! I had the brownie ice cream which was amazing and we also had salted caramel which was fab! The Christmas pudding is a favourite too! Fab ice cream please go!

Had chocolate dairy free ice cream. Liked the way it was kept completely separate from other ices and covered over. Really hot day and we were able to enjoy it undercover at benches inside. Delicious.

When we visit Sherringham we always have an ice cream from here (the only place I ever buy an ice cream). Always clean. Staff are always pleasant and efficient. The vast array of flavours, many containing local fruit etc, means choosing is the only difficult part. Ronaldo's ice cream is absolutely delicious.

Visited Sheringham on Saturday and decided to have an ice cream, stopped at Ellies and asked the young lady if she had GLUTEN FREE cones, imagine my delight when she said yes!!! Enjoyed a delicious Mr Whippy in a gf cone with flake...thank you

Ice cream portion is minuscule.i kid you not it was a tablespoon size for a £2 medium tub.had to ask server if she was joking with me.she looked shocked.i nearly walked off without it.but another server said to give a bit more.so added a teaspoon more😂 i’m going to give this place a miss in future.there is plenty more ice cream parlours on the high street

Absolutely amazing ice cream and such a variety of different flavours at a really reasonable price as you pay the same regardless of what cone (or not) you have. We loved this place and came back a second time on our stay.

Visited here yesterday with my parents and loved the wide-range of flavours that were offered. Staff were attentive and asked several times if we needed assistance with choices - this was not pushy but was just a friendly offer. Overall we bought 2 x tubs of 2 x different scoops, and each was a good size scoop with lovely flavours (Blackcurrent swirl, 2 x Norfolk Apple Crumble, and Pistachio and Amaretto).

Our second stay in nearby Weybourne and we always look forward to visiting Sheringham so we can have a wonderful Ronaldo ice cream at Ellie's. They are made with natural ingredients and taste amazing. There's massive choice and they are excellent value too. Recommended.

Ice cream was nice enough, I had the maple and 5 had lots of walnut pieces. My partner had the Norfolk Lavender. Unfortunately the young lad serving us had quite dirty nails and that does put me off.

So glad they still had some mince pie flavour ice cream when we were there. We’d been raving about it since the previous year. It was just as fabulous as we'd remembered.

The sorbets here are amazing and they have a great range for people who can’t have dairy. Generous scoop sizes too.

What can I say? Best ice cream in Norfolk, Ronaldo's. Wonderful flavours and you can have a chocolate dipped cone. Staff friendly and not pushy when you're trying to decide between the dozens of flavours!

Gorgeous ice cream with amazing flavours. There are clear signs about vegetarian ingredients and the shop seems nice and clean. Staff are great. I love that there are options for small ice creams too for little children.

We had a sudden desire for ice cream despite it being a freezing cold January day - we stopped here and the staff patiently and happily waited for us while our young daughter carefully made her decision from the huge selection on offer, served with a friendly smile, and our ice creams were excellent!

Ice cream as good as always, and a huge choice of flavours. But I am really confused between Ellies's and Ronaldos!?

Excellent selection of ice cream and sorbets at very reasonable prices. I had a blackcurrant sorbet cornet and it was the best sorbet I’ve tasted, my husband had a damson ice cream cornet, which was delicious. Our daughter really enjoyed her soft whipped ice cream too. Definitely recommend here.

My husband and I tried two fruit sorbets- the passion fruit and the mango. Both were absolutely scrumptious! There were so many flavours to choose from- more than I'd ever seen anywhere before- and this made it very hard to decide. The sorbets were so smooth and rich in flavour; also not too sweet. Just brilliant. Well done, ice cream makers!

Not going to lie this place is the best Ice Cream shop in sheringham

I visited here with my husband for a mid-week treat on a day out. Neither of us have eaten from here before. There is no dedicated parking but we parked up in the town and walked down. The ice-cream store is on the main street right down near the beach. We got served through a hatch in the wall. The menu us stuck up on the wall outside and is so big! Lots and lots of choice and very helpfully broken down in to sections ie. fruit flavours, chocolates, sorbets etc. They do cones or tubs. We both chose tubs. My husband chose lemon sorbet and elderflower sorbet. I chose lemon sorbet, mango sorbet and coconut ice-cream. This isn't cheap and the ice-creams cost us about £10. BUT, you get very generous portions and as it's a beach front shop reliant on holiday season trade I wasn't unhappy to pay this. If the portions were smaller, maybe I would have grumbled. But you get a lot for what you pay. All the flavours were delicious. The lemon sorbet was my favourite, I think. It was so refreshing and packed full of flavour. I will definitely come here again.

Lovely ice cream and interesting flavours. We only had 1 scoop each and they were massive. The next lady in line couldn't believe I had just one scoop and I replied that we only had 1 hour left on our parking, wasn't sure I would be finished in time. I managed to get mine eaten, but my wife struggled to stay ahead and eat it all before melting drips went down her front. If the grandchildren had been with us they would have had to have had a cup to cope.

Had lovely ice cream from here the lady serving made us feel very confident by wearing a mask and cleaning her hands in between customers.

Great ice cream - what more is there to say! It is one of the few places which sells Maple Walnut flavour ice cream which is my husbands favourite but there are lots of other flavours to choose from.

Been here for years now as absolutely love the I’ve cream and all the flavours! However the worker was very rude and ignorant along with rude body language, had brown hair and was quite young.

We have been visiting sherringham for many years each summer and this ice-cream shop has remained a firm favourite. The flavours are delicious, so much variety. The queue may be long but it is worth the wait.

Wow! Gluten free cones and amazing ice cream! Honestly the best salted caramel ice cream I’ve ever had. Lovely staff and very happy to help with gluten free advice for coeliacs. Will definitely visit again :-)

Even though it was a very cold December day, we HAD to pop in here. Really glad we did – there were two new flavours on offer: Christmas Pudding and Mince Pie. Wow. They were very very good indeed. And you do get a lot of ice cream for your money.

The hardest thing is choosing which flavour to have. This is the second time I've been and will have to visit again to try more flavours!! Friendly staff and great value. Says one scoop for £2 but was actually more like 3 scoops. Husband and son enjoyed theirs too.

If you are in Norfolk this is a must place to visit.With 100 flavours there is something for everyone, good prices good portions.Locally made with no artificial flavours or colouring.Very friendly staff and if your not sure of a flavour you can try a bit first.

We visit Sheringham every year, and Ellie's is always paid a visit. Staff are always happy and with so many flavours on offer there's something for everyone. Over the years I've been working down the list, and although some flavours can be hard to distinguish. Priced are reasonable and scoops aren't too stingy.

Great ice cream and always go to Ellie's however today I asked for two scoops of my favourite only to get what at best would be described as less than two half scoops by a young lad. I walked out and i will never step foot back in that place again which is a shame as it truly is the best place to go

A range of weird and wonderful flavours all at a reasonable price. The christmas pudding ice cream especially is to die for!

One particular flavour caught my eye when walking past and it was whisky & marmalade. It was more orange than scotch but was a jolly good ice cream nonetheless with a nice cone too. And it was cheaper than rival ice cream sellers.

The Sicilian Kiss was gorgeous and my Partner who is not an ice cream fan thoroughly enjoyed the Salted caramel. Good selection of sorbet too.

Visited Sheringham and decided to have ice cream at Ronaldo. The soft ice creams were outstanding. The medium cone was enormous and great value. The scoop ice cream were also great. Banana/toffee excellent. Lady who served us was also pleasant.

When in Sheringham we always have an ice cream and this visit was no exception, although this time, we decided to try Ellie’s. So glad we did! Absolutely delicious. I had the salted caramel and husband had cinnamon. This will be our ice cream vendor of choice on our future visits!

I’ve been coming here for many years and I’m going to go out there and say this is some of the best ice cream in the country. I honestly don’t feel that’s an exaggeration. The flavour Sicilian Kiss might be one of my favourite world wide.

This shop is one of the reasons we keep coming back to sheringham! The sell Ronaldos icecream which is all suitable for vegetarians and the sorbets are vegan. There are just so many flavours in almost 30 years we still havent tried them all! In fairness that's because some are just so delish I keep going back for those. The shop is always busy with a window counter as well shop to queue in but the staff keep on top of the queues are do their best to serve in the fair order. Definitely worth going for an icecream there.

We always make a stop here for an ice cream when we visit Sheringham. So many flavours to choose from, it can take a while to decide sometimes! Some of the staff could do with learning how to smile though!
