The Rainbow Cafe in North Norfolk

We was driving around while we was on holiday and we came along this little cafe and it was great food cook fresh and the two ladies in there where very friendly

Nice friendly little cafe, well run and delicious fresh cooked food. We had meaty and veggie breakfasts and they were both spot on. Mushrooms were the tastiest I've ever had and the hash browns were excellent. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend it.

Proper place to grab a relaxed friendly breakfast. Lovely staff, lots of vegi options and decent quick service. Dog friendly. The Quorn Chilli and eggs breakfast wasn't what I was expecting to be ordering this morning, but it was great.

A lovely little cafe at the beginning of the high street. Sometimes it gets overlooked as you have driven past it, but a shame if you did. Lovely food with friendly staff.

I would have not chosen this place..but my husband insisted, and I could have not been more grateful. Lovely ladies cooking the breakfast there and then, delicious and home-taste. Pleasant place. I would go back if I got back in the area! Delicious English breakfast 😋

The food here is pretty dire I'm afraid. Undercooked sausages being the worsed of it. Over cooked eggs a close second and Luke warm beans coming in third. You gotta be very hungry to eat the food here. Dunno where they source their produce but it really is 3rd rate. Although polite the two female staff seem to have forgotten how to smile so the atmosphere is lacking. The cleanliness needs seriously addressing too. The trays are dirty, unwashed between customers, bean juice on the top of the salt pot, generally grubby. Definitely needs a makeover. Having said that the food arrived quickly and there was enough of it.

Friendly, accommodating place with a comfortable atmosphere. Opens early, English breakfast and the coffee were both tasty.

Absolute dream of a place. We started the day with an amzing view over the broads, lee was on bank 1 and he was in again, we trotted down to the famous rainbow cafe, WOW!! Sausages cooked to perfection and tasted amazing dipped in a bit of the brown sauce that complimented the breakfast enfaticly, in fact the only disapoitment about the whole breakfast was there wasn't enough, luckily for me the boys have booked up to go on the boats again and we will see you very soon, thanks for the amazing experience, ill be asking for a doggy bag this time round so i can have whatever i dont eat the next morning also.

We came here yesterday for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and they made us and our dog, feel so welcome! our dog was a fan of the homemade biscuits available to purchase. Very reasonably priced too!

We ordered a toastie. Very basic. Awful coffee. Staff couldn't be bothered with customers, too busy taking to friends.

I had the pleasure of coming to The Rainbow Cafe to do some of my community work today. I would highly recommend the Cafe to anyone but especially if you are someone or working with someone who struggles with loud noises, too many Conversations around them or just a little anxious. I will definitely be attending again and would strongly advise others to do so also.

Small cafe, but friendly service and freshly prepared. Good quality ingredients, I do like decent sausages and bacon, and nice to have bubble and squeak with breakfast.

This little cafe was recommended while on holiday. The food was lovely and at a reasonable price, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place

We had breakfast here on Sunday, what a lovely place & my breakfast was really nice. we sat outside in the sunshine. There are 2 lovely ladies who run this place. Well done ladies!! Also, thank you for returning my Sunglasses, much appreciated.

After spending a weekend on the broads we needed a hearty breakfast to send us home and this one hit the spot cooked fresh and tasted great

This local to me, about 3 miles, so not too far, but I'd travel further than that for the food here, it's well cooked reasonably priced and has very friendly service. I believe they just got awarded 5 stars for cleanliness again. This only a smallish place, but has nice seating outside, maybe not this time of the year, but very pleasant in the summer/ All in all a great little cafe. Have a breakfast they are smashing!

Lovely food- from baps to breakfasts to a proper dinner. lovely friendly staff and it’s dog friendly! If you’re in stalham and fancy a munch you’ve got to pay them a visit!! It is only a small place, however there is outside seating for the warmer days.

As you drive down Stalham Hight Street the first Cafe you see will be the Rainbow (on your right) don't go further you have found the best cafe in Stalham. The food is excellent and inexpensive, the service friendly, you could ask for more from a small town cafe.

What a great little place, very small and cosy. Only a few tables but a great couple of ladies who run the place. Friendly and helpful and a GREAT breakfast. I loved their menu and sense of humour..."TRY OUR BREXIT" breakfast..... LOL.

We were staying down the road and had an early morning walk for breakfast. Very welcoming, happy staff. Gave us a few pointers on which beach to visit. Breakfast was top notch. We all cleared our plates. Well worth the visit thank you!

This is a nice friendly cafe that serves decent food. I've had a few of the "specials of the day" which have always been good, but to be truthful I normally have a Big Breakfast! It's all cooked fresh with good locally sourced products, the sausages & bacon are particularly top notch quality! The service is always good with a nice bit of friendly banter. So all in all a decent local cafe that's worth a visit if you're in the area.

Love coming here on a regular basis. Lots of friendly locals every morning and the excellent staff are always there for whatever you need, from a simple cuppa to a full meal.
