Family trip to London, lack of time, kids, hunger...you have been is such situation. At Chopstix we found a wide range of delicious food at a reasonable price, relatively plenty of seating for families with children and very helpful smiling staff. I definitely recommend this place to have a meal! You are doing excellent work Chopstix (Luton Airport).

Would give zero if I could. Terrible experience from start to finish. Arrived and nobody bothered to take our order for over 25 minutes… waitresses clearly do not want to be there. Drink arrived completely flat- had to wait 15 minutes to flag someone down to change it. It was a weekend evening so you’d expect it to be busy but it was completely dead.. which is understandable when you see the service they give (non-existent) Food arrived and considering they’re a fish and CHIPS restaurant you’d expect good chips right? WRONG. They were obviously refried, brown, crusty and horrid. When the waitress bought the food over she asked if we wanted anything else so I said mayo please (quite politely) and she very rudely replied it’s right there and stormed off. VERY rude servers- especially the young girl with brown hair. Some kind of manager who walks around in a suit all evening- but she’s just for show as she didn’t bother asking if our food was ok. In fact not a single person came to check if our food was ok. Overpriced, no atmosphere and abysmal service. Avoid!! Instead opt for the much cheaper pub next door that has very friendly waitresses who know how to be nice, kind humans

Great service and delicious food. Staff were super friendly and great with kids. We had a good table by a revolting belt and the choice of dishes was excellent. Resulted in trying so many different once. Good value!

I wanted to get something to eat before my flight so I decided to give Chopstix a try. A pleasant lady greeted me and it was clear to her I had no idea what was on offer. She did run through everything that was available however I felt she was very quick in explaining everything and what the options were. I got to the till and I was told they do not accept cash and you can only by card. Personally I do not like being dictated to about how I have to pay for my purchases. The food was hot and tasty but I felt the whole vibe was rushed and I did not feel relaxed at all. A real pity.

Absolutely disgusted that the foot long Furious chicken sub had hardly any chicken in it, next to none.!! The salad was like mush, the sub roll was soggy inside and stale not fit for human consumption.!! The only thing Furious was me, because of the extremely poor quality of food from Subway and the shocking support from Just Eat, who fob you off with terrible excuses and minimal help.!!

I had an amazing dining experience at this wonderful restaurant! Barbara, the owner, is so warm and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety and top-notch quality. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Highly recommend this gem—can't wait to return!

My dad took some time to order some food in this place and while he took a bit of time,I saw staff coming and shouting at him twice, just because he took extra time to order. He was as waiting for us to go to bathroom and return so we can order together, have never experienced such a horrible service especially being shorted at 5am is just despicable, please train your staff. Whoever looking after this branch I invite you to look into this.
