Another new rip off that i just heard here stabucks Luton airport you have to pay 5p for a coffee cup imagine if I don’t want to pay where will they serve me coffee on just lost me they get away with tourists which is not fair .

I really like the shop since it is at the main entrance of the airport. The best place for having a coffee while you go, come or even a place to sit and work while you doing wfh or even a place to sit and talk to friends or even a place where you can charge your devices at times. Totally a place clean, hygienic and digitally equipped for your needs.

Clean, comfortable Starbucks at the airport. Large selection of desserts and snacks, fast service. For collectors, not only large, but also small souvenir mugs.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Food and coffee good as ever. However, felt scammed that this Starbucks doesn’t accept membership cards. So no discount, as if airports aren’t expensive enough, if their discount was applied here they’d be the best value for money. Airport Cafe Nero seeming the better option just now

Very slow service and my venti green tea was only 2/3 filled with hot water.

Don’t have facility to scan the Starbucks app, don’t get points and can’t get free drink through app. Why would that be the case?

This guy is a hero. Flight delayed till gone midnight. Thanks Wizz Air. Every other restaurant worker in the whole airport has gone home but he's stayed late to make sure everyone can eat and get a drink. Deserves a pay rise. What a star.

I am giving 4 stars to the service but trully he was just learning and we all know it can be a bit confusing. In the end i had the right order and it tasted like expected. As most coffee shop it is pretty noisy...
