The ambiance and serving are amazing, the staff is very kind and friendly, we really enjoyed, by the way the new salted maple and caramel latte is absolutely delicious

Good atmosphere. Staffs always in a good mood and super friendly. Their customer service are 10:10! I will shortly be back during my next trip from Luton Airport.

Don’t have facility to scan the Starbucks app, don’t get points and can’t get free drink through app. Why would that be the case?

Very slow service and my venti green tea was only 2/3 filled with hot water.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Food and coffee good as ever. However, felt scammed that this Starbucks doesn’t accept membership cards. So no discount, as if airports aren’t expensive enough, if their discount was applied here they’d be the best value for money. Airport Cafe Nero seeming the better option just now

This guy is a hero. Flight delayed till gone midnight. Thanks Wizz Air. Every other restaurant worker in the whole airport has gone home but he's stayed late to make sure everyone can eat and get a drink. Deserves a pay rise. What a star.

I am giving 4 stars to the service but trully he was just learning and we all know it can be a bit confusing. In the end i had the right order and it tasted like expected. As most coffee shop it is pretty noisy...

They sell the England “you are here” mugs and the drinks are pretty nice maybe a bit expensive.

Unfriendly unprofessional I am gold member spend every day 10-20£ i startbucks…the unfriendly lady told me this startbuks dont give starts for the members in the app…Very unprofessional and very unfriendly. My coffee was hot when i extra asked warm…when i asked for cold milk she put hot milk…

Ordered a almond milk coffee frappe and I noticed she mistakenly added cows milk to the cup and then tipped it out and added almond milk back into the same cup to make my frappe I then asked if she could use a different cup as I didn’t want any cows milk in my drink. I was given a weird look and they talked among themselves and then she threw it away and made me another one but she then forgot to add the coffee and I had to ask for it to be added. Overall mistakes can happen and it’s understandable but it wouldn’t hurt to say sorry and make sure that it doesn’t happen again. I am allergic to cows milk so I have to be careful with cross contamination.

Staff were extremely slow & there was a massive queue with just the Asian guy serving. I waited 10 minutes to order my drink & I had to call the server over as he decided then would be a good time to start looking for something under the till. I had to direct him to serve me as there were 5 people waiting behind me! No sense of urgency from him or the girl who was making the drinks.

Only thing is that it takes ages to order

Tables are filthy with sticky grime on them which suggests the cleaning regime is poor. Remember they serve food.. Plenty of charging point but most dont work. Avoid

I want to write to head office. It is middle of the week 4PM, London , summer time and you have 3 people working in this branch ? This is ridiculous. One person on the till, two others are preparing the orders. Can you tell me how can you manage to lead to situation like this ? Who is going to clean the tables? Who is going to restock the drinks/snacks? I looked at your staff poorly, as I could see them struggling. Please can you invest some labour money in to the AIRPORT branch to one of the biggest cities in Europe? I am working as a manager in hospitality myself in central London, and I know what you are doing, however please invest some labour into this branch as those hard working people are struggling so much to clean the tables and do everything to fill up the excellent service.

Poor, very poor. The food is kept in contaminated containers, obviously not being cleaned regularly. This is probably due to the staff being a bit busy serving long queues of people… go elsewhere.

No cafe menu to choose the recipe. (finally if the drinks menu is fraudulent even though it's cold)

No prices displayed for regular coffee. Only iced and Frappuccino. Flat white and person (Segiej?) serving offering different sizes small/medium/large? Flat white comes only in small as it is shots of coffee with small amounts of milk. This guy is trying to tell me different. I guess the Starbucks was closing and hence why the service seemed unpleasant.

Krushi is working really hard. I enjoyed my Frappuccino and went home.
