Starbucks Coffee, LTN Airside in Luton

Nice coffee and polite employees, big shout out to Shreyash for being extra nice and helpful!

Was impressed by the 2 attendants Ms Pooja Mr Mohan Very efficient Loved the service and how they treated me.

Took far too long after ordering, had to leave our drinks wasting £11 as we had to rush off to catch a flight. Terrible service

I can’t fully comment on the food as I didn’t have it although it looked like a nice selection but my iced vanilla latte was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere of this Starbucks felt nice and relaxed considering it’s a busy airport. Lovely spot to chill out before your flight 🥰

Understaffed, slow service. The place was messy with empty cups and wrappers everywhere and every time I buy a coffee from Starbucks it goes up in price. Pretty poor

All tables taken by people that are not customers bringing in food and drinks in and using power plugs

Please note this isn’t a Starbucks store so you can’t use points or your Starbucks card in any way Also, they did seem to be impatient, maybe it’s an airport thing

Poor customer service, even though it was quiet, can use the app and staff not bothered

After a nightmare travel day we finally got through to departures for the second time and Starbucks was the only thing that was open. The food was average and the vibe not great but Sapna was there by herself serving a huge group of people without any issues and did a brilliant job. She deserves recognition and an extra day off.

Always live the hazelnut latte, today also tries the dragon coconut drink and it's very refreshing and lovely.

Why do I have to ask for my drink more than twice and why don't you take the Starbucks app? Also where is the caramel or even the coffee in my caramel macchiato??? I just paid £6 for milk, ice and a hint of caramel 🤔

I have used Starbucks for decades. I have never encountered a barista with this level of incompetence. I asked (as I always do) for a tall cappuccino for here. Off he started marking a paper cup. I said again: "for here", so with astonishment he asked whether I want a China cup. I explained I care for the environment. He then asked "small" or "large". I got totally confused as I ordered a "tall" - I said large, ended up with a grande, after he had to recruit a colleague to hand him over the mug that was just behind him. The croissant was limp and not fresh-just to make me happier. Please reply - until then, it is anything but Starbucks for me.

Why are you called Starbucks if your franchise does not provide the same benefits as the other franchise Starbucks in town do? I tried to use my point when order a few drinks as since I had a free drinks accumulated from points, I wanted to use it. I was told no, we're a franchise, we don't do that. Not very nice.

Staff are very friendly and attentionate. It is a good place to sit and wait for your flight as well because you are right under the departure board.
