Burger King in Luton

The best cheap place to eat a full meal before security at Luton Airport.

A miserable place! You don't even get a tray and a beer is actually half a beer.

Ordered from here today 21/04/25 & asked for 2 large meals, only got medium even though I,d paid for large & when I received it it was cold. Even the latte & cappuccino wasn't very warm. The staff obviously don't read your order correctly. The restaurant wasn't even that busy.

It was a nice service and the food was good. I hope to visit here again✌️

Luv me loaded fries (no bacon though, what is this plain city?), luv me coke, luv me chicken royale (not needed but a nice addition). ‘Ate waiting for coaches, ‘Ate Luton (Not racist just don’t like it).

My mate Matt said the chicken royal was IMMENSE!!!! He did unfortunately not get his cheesey bacon fries, his cheesey fries were SEVERELY lacking in bacon. Loses itself a mark. 4 stars

Just Burger king inside of Luton airport. Prices are little bit higher then usual but nothing extreme especially for the airport.

Homie on the counter was chill af. Upgraded my drink to large and gave me free fries and a sauce. Flight was delayed by 10 hours but he saves day. Legend xD

We are extremely unhappy with the service and hygiene standards at the Burger King located in Luton Airport. Firstly, there was an excessive wait time of over 15 minutes just to receive our food. During this time, we observed that the staff were not wearing gloves while handling food, and employees appeared to have a runny noses, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Additionally, we ordered water which was never provided. It was also clear that all orders were being held back and served at once, causing further delays and confusion for customers. Overall, the experience was disappointing and well below the standard I expect from an international brand, especially in a busy airport setting. I hope you will look into these issues and take the necessary steps to improve both service efficiency and hygiene practices.

Self order Kiosk, speedy food preparation. But no quality. Ordered a crispy chicken burger with becon. Nothing is crispy, Burger not hot, bacon not crispy, chicken not hot not crispy. Fries is hard and dried. Except it’s fast served, nothing recommended.

The staff was very kind, we always sit here when we wait for the bus.

The service is super fast. It's truly worthy of a fast food restaurant located in an airport. The pick-up guy is friendly and helpful. The double Whopper was very good, but my Chicken Krispy Kreme sandwich was a little salty for my taste. Too bad.

Not like they used to be , a cake like bun all soggy , fries are horrible , staff not very helpful, had a good selection of fizzy drinks but nothing else

I am sitting right now here. The only critique I have and I hope it will be taken for real seriously is: "how is possible there is no possibility to clean your hands in a place we're you are going to eat!!!" No possibility to wash the hands, no possibility to use some antibacterial gel. It's really alarming because we have to order at the screen, where everyone is coughing, sneezing and using the hands to touch the screen of course. We had a pandemic not so long ago, how can we forget hygiene so fast!? People were super friendly and they tried to help, but I didn't want to leave my food alone at the table while I was going to the restroom. So check it out Burger King! I hope this is not illegal as you are a gastronomy business.

This is airport restaurant . Rude staff serving people, Refuse to serve hot water. Really dirty and noisy surrounding.

I arrived from Ireland very hungry. But was Dirty, neglected, unfriendly, only 2 of the 5 counters to order food work, trash everywhere and to top it off, they had the smallest hamburger in the world! The only good thing to rescue were the salty and hot fries.

Everything was nice and clean, the stuff was friendly and food was done quickly.

My son was queuing to ask for sauce but the staff not serve him because he only ask for sauce and serve the customer behind him. Told him to wait on the side. He doesn't know how to serve customer. I never experience anyway that you queuing asking for something but been told to wait because you want money first.

Burger King's flagship store! This is the worst experience I've ever had with this chain. You don't get what you order and you don't get a receipt when you order at the machine. This is organized crime! I hope they shut down for the benefit of honest people

One of the worst burger king experience in the world. They are out of kids burger in kid's meal option, the nuggets are really cold, the others burgers and fries feels like it was made really earlier and have some old oil smell.I should recommend to burgers king franchise to monitor their shop properly and also British food authorities as well as.

I don’t recommend it, unless you want to eat warm food that has been sitting in a food warmer for 3 hours. Coffee is made at the beginning of the order, and you get it lukewarm. I asked for a replacement with a hot coffee and was brushed off with the excuse, "that’s how the machine makes it."

I had a double cheeseburger for £5 and the bread was old and dry. Hire more staff to clean the tables! LOWER YOUR PRICES! £5 for a little tiny dry burger is a robbery!
