Try to ask question at the counter, three members of staff in front of me and no answer for 3 minutes, poor show

Compared to other burger kings they clearly don't care about customer service. I guess at an airport there's a lot less competition

Wow what can I say Manish has very good customer service skills and is always very polite and will make you smile. Raju on the other hand made me a very delicious burger. Will definitely be coming back here very soon!

This place is amazing - the food was super good and the service was great. When i left, i forgot accidentally my reading glasses. The stuff collected them and they were kind enough to keep them there safe until i came back to pick them up, a few days later - really appreciate it! The customer service is excellent - thanks a lot! Special thanks to Rayham and the cleaner who found and kept my glasses safe until i went back!!

Unpleasant experience today at your store. The female staff member serving me was rude, didn’t make eye contact, she picked up an already prepared packet of chips (God knows how long were seating there at The store wasn’t busy) and when I asked if that was the large portion, she said “yeah” and turned her back continuing chatting with her colleague! So I end up picking up my own ketchup which was just below the counter, a medium-ish size chips which are dull and old! Well done Burger King Luton!

Manisha from the airport was a superstar, was happy to make an exception and serve us although they were planning on closing as we had little ones with us. All staff members great.

Bought a coffee fpr first time and will be the last. A cappuccino taste was like the beans were burned. So I definitely prefer to pay one more pound at Starbucks. 10 min to do a coffee.

I really enjoyed my chilli jam double whopper here on 16/08 at 7pm. Well done guys ! The manager should organise a maintenance team to remove flaking dust above the drink dispensers on the trays in the ceiling. This may fall down on customers food. Also lighting is full of dust

My son, who was fine, vomited as soon as he got on the plane after eating, developed a fever, and was sick for two days. I was diagnosed with food poisoning by a doctor at a large children's hospital in the city I arrived in.

Horrible food, don't eat here. It's the worst burger king I've been to. The rocket on the burger looked lt was yesterday's. It looked liked the burger had been sat on. Don't eat here.

Standard Burger King, fairly clean and with plenty of seating. Decent place to kill a few hours and charge your electronics when waiting for transportation.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and expected something to reassemble the pic from the advert board. I received a soggy sandwich and some uncooked hashbrowns for a tenner.

The service sucks. Told the guy they didn't put extra cheese in my burger, he grabbed my receipt and kept yelling that my boyfriend's burger had the cheese not mine, I checked again, then he took my burger back to add the cheese, which I think was unsanitary. Anyway the food was good but don't customize your burger otherwise they might mess up.

Crispy chicken burger was on point with the regular meal. We were 7 people ate from there. Food was really good and staff was quite friendly.

Used to get two burgers and a small fries for <4£, now a single teeny-weeny burger costs more than 4£. I really think the burger is smaller than used to be as well. It literally took me 5 bites to finish it. A few more bullet points, for things that should "just work": * It wasn't peak time, yet the service was slow, 10 minutes. * The touchscreen was impossible to scroll, it kept opening other screens. * In the customisation, I could remove pickes up to 12 times, there's definitely not 12 pickles in that tiny burger... * When paying, it asked me if I want to pay by card or by card, very puzzling. * The screen showing the in progress orders was showing numbers about 1000 lower than the current numbers being SHOUTED out. * Ordered for "eat in", and got a paper bag with the tiny burger inside, what a waste. * Upon finishing I was hard pressed to find a bin, had to walk around the restaurant to find one.

Was very quick service and food was nice

I have never eaten worse quality food in a fast food restaurant. The meat was as dry as the soles of shoes. The cheese sauce drizzled over the fries reminded me more of some kind of plastic waste. And the chicken in the other burger was eaten by someone else before me. And the onion ring is 100% made of plastic. Any other sandwich place nearby is worth more than this. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Food took ages to come out. Was cold. Lots of seating but pretty busy. Had to get staffs attention to wipe table clean so we could sit down

Very poor, rude and impolite staff. Food is good, but the services are the worst as possible, bad atmosphere. I bought 3 meals and they gave me just 1 mayo. Neve more. Horrible experience, try spend your money in another place. For owners: try select better peoples who work for you to avoid more and more frustrated and angry costumers.

I've been to the Burger King at London Luton Airport quite a few times. The service is prompt and they have introduced some nice new items to the menu.

Staff were lovely, the food was fresh. I ordered the new smokehouse crispy chicken burger and it was really good. The place was clean too, which others don't always manage. It's also nicely decorated with this wall of retro images. It made waiting at the airport much more pleasant.

Call this fast food. I have never seen a whopper take 15 minutes to make and serve anywhere. I swear there were 3 people employed here. Skip this place and go elsewhere

Absolutely awful experience. I would give them zero stars. I am a vegan and have been ordering the vegan bean burger ever since they relaunched it again. I ordered a vegan bean burger only to be given a bean burger with cheese and told that the only vegan option is vegan royale. As you can imagine I was fuming as this burger is not cheap. They changed it to a vegan royale which was absolutely disgusting. A bunch of cowboys running this restaurant, and the managing lady at the front is so rude. I am completely put off burger king. Do not trust burger king. Absolute joke.

After flight at 4pm I got off at Luton and went to Burger King. I ordered a slightly more expensive Aberden Angus sandwich with two pattas. I returned home around 9 p.m. I started vomiting and had diarrhea all night long, with a temperature of 37.5 degrees.
