The Chiltern Terrace in Luton

Had been to this shisha place for first time, firstly its so chilled with no proper heating, Secondly stayed only for an hour and after 8 days i receive a ticket for parking. Is the parking not suppose to be free ? if not free, should have been informed. Ended up paying the ticket. Will never return again. Far better is Engine shisha. No comparison. when called regarding the ticket, they said manager not their to come when manager their. Will never return.

Great service, food was alright and seating was comfy. No complaints.

This is probably the best restaurant and shisha place I've seen as it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The decor is amazing, food and desserts lovely and the shisha was really good. This set up is great, nice, clean and simple yet elegant, a place to crash with your friends and family any day of the week. They offer a variety of Shisha's and special flavours + food, drinks and deserts. The service is amazing and the owner runs it at a very high standard, he is very friendly and takes the time to sit with customers and see what can be improved and offered. Customer satisfaction is on a whole new level, whether it is for business or casual, try it out you will not be disappointed.

I love this place!!! Staff are extremely friendly and the owner is one of a kind. I provided the manager with My feedback and everything was taken into consideration. I was recommended a new premium shisha flavour called purple rain! I recommend the same to you guys!!! Place is nice and clean ample parking! Food is amazing Seriously a breathe of fresh air for Luton!

Nice place for party n small events

Atmosphere is very unique and different compared to other shisha lounges in Luton. Definitely a cosier atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and professional and there is a wide range of shisha flavours, food is great too. Would recommend this shisha lounge to others.

Nice place for wedding reception, parking limited mid sized wedding would fine. Large Asian weddings I wouldn't recommend it, due to the size and parking.

One of my favourite places in Luton! The place is cozy with a gorgeous menu and vibe! It is such a lovely place to go and just relax. I enjoyed every bit of it! The food, the shisha/hookah, the decorations and the service.

The place is fun, a very cosy lounge to sit and enjoy. Food taste is great at a very reasonable price. The service is much better than any other cafes in the town. A neat and tidy place. Have wheelchair access and seating. Prices of drinks are reasonable. Overall the experience was A class. I would highly recommend The Chiltern Terrace.
