Excellent for airport food. I had salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus for lunch. Delicious, and the service was super attentive.

Had the chicken wings and the pork burnt ends, both badly cooked and lacking seasoning, the craft beer was lovely however, as was the impeccable service

I had a relatively minor issue with my burger that I felt needed to be drawn to someone's attention. No fuss from the restaurant manager (Sally) who was fantastic and extremely efficient in resolving my issue. Outstanding customer service

I have tried to order a burger via the QR code, but thepayment kept failing to go through. I called the waiter over and ordered the food via him. Turns out the order and payment did go through twice and I had 3 burgers on the order. I cancelled two and the manager said the two previous payment will be cancelled, but I am looking at my credit card bill and I did get charged 3 times. Diputing this now via Amex. Don't use the QR code order...

Food was very good. Have to wait for service until we had to find someone. Naga was very helpful.

Scrambled eggs cold Toast cold Beans cold Bacon cold Mushrooms cold Hash browns hot - thank God Tea hot Praise the Lord. Staff make you stand for ages to be seated - you are not a priority. All day breakfast arrived....no knives or forks. Had to go looking for them. Pls avoid this restaurant if you want a nice start to your vacation. John Mathieson New Zealand

Incredible rude member of staff, I politely asked him to chest the table, he literally sprayed the cleaning product on me and then wiped all the from the table onto my lap.

Staff treat you worse than cattle. You are a spec of frustration to them so they avoid what the hospitality sector is all about; good hospitality. Sure you can get alcohol and food here but you also get a headache from poor loud sound coming from speakers. And the food like a dogs dinner. Avoid at all costs.

For a pre flight meal or drink you can’t do much better than here. Food perfectly fine, arrives super quick, and the staff are totally lovely!

I was served that day with Sammar.We have not really much time as was very close to flight but he did everything to keep us happy and we had very fast our ordered food.It is good to try something there.

What a great service guy, he was very helpful and very friendly. Andreas should be promoted to top house guy. He recommended Caesar salad it was soooo yummy and was on hand to top up our mimosa glasses when needed.

Meafin was a fabulous server, well presented and service was lovely. Highly recommend, all staff where polite and friendly.

The waiter serving us on the island (Greek) does not seem to have much experience in proper customer service. The approach was at least moderately pleasant, entering into a discussion with the client, strange glances, probably a bit of a "hop forward". Overall, the food was tasty, and so was the coffee. Comfortable couches :)

Ordered lunch here but the wrong item was brought out (contained meet and ordered for a vegetarian). Explained this to one staff member who took it back. Then the waitress who took order asked what we were missing and then proceeded to return with the same incorrect item. After explaining again she then came back with right item which was cheaper than the one they originally brought to us. When it came to the bill we were charged for the more expensive item. On querying this I was grudgingly asked if I wanted the pound (the difference) back and handed a coin instead of them refunding to my credit card. Ten minutes later having left we were chased into the duty free by the same staff member who said my transaction had declined. Thinking it might be a card issue I followed her back and paid again using a different card. She then asked for her pound back! The next day both transactions had been processed i.e the claim that my payment had declined was false. I now need to claim back from my credit card On top of this the food was cold and poor quality Absolutely disgusting service and total rip off

For an expensive English breakfast I expected much more. Not only was it small but it looked like it was sitting out for a while before we ordered. The egg was way overcooked, the beans were stale and the mushrooms were watery and had a weird taste. Even the toast was not up to standard. As for the service, the employees were chatting and did not check up on anyone or ask if we are alright. Waste of money honestly.

The tacos were well presented and quite tasty (just what I needed before my flight along with the salad and West Coast IPA ), the service was excellent (thoughtful and not too overwhelming — just right).
