Take away lunchtime but a bit disappointing, chips seemed like they were not fresh and chicken fillet burger not the best.

The food is very tasty and a very friendly service.

Great food and good customer service have been a regular customer for over 5 years now the service and quality doesn't disappoint

Place is so busy in the evening, not that much cleaner to see. Staff need more training in food and hygiene, as even not following some basic rules. Took ages for to makenone grilled wrap, unacceptable timing.

Prices are ok. Food is ok and service is very poor. But kitchen looks clean which is a plus

Bossman wouldn’t give me my chips then abused me whilst I was eating my chips

Foods r good! But they don’t accept card! Menu prices r not matching when u going to order! ( always u have to pay more money)

Ordered 4 piece chicken chips and got 3 little slim legs and only one chest piece with chips. Taste was good but better to check before taking out. They should not cheat costumers like that.

out of towner, Shockingly slow service its called fast food for a reason, dont understand how these fast food outlets are robbing customers blind with their prices for below average food, place is grotty af and would never eat here again.just pathetic how they only accept cash, still burning receipts in this day and age.

Phones keep getting cut after saying hello

Placed an order on just eat, rang the restaurant after an hour, was told driver is on the way, rang after another 20 minutes and told driver is on the way, after another 20 minutes rang and get told that driver went to wrong address, and my order will be delivered in 5 minutes, finally arrived after another 20 minutes, and no surprise the food was cold.

Tastes good, chicken is not too dry. Unlike other places, full of flavours, not just on the skin.

Ordered Chicken fillet burger meal £4.50 & Donner Wrap £2.00. Total £6.50. Gave £20 they gave me change of £3.50. Short changed me £10. The cashier immediately left when I questioned the missing £10. After arguing and bringing out the person who served me they agreed to give me my £10. Disgraceful place. Who knows how many others have been short changed. AVOID OR BE CAREFUL HOW MUCH YOU PAY AS THEY ONLY TAKE CASH PAYMENTS

Fried chicken tasted absolutely great when its fresh, little lemon drizzled on the chicken, nice and crispy, lovely fries, great sauces. 10/10 for chicken havent tried anything else.

Food made everyone very unwell. Everyone had diarrhoea, stomach aches and felt sick. Shop service was very bad as they did not care and would not give a refund.

Very poor customer service. Staff are very rude and moody, even with regular customers. I’d never visit that place again.

Was told delivery would be 40mins waited over an hour and rang them they said was on its way another 30mins past and as we live 2 mins drive away called again was told driver had just left again another 20mins before it actually turned up. When it did arrive arrive waiting 90mins it was the worst chicken and chips we have had.

Try the peri peri chicken strips and rice - get flavour and amazing value. I always takeaway - the venue itself is a little tired. At the time of this review they have a 5 out of 5 hygiene rating.

Didn't stay for the music, but food was amazing! Nice decor and bar man created a cocktail just for me! Can't say better than that! Fairly expensive, but not deal breaking!

After finding ourselves falling into the place one evening with not the most conservative of manners, We were met with nothing but patience and enthusiasm, the new owner of the peri peri grill cottage is clearly someone who cares very much about his customers experience having been given a guided tour of the now newly available upstairs seating area which he and has wife have lovingly restored to its former glory as well as being given free food as the dryness of his wings at 11 at night were not up to the owners own personnel standards of sale. But to top it off above all else the rest of our order was impressive to say the least with everything tasting deliciously perfect and in my own opinion some of the best chips i have ever tasted i challenge anyone to say differently.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal and some wings from here which I’ve had plenty of times, only this time as soon I unwrapped my burger there was hair inside it. I’m 8 months pregnant so this made me feel sick to the pit of my stomach. Called these guys only for them to say bring it back and calm down. No apologises or anything. DISGUSTING

Been going there 2-3 times a week for the past 4 years to get Peri Peri chicken. Consistently Quality and Great Service The best value Peri Peri chicken in Luton as the chicken is a lot bigger, Recently achieved 5 stars for food hygiene as well. Great Pizza too which I get every now and then. Don't get Naeem started talking though, your food might end up getting cold :P

Absolutely horrified at our experience this evening. Pizza all squashed up and chicken and chips out of the boxes in the plastic bag. Called up and they refused to replace and were incredibly argumentative on the phone. Disgusted at such bad service. Will never order from them again

I had couple of bad experiences with order over the phone when I stopped ordering food but not for long. There food is great specially pizza. I work in hospital so I ordered 3 times. 2 16in pizzas for £14 with delivery. My colleagues from different backgrounds loved it. They are regular customers now. All of brothers who work at Grill Cottage deserve 5 stars specially brother who makes pizzas. My 10 years old loves your food. Usually picks up 2 pizzas after school once a week and walks out without paying (sorry) than I send him back.

Pizza went down well. £24 for 3 large margaritas and 1 large create your own (pineapple, black olives, mushrooms & green peppers). Collection only deal 25 mins from when I popped in placed the order and returned to collect, garlic was a little runny and the chilli 🌶 had too much lemon and not enough kick for my liking.

The chicken here is better than any I've had anywhere... KFC has nothing on this place.. so nice!!! Staff were friendly and engaging.. try it!!!! U wont be sorry!!!

Chicken and chip shops get a lot of stick for being cheap. These guys cooking their chicken very well, had multiple items from their menu and have never felt sick or ill. Portion sizes are massive and the value for money is great. Sometimes when they're really busy they occasionally forget your order but if you let them know they're very polite and apologetic.

Fast service everytime the chips are the best and so is the peri peri burger. Pizza and chicken and chips is good. If you don't mind not much sauce for peri peri thats ok too. Friendly as well

Best fried chicken I've ever tried. It has this peppery lemon flavour to it that makes it spectacular and juicy!😍 Also their pizzas are hands down best in Luton🤤👏🏼 This is definitely the place to hit up for a quick bite or get delivered freshly straight to your door and in your tummies in no time😋

They are very friendly. My grilled chicken is always done right. I can tell their food is made fresh and the place always looks clean and sometimes when I go late before they are closing I can see how much they clean the place. Their fries are also very tasty, even though I don't really eat fries that much.

Cheap, decent pizza. Have you ever had a pizza from one of these generic fast food places, peri peri cottages etc? It's exactly like all the others, but you can't argue with £10 for two extra large.
