Pizza & Chicken Time in Luton

Everything was good as usual but did not receive are bottle of drink that was included in the family meal

The pizza had too much onion and was not cooked through and some of the pieces of chicken were slimy.

I went to this takeaway for a long time and these people treated us badly. The owner is really rude and kanjoos i only asked for chips to be delivered to my address which is less than five minutes away from where i live. The owner started behaving in a rude manner im never using this this takeaway again.

Ordered food at 6pm , turned up 7.50pm exactly. All food cold, disappointed that if there was a problem that they didnt ring me to tell me and also the 5 times i phoned them , not once they said sorry for the huge delay.

I've been going to the takeaway next door to these guys; and they were terrible. I gave up on them and will not be ordering from Pizza & Chicken Time. Ordered today and everything was perfect. Recommended.

missed order notes, I didn't want any sauces on my food, and no sauce and salad on the burger, but i received burger with salad and sauce on it, its not what i ordered.

Food was luke warm when it arrived and service was absolutely appalling. Had to wait an hour and half for luke warm food after having to call several times to see where food was and being told everyone that it was 10 minutes away when the shop is less than 5 minutes from me

Incredible food, friendly delivery driver he came all the way up the stairs to my flat to drop me my food I appreciate that very much. My favourite garlic mayo too! Great service, fresh salad hot food everything arrived nicely packed

i come here often and the food is really good and the people are nice. there sauce pots are small which is annoying because i run out of sauce before finishing and it can get hot in the place

my large doner was same size as my small doner I ordered last time, not nice, plus very poor salad

We ordered a quarter pounder with cheese costing £3.55. When clicking on it it REQUIRED an option of add cheese for an extra 35p. As it was a quarter pounder with cheese we ordered, we selected no cheese. Obviously assuming a quarter pounder with cheese came with cheese. NO. NO IT DOESN'T. Your quarter pounder with cheese does not come with cheese. You have to pay an extra 35p for cheese on your quarter pounder with cheese. So that is false advertising right there. That's like buying a bottle of water but having to pay extra for the water. Buying a double decker but having to pay extra for the upstairs. Buying a BLT. But having to pay extra for the bacon, lettuce and tomato...

Delicious food at great prices, with very good service. The best doner meat in Luton! Highly recommended and will continue to use this place - keep up the great work.

I’ve used this restaurant many times before but I’m now very disappointed they not answering phone and can’t get update or any help from just eat can’t answer as food not arrived

Food was pre ordered but arrived late. Called up the store and staff were very polite and apologetic and explained the delay. Food arrived soon after and was both hot and very nice 👍

Ignored delivery instructions. Put sauce on my food eventhough SPECIFICALLY asked for no sauce due to allergies! I had to throw the entire meal in the bin.

There has been a drasatic change in pricing recently, quite disappointed as I wouldn't go out my way now to get food from here.

The worst service ever you can get . Stay away from this place.. girl on the reception is so rude. The way she behaved feels like I asked for her kidney.

Arrived late, paid for 2 chili dips and got given 1 mayo and 1 chili. I'm allergic to dairy so couldn't eat the mayo. Wasted my money.

The worst service! They don't pay attention to the customers, to what the customer asks, to anything. You order something and get something else, forget what you ordered, you wake up that something is missing. I'm not saying that it takes an hour to deliver a pizza maybe even 2. Pathetic!

Great tasting burgers, chips were good, but some were looking like they had oil stuck in the chip. maybe fried in oil not hot enough, as that also happens to me sometimes when I'm cooking chips at home. Great tasting sauces. Will order again soon.

Lovely pizzas. Food a little late, but understandable with adverse weather and busy periods. I do recommend you try their food!

I think i could've give them 4 on the basis of foods only but i felt weird the way an old guy started staring and singing not knowing i understand their language well. I think they need to teach manners to their employees like how to behave with their customers.
