Delicious food as always. I was served by Avina who was very lovely.

It's alright. The food was decent enough, portions did seem a bit smaller than another branch i had been to. The person serving us must of been having a bad day though as they were very abrupt and short, felt like they were annoyed we were there.

I had a flight to catch and was in a hurry for prompt service. A south Asian woman was serving slowly and pretended she didn't understand English. I ended up shouting at her for the amount of times I was repeating myself. I asked for the 3 topping deal and because of my frustration and her "lack of English" I told her to give me two toppings and a top up. Food is basic and cold however cheapest in the airport compared to the other foods. Never again! I asked for noodles, the woman's response "huh", I ask for a topping and physically point to it "HUH". I had the urge to walk away but because I was hungry and going to endure a journey. Soo annoying with her stupid facial expression. Respectfully do not work in customer service ig you can not understand BASIC English.

The salt &pepper chicken was soggy. Sat in the baine marie for who knows how long. Caramel chicken tasted of nothing, potatoes partially edible. Not sure how Chopstix gets past the trades description act. Says on the box (see photo) boxed fresh. However served from a baine marie food warmer. How fresh is that? Never again!!!

I was there one year ago in July, and the girl who served me wrote her name on a card to leave a review and I said I would do and I forgot about it and these days I found the card in a travel bag 🥳, I don t remember what I ate but i remember the portions were quite big and the food was good for my taste. I never ate from chopsticks until then and she helped me explaining how it works. She was really nice and delivered great customer service, her name was Rajitha 😊

Whenever I come here, the staff are great. In particular, Olga. She's always has a smile and is friendly

freaking loved the huge portions of really good noodles, mini chicken balls were on the dry side, didn't like the branding too much, i just wanted to eat, not try and figure out the """lingo""". If you are hu(a)ngry, come here, NOW ⚡⚡.I love this place, come here, as soon as you have a chance.

My youngest chose this restaurant for lunch. It’s a great fast food alternative noodles and chicken! However the seating could be improved. Smaller tables would mean people don’t have to share and wait. The seating area is already small but having long tables means 1 couple and 1 person is taking a seating area that could fit a family of 5! If they had 2 smaller tables perhaps more people could seat in the same area!

Hello just went to get my food and they cancelled my too good to go if the shop closes at 10 o clock then how are you cleaning the shop at 8 o clock 2hours before the closing time how are you not making extra food I’m very disappointed more people are still comming in the airport and the lady behind the counter is very rude she didn’t even offer anything all they care about is going home and all the staff are miserable they don’t even greet with a smile always very serious like they don’t want to be there

I enjoyed the noodles and spring rolls, which were excellent. Additionally, the service was commendable. The staff member, Yamuna, demonstrated great respect and professionalism.

Had a huge portioned four topping meal. I went for the katsu curry and chicken with egg fried rice and it was brilliant. Worked a treat with the prawn crackers. I was met with a friendly smile and service from Yamunasri. She was polite and helpful and friendly providing a welcoming service. Can’t wait until next time. And as you can see in the photo below, huge pieces of chicken.

It’s always a good time coming here. Working at the airport the food helps a lot during the winter especially. It’s always full of flavour. I always receive a great welcome and a smile from the staff especially Ula and Helga. Can’t wait for my next meal tonight. 😋

Family trip to London, lack of time, kids, hunger...you have been is such situation. At Chopstix we found a wide range of delicious food at a reasonable price, relatively plenty of seating for families with children and very helpful smiling staff. Clean and nice shop serving some asian food. Doesnt taste the best but i think its a can do with affordable pricing in the airport. One base with 3 toppings is £9.95.

Extremely dry noodles. Chicken portions are negligibly small.. Overrated and overpriced. Not even close to Chinese

Cons: Based on the rich and cultural essence of the food served the interiors and ambience of the store could have been more welcoming.

Once again, amazing get me home food. Once again, ruined by animals snorting, sniffing, scoffing and badly masticating strangers over a 500mm wide “table”. You can’t do anything about the animals but sort the eating “space” please (realising footprint is an overhead).

Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming environment.

The food was good. Regular size cost me 9.45£. The portion size is small and limited vegetarian option.

Rajitha’s service was exceptional! She took the time to walk us through the entire menu, providing clear and detailed explanations of each dish. Her recommendations encouraged us to try more options, and every selection was spot-on. Excellent food, even better service!

Allergy review As someone who suffers with a severe peanut allergy I often struggle to eat out at Chinese restaurant however Chopstix does well outlining allergens by an information/contents board. The lady whom served was also helpful with my follow up questions. Good selection of food was very tasty and hot. As far as airport food goes, good value for money. Lack of seating is a shame and people reserving seats we had to eat elsewhere in the terminal. Overall very good food before a flight.

Fast noodle food, the quality is not incredible but does the job for an evening or to tide me over. Too bad the quantity is so rationed according to the size of the boxes. The prices are not very expensive.

Visited on 01/10 around 6 pm - I was so lucky with not much of a queue. There were two ladies manning the floor and they were just amazing doing everything! What a great team and a nice dinner experience at a busy airport!

They insist at you to place good reviews for them and dont give you the food until so. A joke of a place, avoid.
