This is a lovely cafe in the town centre, great coffee and pastries. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

2,80 £ for a single espresso and they served it to me in a paper cup when I said is not takeaway.

I was there today with my daughter and her friends, the waitress came up saying that our girls were making too much noise, I told her that the girls are 2 /4years old and we can't hold them or shut their mouths.. She replied that she has children and they are less noisy than ours.. The lady should remember that she is working and kindness comes first.. Everyone has bad days, but don't be mean to your customers.. If you don't want to have noise you shouldn’t open a play area in your coffee shop.. Once you put toys for kids you should definitely expect to hear noise and children playing.. Needs to be tolerant.. I was happy to have found a coffee shop with a play area but after this experience I was very disappointed. Answer to your comment. Of course we are aware of that and I didn’t say that you are a soft play area. I said that if you put a play area in your coffee shop you can’t expect kids to be quiet. Also we are talking about 2/4 year old children not about horses that they make big noises. Toddlers are allowed to cry or make noises because they want the same toy or just because they can’t express themselves good. Is not correct in any case to compare children and as I said before if you put a play area and toys you must expect to have noises because kids get excited and sometimes overwhelmed when see many toys. Went in today to grab my coffee always feels welcome! Staff are very friendly and bubbly. They are always smiling and providing excellent service. Coffee 10 out of 10 Highly recommended.

Loved the cake and coffee. The place is perfect for people with kids as it has a small play area upstairs. The stair space is a bit narrow but other than that all good.

Good, open and relaxing atmosphere with good strong coffee. Service is very good. Seating available outside, inside and upstairs. Toilets clean.

The staff are very rude and arrogant. The coffee is significantly overpriced for beans that are not organic, fair trade nor single sourced.

Disappointed that the upstairs (with the new children area) was closing at 5pm for cleaning. I came especially after work on a Friday with my son to have a look for the first time. It does state on google that it closes at 8/8.30pm. The drink and biscuit were good. A bit price for coffee and mocha but good service.

Amazing coffee, ambience and friendly staff

Hi everyone, I recently discovered this beautiful coffee shop. The chai latte is fantastic, and the staff are really kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place 👌 Keep up the great work 👍 👏

Service was a little bit slow but the staff the atmosphere and the good coffee more than made up for it polite helpful friendly lady serving behind the counter nothing was too much trouble. A little bit pricey but I would recommend and I would go back for sure.

Very good coffee and comfortable atmosphere. The frappuchino was just the way i like it (creamy and sweet). The hot latte is also very creamy, they have sweetener which was excellent as my mother doesn't use sugar. They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from. The upstairs area feel a bit like a living room in a good way,and toilets are nice and clean. Service wasn't bad but the ladies are quite blunt which came off pushy.

I decided to check out Mano Coffee in Luton after a recommendation. Chic modern furnishing with a ground and upper floor. Great cocktails. I tried the "Watermelon Heaven" deliciously sweet! They serve hot drinks and dessert too. Great service and atmosphere.

We have been here a few times. The place is clean and cosy, coffee tastes good, staff is friendly. However we have consistently experienced issues with order accuracy. They frequently forget to bring all our orders or bring the wrong items altogether. We would always have to approach the counter to clarify our orders. It would greatly improve the overall experience if the staff could refer to the receipt and ensure order accuracy.

Absouletly loved this coffee bar, most amazing interior, you feel relaxed complemented with great service and you can also get alcholo.

Good, strong coffee. You can sit and enjoy in the nice indoor setting or if weather cooperates outside. Service was pleasant and making sure we got all our order.

Nice atmosphere and decoration internally. Very expensive for what you get, the coffee is small and too strong, plus the pan au chocolates must be purchased from tescos in packs, very poor and not crispy (especially at £3.10). Definitely not baked in the morning lol

Mano coffee is such a great coffee shop in Luton. It is located in the heart off Luton town just out side the mall. I have been going to mano coffee for the past few months to have my Fredo espresso which is just an amazing drink. Made by the lovely staff who are so kind and loving they go above and beyond for us as a customer to have an amazing experience. My honest review off Mano coffee is a five out of five with the great hospitality and the amazing coffee. Also I highly recommend having a fresh lemonade it is just out of this world.

Nice coffee place. We order 2 large latte. We pay £7.80. Coffee taste very good. Giving just 4 stars because the time we visit this place the music played very loud. Not the best place to have conversation.
