The best restaurants in South and West Lynn King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

No food on offer here until after 2pm so if you are in a meeting here please or course, you can't get anything to eat without driving out or bringing a pack up in. Also if you do bring your own food they won't let you eat it on their tables as they have a hang up about this for some strange reason. I would understand if they had anything on offer but they don't so why cry about it? Pathetic way to do business

Ordered using the app went to collect and was cuing outside. My order was being called inside but how would I know? I went in after 20 minutes and my food was sat on the counter going cold! I got a mouthful of abuse from someone who worked there whilst waving her arms telling me to wait outside. There was nobody on the door outside to deal with orders etc. It seemed however if you have a deliveroo, just eat or similar you could meet inside whilst not socially distancing and get first pick of the orders! Very poor customer service on this occasion and very rude staff. Despite my poor experience the food was great albeit a little cold. Perhaps a few parking bays for click and collect mobile orders etc would work better even for deliveroo etc. See McDonald's and how they do it! Went in again 14/10/23 Shocking service waited 10 minutes then the screen suggested order ready for collection! It wasn't and neither were the other 8 orders that had moved over to the ready to collect screen. After 15 more minutes and the heater on full blast the orders started dropping off the system one by one, people starting to get stressed 😥 4 people behind the counter idle with very little output, 1 order had been offered 2031, 2031 that was all that continued to be called for the next 5 minutes. I can only imagine the customer of 2031 had either perished in the heat or from starvation! Why was I shocked ? This was normal at KFC Hardwick. It's a shame the system does not work as the food is good and usually hot. Bring back the older style restaurants where the food was in the chip shop style units ready to serve as the order came in. Wisbech KFC is an example of this. Update as of today 22/03/25 shocking . Seems delivered, just eat etc get their orders as a priority over 40 minutes to wait half of it missing half of it cold. No napkins wasn't even busy, I don't know why I keep returning 😒

Called in on the off-chance of getting a table , Sharon was very informative about how the breakfast worked and was very pleasant and extremely helpful , efficient at clearing all tables and keeping the breakfast stocked up .

My partner and I ordered a meal yesterday evening through uber eats around 8pm. Our food was delivered about 9:10pm and we opened our food to see our order was not only wrong! Plus the fries we ordered were pale, hard and very undercooked! The cheese burger was meant to be plain and it comes covered in mayo sauce I'm allergic too! The meal was inedible... The restaurant closed at 9pm but my partner called them the second we saw our meal wasn't correct, they answered the phone and we explained what happened then they hung up!! I called them back instantly and they never answered. I called over 10 times and they still didn't answer. So my partner drove to the restaurant and the staff members were still inside but locked the doors, he knocked on the door and told them what happened. They said there's nothing they can do!!Absolutely appalling!!

Good breakfast reasonably priced everywhere clean People at counter very pleasant and did not wait long for breakfast

The girl on the counter didn't explain one of the deals to us very well, all 3 of us misunderstood her, when I later queried it with her she spoke to me like a child and gave me a 'look'.

Stopped here for a wee even toilets are awful

Never eaten a meal in such cold conditions, ended up having to put my coat on....definitely spoilt our experience. Food was OK but nothing special...put some bloody heating on ❄️

Cupcakes were very cute food was a little cold but I was even colder in the rain so it was ok! the atnosphere was a little lacking but overall everyone seems very happy thank you dobbie

Just been to the gatehouse. It's had a major refurbishment and its really nice now. Food and serves very good . We will be back

I think this is the best take away in King’s Lynn. Always ask for extra mushrooms and he never charges extra. Good food, good service and a fast delivery

Came here for dinner after a long trip at the hospital and it felt like heaven the staff were lovely and the food was finger licking good it wss like i was at the Ritz with my wife in 1987 haha! Thank you KFC!
