KFC Kings Lynn - Hardwick Estate in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Don't usually put a review but just been served at the drive through by a gentleman called Cory I think friday 18th oct at 9.45pm just wanted to say how polite he was seemed such a lovely bloke double great customer service!

Staff ok, quite friendly just not very quick, but that can depend on what cooking there waiting on, not their fault.

Lovely food , good staff , can be a bit slow at peak times

Bland chicken, overcooked and expensive.

The restaurant was a mess, food has gone down hill recently

took over 50 minutes to make and them 5 minutes to deliver cold food

I waited 2 hours and then my food never turned up. The driver gave me someone else’s from somewhere else, then came back and asked for it back.

order arrived with 2 Pepsi drinks when we ordered 3 tango cans and 1 pepsi. missing butter mayo souce from meal. unhappy

gravy was so running not like KFC at all disappointed .

When we placed the order it said it would be 20-30 mins delivery but it ended up being over 70 mins and the food was cold when it arrived.

DID NOT RECIEVE THE FOOD was ordering on behalf of my disabled uncle the delivery driver was rude and shouting on the phone my uncle couldn't get to the door in time so he left horrible man

Absolutely the worst place I've been to... On walking in there wasn't a single table that didn't either have left over food on it or a single clean table. Food was everywhere all over the floors. Liturally had to walk around food that was on he floor and felt soo uncomfortable even letting our children sit or even touch the tables. It wasn't untill after waiting for 15 minutes untill someone actually could be bothered to see me waiting at the counter asking for wipes or at least so one to make the effort to clean. I guess they got the picture when I said that the place was a disaster... Toilets were an absolute mess. The ladies had feases all over the toilets and the males was absolute discusting to the point I actually had to hold my breath... Where's the cleanliness..... Safe to say we got our food 40 minutes later and we'll say no more..DISCUSTED Even the staff at the tills were walking around food everywhere on the floors.. This has gotta be the most unhygienic fast food chain.. and I can certainly say I will not be returning again. KFC WHAT HAVE YOU BECOME...

Workers were very rude. They were only worrying about going home. The lady was to interested in speaking to her friend than getting on with work. 3 people ignored me when i went back to get a drink they missed. They asked people to leave when they only just started their meals. NOT GREAT AT ALL!

Quite possibly the worst fast food outlet I’ve ever been to. Sticky gunk all over the ordering kiosks, overflowing bins with trash strewn about the floor, filthy tables, and a front counter with napkins, straws and cutlery covered in grime. No receipts in the self order kiosks and main till has signs asking customers to order at the kiosk instead of the till. The floors and tables were covered in good and dirt. When awaiting my food two staff members, one called Aurora were chatting amongst themselves whilst my food went cold behind then, it took some Asian looking guy, possibly their manager to come out and tell them I was waiting for my food. Aurora then turned her back on him and whispered something unheard and was pulling faves at him behind his back all in the view of customers. Not good at all! Think you need to have an over haul of your staff in there because quite clearly you're current staff don't have any respect for their seniors or they're customers.!!!

Absolutely disgusting and dirty place. Eat anything from here and it will give you the s###s for 24hrs. Nothing is hot, everything feels like it's been sat out for days.

Waited over 35 mins to receive my takeaway and I could hear the staff arguing amongst each other blaming one another for the wait

Absolutely awful kfc. Chicken was over cooked, small portions and very very expensive..... And getting more expensive and smaller portions every time you go there. Avoid this place!! Went back today as we had a voucher, it's still just as bad!

Slow to order, food was the worst I’ve ever tasted, soggy flat coating to the chicken with no flavour and the chicken inside was pretty flavourless too with cold cardboard tasting fries. Weak tasting fizzy drinks, always forget to give forks/spoons out for sides, dirty inside! Avoid like the plague! After visiting another branch with 45mins driving distance of this one how very bad this branch is!

do not waste your money from here. first time in long time ordered from kfc never again missing a 30 meal deal store blames just eat its completely missing and staff just rude save ur money

Not recommended for persons with false teeth or partials..... The kfc coating is far too crispy,,,, (should be 11+spices delicious 😋 and lightly crunchy and full of wholesome flavour 😉👍)......

Great food . Could be not so slowly preparing the food.

Ordered at 16:00 and was delivered at 19:00 the app kept updating making it the delivery time longer and longer. When we got our food it was all dry and like it had been sitting out for ages. KFC is so bad. Always screws up the order and just doesn’t tase the same anymore. I don’t understand how it’s still in business with the incompetence they have working as it seems to happen to every KFC I have been to. They need to get their stuff together as a whole franchise.

A young girl running the front in the photo virtually on her own and doing her absolute best with lots of people waiting. One young lad cleaning tables the other not looking like he was doing much to help her at all. I think she had to actually ask him to help her serving ! A true example of somebody over working and somebody doing as little as possible. No managed in sight to assist. Food quality has gone up immensely. Chips new and far better, warm and tasty. Chicken good too. Must have improved restaurant on food quality hence the reasonable score. Well done young lady. Everyone else customer facing in restaurant needs to up the effort. Toilets were awful and didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a couple of days and didn’t smell too cracky for a place that you’re eating in.

ordered this meal and 2 things was missing, I messaged them as wasn't happy as this isnt the 1st time this has happened, I was told I was getting a refund onto my just eat account and haven't received anything or heard anything back from them and it's been over a week now

Would be better if food cooked fresh and was hot not warm. Also not making someone wait ten minutes just to take their drive thru order would also be a good start!!

Food was hastily thrown together, and I had to reassemble my burger myself once I got it.

We went here on 26/7/24 drive through absolutely horrible, chicken was soggy, and uncooked, the chips what there was of them were stone cold, shrivelled, the entire meal had to be put in the bin, we went here 3 months ago and it was as bad as yesterday, we give them the benefit of the doubt from out last visit, we will never return here, no point in complaining to the shop, it would only of fallen on def ears, nobody appears to have a interest in the job of the food

Thought I was on a good thing,no queue at drive through,got there to order nobody talking to me, still sat there 15 mins waiting for someone to take my order,

Probably a minimum 30 minutes wait for your order. Probably don't have any chicken anyway. Or gravy. 10/10 go to McDonald's over the road.

6 fries came in a large bag, poor presentation, mighty bucket for 1 came in a bag.

It's KFC, go in with high expiation and come out with portions of budgies.... only went in because the Mrs wanted it.... honestly I think it's over rated and defi over priced.

Got a meal from here with my family. Not sure what the meal was but it was a family meal of some sort as we got a lot of food. After a couple of hours after eating it, we all feel terribly sick and me and my boyfriend was sick. I think we have gotten food poisoning and i’m very disappointed. The reason for this is the food took extremely quick and i noticed that the chicken was bland and tasted funny to when i normally go there.

Drive through. Taking 25 mins to order and still waiting!!! Horrible service. Waited 30 mins. I ordered a meal and no drink !! Had to wait again for 10 mins for tge drink... Young lads working. No motivation...the young lad did say sorry yhough... poor morale... disgrace to KFC!!! I will think a million times before I go again...poor young lads. Shows how bad our economy and country has become!!!!

Food was good, staff rude, and place very dirty, I had to ask to clean a table so we could seat and my grandson said thank you to the member of staff and not even a smile came out of her. Unfortunately not going so often out, because life's very expensive, but it's nit hard to give a smile to a 3 year old child

No boneless chicken in my boneless banquet. Received 3 spicy wings which I didn't order. Ordered 2 pieces of original chicken, only got 1. The only thing you got correct on my order was small chips and beans.

KFC in King's Lynn is one of the worst takeaway places you could ever visit, Not one person was wearing a Hair net including the manageress, staff where rude and back chatting thinking they are invincible and worth more than they are. Don't think I will ever return to is dump for food that has drastically increased in price and decreased in size. Shocking is not the word to use. Food health and safety not in order. Disgusting. Nothing has changed the place needs to be visited by HSE appalling comes to mind.

Waited excessively so asked for a refund which when I got my card statement wasn't for full amount paid. Restaurant was useless when contacted,gave me head office number which is never opened,so will be referring it to my card company as theft/fraud.

Bucket meal for the family. Sat it to eat. Finally arrived and the chicken was Luke warm. Fries had most certainly seen better days. 2 of the side dishes ordered had run out. Couldn't have the drink that had been ordered. No serviettes The moment a delivery person turned up the whole world changed. They seem more interested in getting the delivery Takeaway orders sorted than the restaurant. Not impressed whatsoever
