Moccachinos in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

We went in one day for a nice meal, me and my fiancé orderd a milkshake, hers was cold and mine was warm. I orderd a panini, and when it arrived, the server dropped it on the table and instead of offering a new one they went "oops" and put it back on the plate. Also the salad is lettuce and tomatoes, thats it

I went on Saturday with my son and I had burger and chips and the burger was soggy and taste watery. Saturday night I started with belly cramps and then ended up been really poorly and went to hospital and I was told I had food poisoning avoid

Dark and dirty with sticky floors and tabletops. Staff were surly and unfriendly. Not somewhere I could ever recommend unless you are a masochist

The place was dark and dirty. The staff were surly and impolite. I had to ask three times whether we ordered at the counter of table. The staff member deliberately ignored me as she was to busy chatting to another member of staff behind the counter. Al the table we tried were dirty and sticky. In fact the whole place could do with a good clean. There are many alternatives in the town. All of which are far better than this excuse for a restuarant

Myself and family ate their yesterday and 3 of us are unwell with diarrhoea and sickness not good only thing we ate aswell

Ham and cheese panini had the cheapest turkey ham which you find on pizzas also ordered some milkshakes that was brought to the table warm. Whilst sitting eating I saw the milk left opened on side when mentioned nothing was said not even an apology not recommended

Service very poor go sometimes 3 times a week sat there today for 10 minutes and still no served so walked out food below average but have to say the omelettes are very good but over all a poor place owner just sits at the back just shouting at his staff

Potato was cooked well not enough beens and it wasn't a caesar salad, which is advertised on all there menus

Waitress was rude from the get go! While taking our order she tutted and was shaking her head for me ordering no mushrooms and scrambled egg instead of fried. Then relaying our order to the chef was rude again. She threw our drinks and food down infront of us spilling them everywhere. The waitess was very polite to all other customers. We have put this rudeness down to us being in a same sex couple with a small child. You wouldnt expect Homophobic behaviour in this day and age. This put a very sour taste to our breakfast. On paying I asked to speak to a manager. She was amazing listening to us, she was getting upset that our time was so awful could not apologise enough for it. And gave us our meal for free. Because of the lovely manager we will be dining here again but will definitely ask for a different waitress. The food was lovely and affordable. We only got put off due to the rudeness from waitress. All other staff was lovely.

Decent cafe handy for bus station

Tried this cafe for the first time. Menu was extensive, and the placed looked clean. Served very quickly after sitting down. Staff all helpful and pleasant. Food was hot and tastes delicious. Very reasonable prices. We will be using this lovely place regularly from now on. Wish we had tried it sooner!

This is one of the best in the country and they have no intention of robbing you the prices are fantastic and so is the food and staff you also have a huge variety of food menus. Highly recommended without any doubt. This is an honest review.

Food was yummy and most of the staff were lovely- it was let down by one waitress who rolled her eyes when I asked for salt and pepper, and then refused to look at me or reply when I thanked her and apologised for asking (she was busy). I felt really awkward after that as I was a lone diner.

Awful service and very racist. Woman (can't call her a lady due to her behaviour) who's serving was rude and was literally throwing everything on the table. She was making comments about my boyfriend and me to other members of staff and hasn't even tried to do it quietly. Felt very unwelcomed and definitely won't be going back there

Ok food but no t that cheap. One middle aged female staff member can be a bit off had when serving you. Also does not listen to your order. Twice I ordered a cheese and tomato sandwich and specifically asked for it untoasted. Twice it arrived toasted. Also the owner looks over the place like ke a hawk. He sits at a table just in front of the kitchen watching all that’s going on. Is not nice for customers must be awful for the young girls that work there!

Love the food like going in there

Family of 5 all ordered meals and drinks today when temperatures are 28c to 30c making sure children are drinking plenty of fluids to try there drinks as we leave to see why they hadn't drank a lot 😳 to find a very strange taste and strong bit like fairy liquid taste it was horrible told the staff 1 was very apologised to have another say well it was free with there meals it's not the point it being free it should still be drinkable and which these drinks wasn't and there drinks are not free when they are priced into there meals and the other staff given evil looks when I asking for them to check with the squash manufacturer as they may have a problem with the batch used to just get told whatever. Not helpful at all no offer of water to replace there drink Will not be returned and will report elsewhere as if my children get ill because of this I will not end here that's for sure customer service shocking behaviour and attitude

Quick stop nice food moderately priced

Very clean and tidy cafe and staff were really friendly and polite. Food isn’t the best unfortunately as what you see on the menu and the photos isn’t what’s served up! Burgers look great but in a plate it’s disgusting and really not worth the money.

Got mouldy tea cake, sent it back and got another mouldy one and sent back again

Best coffee place at Burwood 1 Highly recommend not only the coffee but the service and staff are always friendly! It’s location is perfect and they brew the finest coffee I have ever had!

We had never been here before, but were very impressed with the good selection of food and excellent waitress service. It was a Monday lunchtime and not very busy. We were given a menu straight away and chose our meals. The meal came quickly and was piping hot and served with a smile. It was as tasty as it looked and great value for money. Our two meals complete with drinks was just over £10. We will certainly go there again, and I was surprised at the negative review I've just read? I've given it five stars, as for value, service and the food we received it was top marks from us.

I do understand that in this times to stay in business it's very difficult. And that you need to be competitive, but sacrificing quality to much for Cheap prices it's not the answer. Everything is of the cheapest quality that you can find, even the ketchup has a color that I never seen before. The Staff are well stressed out because the owner sits there checking every single move they make. Very sad in general, would I go back? No! Sorry to say that but true.

Good food and reasonably priced

I ordered jacket potatoes with tuna Mayo for myself and my friend . The potatoes were black and stank. They looked like very old potatoes. Had to return the food and changed my order to fries....shan’t ever return!

Ok first I spent some time watching the staff doing there work clearing tables ect and as soon as my support worker and I got in we was ask to give our details name ect and write them down in a book then sanitize our hands we found that it was very clean well set out for CONVID-19 IN Both the floor and tables ect this in turn gave both my support worker and I a safe feeling and to the staff I must say a big thank you for two very good hot meals and I award you a vote of Excellent I think that you are all spot on and yes we will be back soon THANK YOU ALL FOR A SAFE MEAL

Awful ,my breakfast was cold,egg not cooked , the cheese burger was cold too.i had to complaine,we go regularly but it has been going down hill but monday took the biscuit. Staff did offer me a other breakfast but really no thankyou.went to pay and they where so rude,never againwill I go in there.

The first thing one notices about this cafe is the pricing - IT IS SO CHEAP! Is it the best food? No. Is it tasty - yeah it’s quite good but I’d not expect a melt in the mouth gourmet burger and chips with a cuppa for £3 the value is amazing! Served within 2 minutes of arriving food came quick enough. Dessert was amazing however - toffee apple pie warmed up with ice cream. Only thing I didn’t like was the tea came with milk already in and was a little to much milk but was ok.

This place is great! They offer a wide variety of food throughout the day with most hot meals costing under £5 this includes an English breakfast and plenty of healthy options too. A jacket potato with salad and any topping less than £5!!It’s located right next to bus station and near the heart of the city centre. They offer table service so find a seat and your order will promptly be taken. I usually receive my order within 10 minutes. The staff are fast, friendly and plentiful too! The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. This place is well worth a visit, it won’t be our last!!

Poor coffee, below par hot chocolate

Brilliant place. Table service by friendly staff, just wonder in and take a seat they’ll come take your order. All food is cooked to order is hot and fresh and doesn’t take long. They have a massive choice on the menu including a wide range of vegetarian dishes. I love their breakfast yum yum!! Lovely clean, comfortable restaurant with great food, fair prices and friendly staff. Come once, you’ll come again!

Went kings lynn, and my daughter and I decided to get something to eat. Happen to find this place. It was spacious, clean and very friendly staff. The food was lovely, great portions, excellent service. The price was unbelievable, for 3 meals and drinks it was less than £20.highly recommend it, xx

Not worth paying the prices they buy all the value items in sainsbury and charge u top dollar don't waste your money

Visited for the first time today, absolutely loved it here, the staff were super nice and friendly, service was shockingly fast and the food tasted amazing. Also 3 meals and drinks came to little over £17. Great deal. Will come back whenever we visit next!!

Not the best place I have been the staff were friendly unroll I complained due to the fact my bass Brown was not cooked in fact it was still frozen so a replace was ordered but buy the time it arrived I had eaten my breakfast the fizzy drink that came with the food was disappointing as they used a glass half the size of the ones you would get if you brought it separately I think a little over priced at £8 So not somewhere I shall visit again

Our first visit here ....every time we visit Kings Lynn thev9lace is always popular. We went in for lunch.....fish and chips and fish burger and chips. The meals arrived...nothing fancy to look at ...but very hot, cooked perfectly and very tasty indeed.The chips were plentiful and overall, the meals were very filling. The service was welcoming and friendly and the place itself was very clean The prices are very reasonable and we will definitely be back!

First and last time visiting here. Two members of staff had an argument at the kitchen hatch (directly in front of my daughter and I). Another came in with her shopping bags and walked straight into the serving area without bothering to wash her hands! The food was of poor quality (sausage and egg roll served in a burger bun). Pepsi flat and the entire experience a joke!

Can easily miss this little cafe amongst the shops in Kings Lynn, but it's a great place to eat. The staff there are so helpful and food delicious, well worth a visit.

If I'm in lynn this is where I go for my favourite double 1/4 lb with cheese and fries. Beautiful burgers I never have anything else.

Good value food and attentive staff

Me and my friend took are girls in for bite to eat my daughter who has medical problems was unsettled instead of asking us to carlm her down they asked us to leave very rude. The staff are rude and food not good they will not see us again

On Saturday 17th November my friend and I went in to have a bite to eat with our children and one of them wasn't in a very happy mood because she has a medical condition and instead of waiting for us to calm her down ourselves we were asked to leave which I think is very rude and unprofessional. So I will never be setting foot in the premises ever again unless we get an apology.

Ate here because queue at Costa was too long and I was in a hurry - should have waited at Costa. Don't do poached eggs, don't do brown or granary bread which is OK if the white bread is good quality but it wasn't. Served tea with milk already in it so it didn't have time to stew ! Really poor, service quick I suppose that's before customer's have chance to change their minds !

Walked past here today on a trip to Kings Lynn. Glad we did. Looked busy inside so thought we would pop in. Ordered 2 Breakfast and was very pleased with what we received. Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Mushroom, Tomato, Hash Brown, Toast and Coffee. Both of us it cost £9. Lovely breakfast and great price. Read reviews saying staff were not nice. Could not fault the staff on our visit. very pleasant and service was good. Definitely going to visit again when in Kings Lynn.

Popped in for lunch and had a very yummy omelette and chips. 5 of us had a very tasty lunch and was very good value. Pancakes and maple syrup were delicious according to my daughter!

Very very poor waiting staff. Waited over 20 minutes for childrens dessert. Asked to speak to a manager (was the boss) who then walked away! Got another manager (female) to try sort problem who then laughed and got abbusive. When leaving the boss got in my face and called me disgusting causing a row! The waitress who served us then got very mouthy! Avoid where possible so damn right rude i have taken my complaint higher so hope they get a mystery shopper/critque or enviro!!!

We visited for lunch today, and the positives are that they have a big menu with lots to choose from; they serve breakfast all day; it's well priced.

well this café is a first for us never bean before quite big and light well set out tables and chairs some of it ok for disabled there is a raised bit with tables and chairs as well in same room though a first time for us we found that the staff was ok and food was hot and fresh it was we found very clean

We came here a few times and definitely will be back again. It's simple and perfect for a quick lunch on a family shopping day out. Honesty, best chips ever. Don't expect anything extraordinary as it's just a small family café. You get value for your money, staff is always very friendly and helpful. Don't really understand what some negative reviews are about. Nothing negative about this place, you get what you pay for.

How the hell can they call them self's a restaurant the staff seem like they don't give a dam about their customers plus my gf had something to eat their & was I'll the very same night because she said that the food was off I don't think the chef can cook so I'm very unhappy with the service if I could I would give it a minus rating so I will I give it a -3 out of 10 rating & that's being generous !!

The food is acceptable for the price but the majority of staff really are some of the most unfriendly, miserable looking people you're ever likely to meet. Not a hint of smile when you go up to pay, nor barely any thanks. When this negativity is communicated to you the paying customer, whatever their personal issues, it simply is not good enough.

Met up for coffee with friends. First time round ok but we came back a second time and my latte wasn't a latte, and the cheesecake tasted off.

It's probably not the place to choose to impress someone on a first date, but if you want a good value lunch while out shopping this place would be a good choice. Well placed near the bus station and Sainsburys, it is clean and comfortable. The staff are hard working and efficient and the food is good value. It's of the all day breakfast and burger and chips style of cooking, so don't expect anything too fancy, but you should leave satisfied.

You pay for bad attitude and bad services and they serve your starter and main together and do not even offer money off when you point it out.

50 meters from the bus station , this establishment serves freshly prepared and lovely food . A family run restaurant with a great choice of dishes and very well priced considering it's in the city centre . Plenty to choose from the menu to suit all tastes and budgets along with very good table service . For the sweet toothed there is also a good ice cream menu . I suspect that the owners who also work in the restaurant are of a Mediterranean origin , judging by their accents possibly Italian . Well worth a visit ..

If you want burgers and all day breakfasts with nice coffees at sensible prices this is the place for you. I am not sure why all the kids meals have chips with them.

I used this café whilst waiting between buses at King's Lynn. The open and clean café serves down to earth, very reasonably priced, everyday food. The whole food and drink menu contains nothing more than £7.00. The food is nicely presented and the staff are pleasant and friendly. The place seems to be favoured by locals, each of whom are greeted by name. The owners were in site and working with their staff. Two main meals and two large mugs of tea for less than £12.00, excellent value.
