absolutely disgusting went outside to find the delivery driver and he began to have a go at us because he claimed to have called me over six times when i have received no phone calls ive checked and my number is 100% correct on the app just left our food outside the hotel doors cant even get at the food as its freezing as well as the driver swearing at us both when it wasnt out fault

Was absolutely disgusting soo not worth the 30.00 we paid for plastic refried chips ..NEVER AGAIN ..sausages had near zero batter and curry was cold !! Derseve a refund !

Lovely sunny day for a brisk walk along Gorleston seafront which was completed with fish and Chips at J J’s. We’ve been here a number of times over recent years and they always offer good food,cakes, drinks and value for money. The beach is always spotless and flys a blue flag for being one of the cleanest in the area. Cycling and dog walking is also encouraged. I would highly recommended a visit and would say you will not be dissatisfied.

We had a party of 13 for my son’s 8th birthday party. Louise done table service for our large table and was absolutely amazing, really helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, Louise really took her time to make sure we was well looked after. Thank you so much we all had such a lovely evening and food was delicious. Thank you again, Louise really needs the recognition of how hard she works, she really is a credit to your team! X

We had been for afternoon tea in the past and remembered it very fondly. However our meal this time was not good. Very loud environment. Couldn’t have a conversation. Nosiest place we have ever eaten at! Didn't really feel welcome. Despite having booked a table of 6. Our table also kept getting knocked by the slamming doors. Our food took ages to come well over 45 minutes. Staff just tried to push more drinks. The food was ok although some we would have sent some back (the bbq ribs) but we couldn't bear stay any longer. we didn’t stay for dessert etc Never again!

We were at the Vauxhall Holiday Park for the HRH (Hard Rock Hell) Prog 14 music festival. With the music days ending very late, we only got to the restaurant just in time for breakfast, even though they serve it up to 11:30! We both had a full English breakfast with coffee, and it was a tasty, substantial fry-up- just what we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Darcy and Mimsey, who were only too happy to talk to us and answer any questions we had. Recommended.

Terrible food, disgusting oil that the food is cooked in, none of my family could eat their food It was horrendous.

Chicken was rock hard and over fried. Possibly fried multiple tines.even the dog couldn't eat it ! Actually nearly choked on it ! Awful food !

Used this outlet twice whilst on holiday. Excellent speed of service to our caravan and the food was excellent. We had pizza, fried chicken and burgers and can recommend the lot! Keep up the good work! Will be used again

With lots of places closing early during our stay we were only left with a few options this being one of them so if you’re after a late night meal this is the place. Our order was taken quickly and served up quickly too. It was tasty. The restaurant itself however is not a pleasant environment. It’s a bit like a barren school dinner hall and not pleasant at all. Make the restaurant a bit more comfortable and this would be great!

This restaurant offers a 10% discount when you order direct from its website. Used many many times without issues. Tonight ordered a takeaway delivery and once id paid noticed in checkout that I'd paid in full without the 10% discount being taken off ? Called restaurant to question this and managed from shop said it's not his problem it's the man who does his website ?? Surely if your getting extra customers by advertising an online order discount if you order from them and not fulfilling the discount this is false advertising and surely illegal??? Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere for takeaway food in the future as there's many many more in our local area who I'm sure are more honest than Great Yarmouth kebab and pizza . Pity as the food is fantastic always has been just terrible dishonest customer service.
