Pizza Hut Delivery in Great Yarmouth

Awful. Not cooked properly, hardly any cheese. Total rubbish.

Very greasy, taste less, dough uncooked in the middle. All went in to the bin what a waste of time and money. Frozen from supermarket would be better option. One star because can’t give 0

Dry,Cold ,Late ,discusting don't bother. Today. Phone got an answer after 5mins told it came straight to us, it didn't die by 17.15 got at 17.43 ,direct it's not . Requesting refund and binned

UTTERLY TASTELESS. We received a burnt based pizza with no tomato base. The cheese had a plastic feel to it making every bite grim, (couldn’t even finish a slice off-and we were starving!)I’ve been to Pizza Hut many of times and I know it’s not like this one. AVOID this Pizza Hut at all costs. Even if it means going to a Asda/Tesco near by and getting the 80p frozen ones, you’ll enjoy that more!!!

Service was terrible food was awful, Sunday around 9 o’clock i went in to ask some questions about my food and there was no one there, man kept walking away with air pods in not answering my questions. I wasn’t happy and took my business elsewhere.

10 minutes wait to acknowledgement on click and collect. Cold food

Joke! Customer service is terrible. Called to order, girl on phone said u can't order over tge phone only online which is rubbish. Then hung up on me while i was talking. Don't waste your time or money!

Good take away pizza shop faster and friendly service just need more staff and motorcycles deliver it’s ok!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received... rude.. even laughed at me and told me to pay attention.. even though I filled there instructions to order online.. and what deal to order. Sauce changed ended up in a cancelled order and using the main Pizza Hut up the road.i will No longer be using this place. Lorraine and Andrew definitely need to scrub up on there customer service.

I would give no stars . Ordered pizza at 5 to be delivered for 8 . Didnt arrive till 9.15. Was cold and chewy and excuse was 'we do have 12 pizza to deliver ' . Yeah its your job! . I ordered well in advance . Not worth the money terrible service. Dont answer thier phone either . Not using again highly do not recommend bothering

If i could give a zero star i would. We ordered a pizza at 17:30 to be delivered at 20:00 its now 21:00 and still nothing.... phoned them 6 times and it just rings and rings with no answer! Absolute joke! Finally turned up cold over an hour late! Never using them again!

VERY DISSAPOINTED. Ordered 6 pizzas and trimming over the phone and told to pick up in 30 minutes. Arrived on time to be totally ignored for 10minutes. They then came out to say they had completed the order but had forgot one pitza and could we wait another 10 minutes while they made it and that they would keep the other 5 hot. 15 minutes later our order arrived. After we drove home 3 miles away . We all sat down to 5 Dryed out pizzas and one fresh one. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Always quick service and the staff are friendly. Plus the pizza is awesome

Pizza took over an hour when told 25/35 mins for delivery. All food cold and no one answering phone's in the shop, been trying for 30 mins now. Not happy what a waste of nearly £40. Won't be using again

Won't be ordering from them again. Had order delivered and things missing from order. Called to find out why. After trying several times finally someone answered. Explained of parts missing from order. Very rude person told me they had been let down by supplier so wouldn't be delivery and don't have time to call every customer to explain. Very rude and abrupt.

The women that works there I like her she is really nice you can have a nice chat with she always seems to smile it's nice and tge food is always good. Yum.

Absolutely disgusting. Collected wrong order, phoned up to complain, very rude on the phone, saying our only option is to go back and collect our actual order. Once picked up new order, food is cold and staff were very rude on collection. Wouldn't waste time or money on this place.

Just don't waste your time, or your money. This is not up to normal Pizza Hut standards, and pray they don't get your order wrong because it will take them over an hour to bring it to you once everyone else has finished their dinner. Go to Dominoes
