Uk Express in Great Yarmouth

Used this outlet twice whilst on holiday. Excellent speed of service to our caravan and the food was excellent. We had pizza, fried chicken and burgers and can recommend the lot! Keep up the good work! Will be used again

Ordered from just eat but they denying received order telephoned to ask for a refund the man on the phone was so rude and shouting down the phone at me then put the phone down on me three times, eventually my son called and ask the guy from a refund he would have the food instead, amazingly they found the order and delivered it but never again will I ever use this place again, they need to learn some manners and customer service techniques….

I fancy myself a bit of a kebab connoisseur ive eaten them all over the shop since i was knee high to a grasshopper. Dont mess about order the express special arrived promp steaming hot lamb was juicy and delicious chilli sauce made my nose run 5* all round couldnt fault it even ate the slipper

Do not order from UK EXPRESS a cold kebab was delivered when i rang up and said I wasn’t happy because it was cold his relpy was “I DON’T CARE” i said so you don’t care he replied no so my partner took the phone and went to say something and they hung up on him. they are The most disrespectful people they should be shut down.

Food was quick. Was hot and tastes nice. 20 quid for 4 burgers and chips was a bargain compared to the rip off food in the holiday park. Shame we got the menu at the end of our stay instead of earlier. Oh well.

They service is poor due they poor understanding of English they do not know how to serve custumers and do not know how to tack orders and when they do not understand custumers talking English they rud and put down the Phone in your face..... and if you try to teach them to follow the numbers in the pro leaflet of Uk express they rud and put the Phone down on you "JUST FOLLOW THE NUMBERS in the PRO LEAFLET" No one is naive not to know how to read a PRO leaflet "THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED A PROleaftet of UK EXPRESS!? I do not recommed Uk express if you order by Phone.

Biggest chicken leg I’ve ever seen. 99% sure it’s was human remains. Dry bones is the word that comes to mind.

Really bad sevice . Order food online and disint get it . Called the office and thay start shouting that thay been delivered ....no food and no money back...

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. I really enjoyed my food the fried chicken was fresh juice and full of flavours. The hot wings were a good size and full of meat. Chips were a little cold but I never eat the chips lol the bbq ribs wow full of flavour plenty of bbq sauce. I will differently order from here again. USA chicken sucks compared to you guys. You have a new customer for life can’t wait to try other things on your menu and will recommend you to family and friends. Thanks once again for making my Easter weekend . Could not eat all of it lol as pictures show

Me and my other half ordered 2 portions of cheesy chips and a margarita pizza my other half started eating the pizza as I unpacked the cheesy chips when I put one of the boxes of cheesy chips on top of the pizza box a spider the size of a 5p piece crawled out of it and across my pizza!!!! When we called the take away the man on the other end of the phone basically said we were lying and that it was our fault because he cooked the pizza himself!!! Refused to refund us even though we said he could collect the food as we wouldn’t be eating it!! Offered us a fresh portion of cheesy chips instead and when my partner said he was unhappy with that he said he would no longer speak to us!!! Disgusting service and clearly disgusting Hygiene levels as a insect managed to crawl all over my food!! Do not use!!!!

I walked into this establishment late one night and ordered a small donar kebab after asking if they were still open. They said 'it would not be a problem' As I was stood there I witnessed one of the employees pick up a filthy rag from the floor and start cleaning the hot plate that is used for frying. After just being totally ignored for 10mins and no sign of any progress with the kebab, I departed sharpish. I found a place on the LH side of Regent Street, which was fine.

Pizza came within a matter of 20 mins !!! Super fast delivery especially for such a late time. Pizza was decent and full of cheese. Quite soft, so could have been better with 5 more mins being cooked. But over all really good service and quality of food!

We visited here last night as other restaurants were closed as it was quite late. We ordered 2 chicken and domner kebabs, 2 pizzas, 3 pieces of chicken and chips. The bill was over 30 pounds. I have got to say none of us could eat any of it only the chips. I don't know what meat it was and the smell was revolting. We threw it away as im sure we all would of been ill if we had of eaten it. The yoghurt sauce was off and the salad was not washed. How do these people continue to run a business and not get closed down is beyond me. Anyone visiting Great Yarmouth stay clear of this kebab shop it is vile!!!

I never ever slate a business or leave review but I always try and give them a fair chance with the food to see if they have redeem their selves but the food is just appalling, chips are stale, re heated and cold!!! the pizzas stick to the box and undercooked! I would grumble over a “dirty kebab order” but I still would like edible food regardless, wasted so much money here it’s ridiculous! Should of been shut down when they got questioned for rat droppings.... LAST AND FINAL time!

We had 2 deliveries staying at Califonia cliffs , delivery both times took 1 hour 15 mins, so order well in advance

the food that came was discusting and some of the food was missing and after being rude on the phone the refund they promised didnt come so they lied & stole our money too terrible service all round

Not only was the food almost 2 hrs late and cold and just plain gross they left off half our order and when we phoned to complain and ask for the money bk for food we didnt get they twice promised to bring it bk but never came. Awful food awful costumer service never again i will complain to the holiday park about them too.

Kebab meat dry but the worst element was the fact no salad and no garlic sauce as requested. I got the food back to the hotel room to find neither present . Two choices leave hotel to highlight the lack of salad or eat and sleep as planned. Sleep chosen. Sorry staff were nice but got it wrong badly. Make your own judgement on why?

The food we have had from this takeaway has been very good however it has arrived lukewarm on a couple of occasions. A different method of transporting food to ensure is hot when it arrives.

Can honestly say this was a lovely meal, turned up piping hot and cooked really well. We had 5 empty plates. Will definitely order from here again and would definitely recommend

The signs should have been there, whilst waiting for our order I looked into the bin and there was a lot of uneaten food. The chips were ok, the chicken kebab was dry and not particularly nice.

Did a quick Google search for halal food in great yarmouth and this place came up....ordered a cheese burger and they did it just the way I like it 🍔 🍟 Pricing was about what you'd expect at the seaside. All in all OK

We ordered our food took a long time to arrive then when it did food not to bad until we foud a persons nail .rang them up and they said we must of taken one of our own off .i dodny ask for a refund was just telling them scarry be carfull

I wouldn't recommend this takeaway the will send anything out regardless of what it looks like. The food was totally inedible.

Cuando hace frío y tienes un buen kebab, este lugar es tan bueno como cualquier otro. El personal era muy agradable, amable y paciente. La comida era lo que esperarías de un kebab shop y muchísimo de por el marido. Tiene una vista bastante agradable de la playa mientras estás esperando su comida o si lo prefiere hay asientos a lo tienen allí y entonces.

Been here a few times while in Yarmouth for a Kebab, always been quite tasty & enjoyable I will return again next time I'm down no doubt. Located just on the seafront

Visitamos aquí después de estado en el placer - playa como nos apetecía algo diferente al pescado y patatas fritas. (2 adultos, 2 niños) hay un par de mesas para comer o te puedes llevar. El hombre que sirve detrás del mostrador parecía bonito y no esperar demasiado tiempo para nuestra comida. Estábamos sentados a comer y vimos nuestra comida para conseguir comida junto con otros hechos. Pedimos un 12" Hawaiano, 2 cajas de patatas fritas de carne grande cursi y donner y patatas fritas. La base de pizza era agradable y crujiente y no estaba grasienta como hemos tenido antes de otros para llevar.

I use UK express every month when we fancy a treat. The deliveries are quick and the food is hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend the southern fried chicken as it is much nicer than other places I've eaten

We had ordered chicken southern fry,chicken burger and spicy chicken fry.All the chicken items is having a bad smell it's seem that it prepared a few weeks ago and the oil which is used for frying having a burnt oil smell.We wasted our 20 pound. Please don't eat here.

seafront takeaway doing the usual array of kebabs burgers pizza's and fries etc. only had the pizza here but a good one, not too much sauce, plenty of cheese and topping, went for the meat feast, very nice.

Ordered off of just eat. Normally on most kebab shops they have an option to add cheese to your kebab. They don't at this particular place. So in the comments I wrote could I please have cheese on my kebab if possible please. The guy turns up and says i owe him money for the cheese. (I wouldn't mind but 1.if the website had an option for the cheese I would happily pay it and 2. I never carry cash on me, EVER!)The guy then walked away with my food. But then came back 5 mins later with it.

Was recommended and I know why, very friendly, fast and good value and portions will definately recommned and will use next time in in the area

Good food cooked well by nice people. Went in here because I'd been looking for a chippy but they were all shut. There were loads of kebab shops open so I asked which was the best. 2 separate people recommended uk express and now I'm recommending it to you

We have been to Great Yarmouth twice now and on this visit, we visited UK Express twice, once a delivery and 2nd time we eat in, excellent value for money food is always hot cooked well and very tasty! When we next visit Great Yarmouth we will be ordering again, thank you

The Food From This Take Away Is By Far The Best Quality Kebab House You Could Possibly Visit. As A Regular They Even Gave Me A Free Bottle Of Coke For My Custom. The Food Is Always Fresh And They Never Use Tainted Ingredients. They Do Deliver For Free As Long As Your Order Is Above £7. The Staff Are Cheerful And Very Talkative.
