Terrible service, they sent me cold chips rather that my burger that I ordered, there’s no direct number to the restaurant only a contact for Uber eats who only offered me a refund…I wanted me burger before having to rush off to work this evening.

I will never order from this dive again, me and my partner both now have food poisoning from stacks disgusting burgers and will be pursuing it further, the food quality from the start was poor, chips were cold and the burgers were smoothered in that much relish we could taste anythin else, they've probably done that to hide the dodgey meat I was givin in my burger, disgraceful

Well food turned up was stone cold stacks is inside frankie and benny's so phoned them spoke with a manger told them I was bringing food back as they stated they would not re deliver an we should take it up with just eat i was not happy so took food to the restaurant they re cooked fresh and gave us a free drink while waiting

The entire food was cold. Onion rings that cold it was soggy. Chips cold, cajun fries was so hot that they should be called chilli fries instead. Burgers had to be warmed up in the microwave. Absolutly not worth the money. Even tho we 10mins down the road

Me and my mum had ordered two pies and chips. The trainee gave us the wrong pies, and as a result, I had to ask for them to be replaced. I appreciate the young woman who helped and couldn't apologise enough. The trainee may need some training in customer complaints that it is not right to mess up an order. The gravy was like oil and curry sauce like concrete were also bad. Not worth £27. The best thing was that the pickled egg 🥚 was the best. The chips were also packet chips and were stone-cold when I got back with the pies. So everything was microwaved, and it was unpleasant the experience as a result.

Ormesby RoadWe had a party of 13 for my son’s 8th birthday party. Louise done table service for our large table and was absolutely amazing, really helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, Louise really took her time to make sure we was well looked after. Thank you so much we all had such a lovely evening and food was delicious. Thank you again, Louise really needs the recognition of how hard she works, she really is a credit to your team! X

Gorleston-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6BT, United KingdomLovely sunny day for a brisk walk along Gorleston seafront which was completed with fish and Chips at J J’s. We’ve been here a number of times over recent years and they always offer good food,cakes, drinks and value for money. The beach is always spotless and flys a blue flag for being one of the cleanest in the area. Cycling and dog walking is also encouraged. I would highly recommended a visit and would say you will not be dissatisfied.
