Long waiting time, the burger is only a bun and meat, there should have been some vegetables, e.g. lettuce, cucumber, good quality meat but dry burger, the service was not very nice, he only spoke to English speakers

Not organised. Man took 15+ minutes to make 1 order. Man was rude with an attitude. Food was horrible, thinnest patty with a chunky horrible bun. Atmosphere smelt bad with a mix of doughnuts and meat, made an unpleasant smell.

Was this place alive with atmosphere? Not at all with one couple dining in and myself waiting for my food, however... I did not come in for the atmosphere I wanted good food and quickly. I was very pleased with my meal and have to say that despite other reviews, mine was nice, cooked well, did not want long, but I did order in advance on the Uber Eats site. There was parking just outside, which was handy. I did like it and would go again.
