Ordered food on machine,got my number.had to wait 30mins.asked where our order was and got told waiting for chips. Other staff members were messing around in the back. Hadn't even put chips in fryer. There was around 10 othere people waiting for orders. Disgusting service.

It was almost closing and we went for some food and the food was legendary I had a lovely time just having a chat with the staff and it was great

Terrible food, was laughable. Chicken was chewy ! Not worth the money.

Arrived on site, 2 hungry kids, with an opening time of 16.00hrs. Stood around till 16.20, shutters still closed, and not a member of staff in sight. We reported it to the site staff in papa johns, who reported it to upper management. The staff in papa johns were fantastic and opened half an hour early for us, to provide us with food for our family. Top marks from papa john’s, abysmal performance from burger king.

Ordered food for delivery on the campsite. But we never received it. Wait but now the place is closed. They will be getting a visit tomorrow. To try get a refund.

Quick service and great tasting burger

Love burger king. I've never had a bad experience with them. Sad the one in Norwich Norfolk food court isn't there.

Order foods so quick but I notice all the tables are so dirty. Employees laughing ( it’s okey they happy) very polite But the tables and chairs so dirty lots of crumbs on the table.. Even the place is not very busy No one cleaning and checking the place need cleaning or not I like place to eat,, it’s a shame look like going down.

5 staff 5 customers 25 min wait thisplace is a joke painfully slow service and bad attitude from staff .

Arrived at 18:58, queue had about 5 people so we expected a fast order. How wrong we were, we finally ordered at 19:26, 28 minutes later which was pathetic, especially with 5 or 6 staff on. We got our food 5 minutes after and when we got it the fries were luke-warm, burger was nice however. The service on the DIY machines was around 7 or 8 minutes from start to finish, but if you have allergies expect to wait over 30 minutes. Would only recommend if you don't care about waiting, bad experience wouldn't go again. I work in the same industry so I know that service should be a lot faster, need more staff on or to at least be trained properly and under pressure as fast food should be fast.

Quick and easy to order on the Haven app for delivery to caravan. Arrived at designated time and was hot and tasty.

What a rip off. I've asked for 2 cheeseburgers 1 regular latte and 2 medium coke and they charged me over £17
