The best restaurants serving Indian food in Great Yarmouth East of England

Lovely Indian restaurant highly recommended. We were on holiday in G. Yamouth and found this restaurant, food was great, we love a curry so takes a lot to make us happy. Service was good but could have maybe done with an extra member of staff as they were very busy but this meant there was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.

Best Indian food we have ever had! Our favourite choice for dinner and Misha has to be the best we have eaten, anywhere. Staff were great, food was fantastic and price was under what I was expecting. 100% recommend.

Got myself some chips, peas and gravy with mint sauce on the peas. Really enjoyed them and was very filling good value as well.

We had a takeaway from here. The food was absolutely delicious. Very impressed. Best Indian food we’ve had in a long time.

We had a large family curry night for 15 people. We ordered via the Indian Kitchen website the day before and specified a time to collect. When we arrive there did was ready on time, everything was there and the food was utterly delicious. So impressed, will definitely be using them from now on for more faintly gatherings 😁

Food as always top notch, delivered on time, BUT portion size has been halved, was so disappointed when we opened trays, same expensive price for half the food, will not order again.

Food is disgusting. Rang to complain and said they can send 1 new curry out but that’s it. Poor food poor customer service and dam right rude. Avoid!!! I would give zero stars if I could

This is the third time I have had to update my review. This place went downhill fast when it was sold to new buyers, but fortunately, the old owners are back and the food and service is back to how it used to be. My favourite is the chicken tikka bengali which is probably the best curry I've ever had . Portion sizes back to normal and the discount when picking up makes it my choice of indian 👍

We arrived at 21:40 on Sunday 20th April (as we had checked it was open until 22:30), on arrival we had a very cold greeting and it was very uncomfortable. I ordered a glass of water and pepsi, and the water arrived and it was not cold at all yet the pepsi had sufficient ice in it. I approached the bar to ask for some ice in my water, and was told in no uncertain terms, that ice is only served in drinks that are purchased and not tap water as it is free, if we add ice, this costs us to generate the ice, then said I'll do it for you this time. I was made to feel quite uncomfortable. The same female staff member then apologised for how cold it was in the restaurant ( we had not said anything about the temperature) and did no more than plug in a blow heater near where we were sitting😳😳.....I'm sorry did this not cost them to switch this on, we couldn't believe it. They seemed to be more bothered about takeaway orders than paying customers within the restaurant. We can honestly say we will not be visiting this place again.
