Dreadful service took 2 hours for food to arrive! Luke warm hardly any meat in the curries . Have used in the past with no problems wondering if under new management Dreadful customer service lost a customer permanently tonight

We have eaten their excellent food from the restaurant,also from their market booth and not being meat eaters they have always accommadated us with no problems.we would recommend their food.👍

Fantastic, vindalicious hasn't disappointed me yet.

I have used this restaurant many times but never again. I always order the same, as it’s usually delicious (chicken tikka pasanda). When it got delivered, straight away there was a strange smell and it tasted very off. I called the restaurant to notify them and they said they would send another with a new rice. They soon delivered a new curry without the rice but the same thing. Smelt and tasted very bad. I’m not sure if they have a new chef, but sadly won’t be ordering from there again.

We always use this restaurant for our takeaway Indian as the food normally is delicious, however the past couple of times we have ordered the food has been sub par to say the least, and we requested each time for a time for the food to be delivered however it has been late the last three times now by not 10 mins or 15 mins we are talking 1 hour 1 hour and half late and not the most warmest we decided to give it one more go and again it was late by 55 mins the onion bajas where very over cooked the chicken was dry, the naan had no flavour and they delivered one dish that wasn’t correct highly disappointed and afraid we won’t be eating here again such a shame

Had to call restaurant and it seemed like they didn’t know about my order. It arrived at 9.30pm and food wasn’t what I ordered. Ordered chicken bhuna and it was lamb bhuna. My poppadum was missing as was the onion bhaji. I ordered the set meal.

Awful restaurant, had ordered online before but this time I decided to visit in person, shocked was an understatement.

Use these all the time great quality food and at a good price. Ordered online went to pick it up and they were closed. I called and they made my food for me 10 out of 10 for everything best place in Yarmouth.

shami kebab was disappointing. other restaurants give a full 2 pattys. This was a squashed meatball x2 so very tiny. the onions in the tub were seasoned very well but portion was poor. And the peshwari nann was small too! Sorry but not worth the money

Brilliant curry, rice and naans. Only thing a bit off was the lime pickle, very hard chunks that couldn’t be eaten. Apart from that though, everything was delicious and will still always be ordering my future curries from here :-) thank you

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful service…. Took almost 3 hours to arrive, kept ringing and they said the delivery driver had the food but it still took an hour after they said this. Ordered two j20’s which was £5. They said they didn’t have any left so they decided to give me a Fanta fruit twist lmao! So not only am I down £3.50 I got an awful replacement. Never ordering again.

we always order from this restaurant as we love the food. the last couple of times have been disappointing especially tonight, the order arrived within the time specified. however we were missing the rice, I phoned the restaurant and they said they would send it. we waited another 45mins for the rice to arrive. leaving the total delivery time at over 2hrs, luckily the food was delicious as always, and we had the curry's and sides in the oven to keep them warm.

I really like these guys, the food is always just as it should be, and any problems with delivery they sort it straight away, no questions asked. Really cant fault them, definitely recommend.

It took nearly two hours for our food to be delivered just for them to then bring us the wrong order, they took that order back and brang us ours which was cold, missing a portion of rice and half of my curry was missing so it had clearly been given to someone else and they had already started eating it 🤦‍♀️ We called up multiple times and they were no help at all, they said our food would be five minutes but it ended up taking another hour and they kept hanging up on us. Really would not recommend.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back, food said delivered on app but it hadn’t been. Awful service would not recommend getting your food from here unless you want to be waiting over 2 hours for a curry mid week out of peak time. Still waiting for our food….

Overall the food was nice, both roganjosh curries had spilt in the bag covering most of the items I ordered. The naan breads were quite burnt on the bottom. I would try again and I enjoyed the food.

We havent got our food. Said its been delivered but hasnt. called restaurant and said he was on his way but we only live around the corner and waited for another half hour.

I rang up as half of my order was missing and took half an hour to redeliver the stuff missing, so by the time it came rest of food was cold

Sadly, after many exceptional meals and service over the last couple of years, our experience on Tues 11 June was dire. The food was an hour late, cold and tasteless, watery and full of oil,we disposed of it down the waste disposal unit after a couple of mouthfuls.So very disappointing after enjoying our previous meals so much.

First time using this take away and it will definitely be the last. Arrived 15mins late do food had to go in the microwave on arrival. I noticed frozen mixed veg is used in the curry dishes (could use fresh considering the prices they charge) and I can honestly say none of it had any taste. Very bland, no taste of heat or spices. What a waste of good money

I had the sheesh kebab wrap and it was beautiful with salad and chilli sauce with chips would sure get that again amazing staff are amazing as always

First order from here to take advantage of the 40% discount. Arrived nice and hot. Plentiful portions. Only thing was that the madras was more vindaloo hot. I love spice but was too hot even for me.

food could have been warmer. the chapati came in a plastic bag and so was soggy. Popadoms were tasty although usually comes with sauces but didn't this time, Onion barji was crispy. curry's was tasty, disappointed with the bombay aloo they were flavourless. It took an hour to be out for delivery but then took an extra 20 mins to get delivered despite the fact that i live 5 mins away from restaurant. I do usually collect but this time I thought I'd try delivery.

We have been using Vindalcious for many years in Gorleston High Street, mostly takeaways but the odd occasion dine in. Have always enjoyed but if needed to to talk about something they listen and do their best to accommodate you.

Ordered the meal for 7pm. Received a message that it would be delayed byv10 mins. At 7.30pm I phoned the restaurant as still not received our meal, getting concerned that it would arrive cold. Eventually it arrived after 7.30pm. Fortunately the meal was hot and very tasty. I would order again and hope it's not delayed.

every time we decide to order an Indian we use vindilicious. The taste, the flavour, the quality and the customer service. hands down the best Indian around and the cheapest. it's a no brainer. They will always get my custom if they continue their great service. 10/10

The food arrived on time, good portions, spicy as requested, still hot when arrived, rich flavours especially Bangladesh dishes, chicken lamb tikka is really nice and tender.

I do feel the need to repost my review as I feel the quality and flavour of the food has gone downhill of late .The main reason I use this takeaway was portion sizes but noticeably they have become smaller. Don't get me wrong it's still a decent takeaway but I no longer use it on a regular basis. Can't fault the discount you get when picking up and more often than not they give you free poppadoms so don't let me put you off completely.

Well after a mistake with the order only receiving half of what was ordered the guys where very apologetic and basically sent us the completed order again you cant sat fairer than that thank you and of course food was great.

The food was really good, the staff are pleasant but I don't think it's a restaurant anymore. Just a takeaway. Worth giving them a call

Why do you think as a company acceptable to deliver luke warm food? Something that should have taken five mins took twenty then to be told by the driver the food will be hot as it was put in aluminium boxes. It wasn’t and spoilt the food. It seems that all food you deliver is either cold or lukewarm. I certainly will not be using your company again, which is sad for the restaurant especially when they pay extortionate costs for Just Eat to give them bad reviews.

Food is lovely however not enough sauce in dishes to cover rice and bread did leave a note asking for more sauce . Would top up containers a little more as few times now only half container full not enough to share normally we can Will order again though.

The driver took £30 of me eithern tho my order came to £17.55 yet didn’t give me no change

When I moved to the area just over a year ago, i tried around 7/8 Indians, this has to be the best one. This is now my regular and I don't order from any other Indian. The price is great and the food is the best you can get in the Great Yarmouth area. Just be aware this is a takeaway only and doesn't have a dine in area

Excellent!! proper pieces of tender delious chicken in wonderful spices. freshly made and plenty arrived. We had the set meal for two and the starters were fabulous aswell. We will definitely use this restaurant. its a must!! thank you 😊
