Very very poor experience ,staff behaviour is very bad and no serving properly…

0/5 Manager threatened to hit me because I made him angry when I complains about the poor service we waited 1 hour and 10 mins for our food group of 11 people with children and he started banging glasses and menus infront of the staff and kids told me he will call the police which he didn’t but I had to due to his behaviour avoid this place at all costs

Didn’t arrive and didn’t answer telephone. Very disappointing.

Food was perfect once again just a shame it was a little late,but still hot and very enjoyable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One dish came full of coconut which I can't eat and wasn't listed as an ingredient. The whole thing had to go in the bin which ruined my meal and wasted my money.

Was marked as delivered 25 minutes after it said it had left the restaurant (far longer than the journey should have been). I reported as missing and then delivery time changed to 15 mins later than original delivery time, then a further 5 minutes late and luke warm. Food quality ok but lacked taste

This is a little gem. The food has been great each time I have been. The menu has all the favourites along with a few chef specials. The team is always very polite and friendly. It's a no fuss good quality restaurant that you will not be disappointed in visiting.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The website clearly states they have 25% off, once you arrive they tell you that’s only takeaway (even though it doesn’t say that anywhere on the website). Also the prices on the menu are not correct, apparently some of them have stickers that are missing so it’s actually much more expensive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Food was nice. Manager was rude. Think it’s under new management. The manager kept saying sarcastic comments to us & the way he spoke to his staff wasn’t nice to see.

Oh dear gone downhill faster than a Toboggan, Last 2 visits ended up the same even after complaining about the food before, watered down sauces...Garlic rice was simply onion (No garlic whatsoever on both occasions) only and that was sparse!...obviously Raz doesn`t care any longer and is surly...So after being a loyal customer for over 25 years...Adios.

Disappointed! Bombay Nights, is one of the larger curry houses in what is a very competitive town with the likes of Japur, The Savoy, Misha and Planet Papadom a stones throw away. Whilst their menus are all the same with the generic offerings, I have been a loyal patron to Bombay Night over the years and this was my fourth visit this year. With the recent change of management, it saddens me to say, it does not feel like the same restaurant any more. Rather an expensive canteen. The first red flag should have been the restaurant was practically empty, Given it's size, this meant there was no atmosphere. There also seems to be absence of customer service, despite the restaurant being empty. Gone are the old team who would welcome you with a smile as you enter, see you to your table and wait on you hand and foot. The food served tastes different too - small bland portions that lack flavour and spice, the opposite of a good old ruby murray should be. On average, the bill for my partner and I which includes a couple of drinks is very expense ~ £70 in exchange for canteen experience. Moving forward, I think I will extend my search to either Japur, The Savoy. Management take heed: I hope Bombay Nite does not go down hill like Planet Papadom did.

Waste of my hard earned money and completely ruined our special evening. The food standards have dropped significantly. Curries lacked flavour and taste. Bland and grainy which is not right by any means. Rice was clearly microwaved too. Better off with a ready made supermarket curry as it tastes better and is so much cheaper. Completely ruined my special evening. I don't treated often with the cost of everything being so expensive and I feel short changed and robbed having received my order. Awful experience. Never again!

One of the worst curries I’ve had locally in all honesty. The bhuna was rather bland and the tikka grainy. Missed our poppadoms entirely and couldn’t deliver them for a following 30 minutes and told me to just seek a refund through JustEat. Whilst on the phone he was clearly distracted and speaking to others, had to repeat myself a few times. Honestly wouldn’t go back in a hurry.

What's happened? This used to be my favourite haunt. Gone are the friendly smiley team lead by Shameem who would welcome you with his beaming smile and serve delicious flavoursome curries, fluffy rice and fresh bread with a complementary night cap before calling a taxi when it was time to go home after a lovely evening of fun and frollocks. It's it's place is the surly Manager from the Sea Front and an absent front of house team which has killed the soul and atmosphere of the restaurant. They seem to have changed the Chef too. Having ordered a takeaway and now eaten in I conclude the food lacks the depth of flavour from any spices. The service and atmosphere is non existent. I leave this review disappointed. My advice, drive a little further out; either Gorleston or Ormesby and spend the same amount and get a far better dining experience and value for money.

I have just visited for my birthday, and the reception we got was sublime. The meal was absolutely beautiful. This is a fantastic restaurant, we got a complimentary drink at the end, to finish of a brilliant evening. Thank you guys, we will definitely be visiting again soon X

The food was lovely. Came here with the wife and kids whilst holidaying in Yarmouth and everybody loved it. The restaurant was very quiet which normally puts me off but it was mid week and we did visit just as it opened. Apart from that we had a great meal. The waiter was very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff. However food was bit on bland side. Butter chicken is meant to be mild which I get, but it was sweet 😪 like a dessert. Anyway we enjoyed meal as a whole specially the fresh naan. Can recommend but throughly ask what to expect from the dish.

Very poor service with all items are not tasty and portion is most horrible in whole UK. Please never ever go to this restaurant as such a rip off and they also want only cash so they can easily avoid tax. Please be careful with total bill calculations.

We went on Sat at around 8 pm no booking ,welcomed by a pleasant host shown to a table ,and drinks served straight away ,the host asked if we would mind changing tables as ha had a large party soon arrived Ng ,but we had a table in the other side of restaurant ,he apologized but it wasn't nessasary, we ordered 2starters (kebabs) then 2main course chicken Balti ,ButterChicken pilau rice,saag bajee,keema nahn ,we both really enjoyed our meals ,

Absolutely disgusting prawns. Never have I been served such tasteless cheap and horrible looking prawns. This restaurant used to have a reputation for being the best Indian around the area , not any more!

A nice restaurant, reasonably priced, with a good selection of dishes . I have eaten here several times now, often in a group of 5 or 6. We've tried loads of different dishes and haven't had a bad one yet.

Went to this restaurant for the first in April, the food was amongst the best I have ever tasted and I have eaten Indian food all over the UK including a few trips to India. Their Fish bhuna was sublime and the other accompaniments I ordered to go along with it were top quality. The staff were first class and very attentive. Loved talking about the food they serve and the various ingredients used. We are back there tonight and can't wait for another evening of great Indian cuisine.

Another trip here as went last year too. Excellent service and options given as to how hot you want your curry hot or milder. Varied menu , good prices and comfortable dining . Nothing feels rushed here and they are extremely attentive. Everything was cooked to perfection and we were given a complimentary after meal tipple. I would recommend this to anyone.

Went to this restaurant 24th march 2023 staff were fantastic and food was 1st class, price was excellent and that included drinks we had I would recommend this restaurant to any one who likes their Indian food. The staff look after you and are helpful in every way possible, if you get the chance make sure you get there I will definitely be paying them a visit when I am back in Yarmouth 😋😋😋😋😋😋😁😁😁😁😁

Went here to get a quick take away. The staff is polite and friendly. Food I’d say was just average didn’t find it to be as authentic as I expected it to be. Hopefully that improves in the future.

This was just a Google search find, and what a find! Lovely food, great service, and about £10 chesper than i usually pay, will definitely come here again.

Lovely bloke. Fixed my old boots, now as new. Mind though, they were proper boots, that can take yonks of re soles, not like the cheap stuff you buy today. But I bet you, he can resole that cheap tat you can buy in shops today and make them better than new. Highly recommended.

We have been coming to this Indian restaurant for some time before covid came on the scene, we have been in Yarmouth 2 weeks and we went for a meal 1st week and 2nd week of our holiday and never disappointed. The Restaurant is very fresh and clean and the waiters are very friendly. Food is excellent worth booking a meal you won't be disappointed.

The food was delicious, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the interior and the overall ambiance. We chose Bombay Nite for our last dinner out at the end of our holiday in Great Yarmouth and were not disappointed. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We have turned up three times whilst on holiday this year, the staff are friendly and welcoming, food was amazing on each occasion, full of flavour, fresh and well worth a visit, restraunt is clean and nicely decorated.

This is another best food place I really loved. Food was free of SUGAR. Tasty amazingly good. Hot and spicy as I requested. Friendly staff. Beautiful eating area. Lovely eat in environment. Must try them.

We arrived on the spur of the moment. We were greeted with warming smiles and how are you. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The music not to loud. The menu choice not to big. Starters we had, Chicken chaat, and a salmon dish, most excellent in taste and spice Mains. We had King prawns with garlic. Plenty of flavour and a thick rich sauce and 6 king prawns. I had Naga chicken tikka. Very spicy, large chunks of chicken and a tasty sauce. The staff were very quick to notice my partner was in desperate need of a cold drink, he arrived with iced cold water because she had tried my Naga 😅. They did say we could change my Naga if I wanted ( no chance I was enjoying it). The ambience was just right. Well done Fully recommended 👏

Having been in Great Yarmouth for a holiday, we were recommended this restaurant by a local and can I just say that it certainly didn't disappoint. From walking through the door we were made most welcome from the most polite waiters I have had the pleasure to meet. Then onto the food we ordered chicken dupiaza and kebabish bora it was the most delicious food I have ever had from an Indian restaurant no grease floating in the sauce like other places and cooked to perfection. My only disappointment is that I don't live in Great Yarmouth because I would be here every week if I did. Thankyou so much to the staff who looked after us so well

We stayed in Belton, Wild Duck Caravan Park, the receptionist recommended this restaurant as one of the best Indian Restaurants in the area. How right were they, the service was first class and the food was fantastic the best we have experienced, We had Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Dupiaza, and Vegtable Korma. The chicken wss so suculent moist so many flavours not bland at all. Certainly be returning when we are back in the area. If you are thinking about going out , you will not go far wrong in paying a visit to Bombay Nite, and hope you have the same experience we hsad.

Amazing Place and after a long time had great Indian food!!!!! The waiters were welcoming when we arrived. The food was outstanding from the 1st course to the main no issues, the waiters were quick serving. My Sister has a holiday home and when we are up here from the south we will make this our local that's for sure. I recommend this restaurant for politeness of the waiters, the food was hot good portions and the red sauce was amazing.

A warm and friendly reception to a nicely furnished and clean restaurant. Started with drink of draught Cobra and then the statutory poppadoms and relish which tasted freshly made. The starters we ordered were Mixed Kebab and Chicken Chat Puri both of which were very tasty. The main courses we sampled were Chicken Tikka Jalfrazi, Chicken Vindaloo, Chicken Chilli and Chicken Tikka Masala served with shared Pillau rice, Chips, Chapattis and Nan bread all of which were eaten and enjoyed. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Indian food.
