Well worth a visit , great lunch time menu, will be going again

We tried Taz for the first time for dinner today. The waiting staff were amazing. The food was excellent we had octopus for starter and it was one of the tastiest dishes we have eaten. The mixed platter was well cooked everything was so tasty. We will definitely be back

A welcome greeting with a smile, food/beer and service excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone who hasnt tried this it is a must visit .

Mostly fantastic, food was fresh and tasty and good value for money, service can't be faulted. Unfortunately seating was sticky and not very comfortable.

Afternoon tea was lovely, great food, service and value for money. The staff were lovely and catered well to our requests, overall a lovely experience and I look forward to going back!

Have lunched here before and it was great, so thought we would go today before browsing the antique centre. It seems that it's now under new management (since Good Friday) and it was so very disappointing. Menu was mainly sandwiches or rolls, and no 'proper' lunches. I was charged £8.95 for a bacon sandwich so was expecting lovely thick bloomer bread and plenty of tasty bacon ..... sadly it was medium sliced bread with at most 2 rashers of bacon. Way overpriced and I doubt we'll be back any time soon.

Brilliant place to find on our group travel app, here on business ate in the restaurant had steak and ale pie and mash, some of the best food ever, sublime. The rooms are super comfy, good decor and really good size, will definitely be back

Slow and inattentive service. We wouldn't mind if the food quality wasn't so inadequate. Very disappointing.

Lovely food,the owner was so welcoming even though you could see he was rushed of his feet,highly recommend for a spot of lunch.
