The food was absolutely lovely, but unfortunately, the service let the experience down. The waiters seemed more interested in posing for Instagram pictures and videos than actually looking after customers, which made the atmosphere feel very fake and forced. At the end of our meal, we were surprised to be told that they needed the table back because they were ‘too busy,’ even though we had only been there for an hour. Normally, we would have been offered a complimentary drink, but that didn’t happen this time. Overall, while the food was great, the lack of genuine hospitality and focus on social media rather than customer service was disappointing.

My wife is mexican and I have been over there more than a handful of times now, so I would consider myself a connoisseur. This place has gone some serious mexican flavours! the food is delicious, I would definitely recommend the birria beef dishes. Quesadilla or tacos. Very delicious. These guys made it special for my birthday too which was really nice of them. My wife also approves and says it's like home away from home.

Great for a family gathering, food is lovely and the staff are so welcoming and efficient. The lady behind the carvery was very over worked and should be very proud of the way she carried herself through the stress. Would really recommend this place for atmosphere, food and service.

In the afternoon, stopped here for a toilet break & cuppa, would go back to try their yummy menu. the food looked delish :)

Excellent food, good setting and I thought reasonably priced. Selection of food was good and gluten and other allergies catered for well.

Mostly fantastic, food was fresh and tasty and good value for money, service can't be faulted. Unfortunately seating was sticky and not very comfortable.

Me and bf decided to come here for lunch after a good day browsing and for our first time there it’s was excellent I had the bacon sandwiches along with salad and crisps and my bf had the sausage chips and egg meal and both our meals were delicious The staff and waitress were great and we had excellent service Overall me and my bf had a great meal and a great view of BattlesBridge on the top floor Completely recommend if your in the area or after a good day browsing at BattlesBridge Solid 5/5

Went here for a mothers day afternoon tea. Was disappointed with the service, had been sat down for 25 minutes and still hadn't been asked if we would like tea or coffee, we were then served without any milk to go with our drinks. Afternoon tea was delicious but wasn't given any cutlery so ended up using my tea spoon to put jam and cream on scones. The food was absolutely delicious just the service letting them down

Lovely food,the owner was so welcoming even though you could see he was rushed of his feet,highly recommend for a spot of lunch.
