Open on Christmas Day. Very friendly service. Pizzas and chicken bites made freshly. Excellent quality. Thank you very much!

OK food, quality was reasonable, but the cost is way to much! The price of chips is ridiculous especially for the amount you get. Portions are miniature. I seriously won;t be back , its worth driving elsewhere, irrespective of travel costs just to ensure you get better value for money! They should value their customers and not rob them! .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was the worse Indian food perhaps the worse food I have ever eaten. Ridiculously salty, dirty with hairs in the food. I refused to pay and walked out and I would never do that but it was totally inedible

We placed an order at 6.45 for delivery. We called at 8.30 to be told the order was with the driver and would arrive shortly. At 9.30 we were told they had not received our order but would send the driver immediately. At 10.45 we called to be told that the driver couldnt find us and they were closing!! Farce. Dont accept orders if you are unable to fulfil them. We would have found an alternative!! Customer service is terrible.

The food was tasty but it has already been cooked a while before and the lady who serves you is just heating it up before serving it. I felt like it could be fresher.

We were in yesterday. 2 New Yorkers. Table 38. The food was nearly cold ,Chicken like rubber. Chips/Fries cold and limp. Quick service. Hence food cold. Pre prepared sitting on hot plate a While. Shame. Nice Venue and staff

The Chelmsford takeaway from the good old days is simply legendary and deserved 5 stars, now unfortunately closed. This place is pure nostalgia for anyone who grew up here. Amazing kebabs, Krazy sauce, chilli sauce, fish and chips, fried chicken, and that double chicken fillet burger—so good! Hygiene was on point, health inspectors approved. Perry and Bubli ran an honest, customer-oriented family business for nearly three decades. They knew their stuff and even only joined Just Eat revolution when they wanted to. But hey, after they left six years ago, things went downhill. Amateurs took over, and Krazy Chef lost its charm and reputation to the point of closure. Now, there's hope with Super Doner taking over! 🌟 A new franchise run by an experienced owner who's all about good food is coming. The refurbishment looks astonishing, and I can sense greatness ahead for kebab lovers. Perry and Bubli might even make an appearance we hope. Exciting times! 😄👍

We have had a terrible experience with this place. I placed and paid for Christmas gift vouchers for friends and family and in short Sid Dersley the owner kept the money but did not ship the goods. We have a lot of documentation to support this as well. I would not trust this vendor

Top quality food, restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly too! Always a pleasant experience at Burger King Chelmsford would recommend to anyone!!

Never been in a pub that looks and smells so clean and fresh! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return to eat next time as the food looked amazing. Bearing in mind we visited in December the gardens looked so cared for and so very pretty. If you’ve not visited this pub it is one of the best original drinking holes that don’t cost the earth!!

Avoid!! Bullied and shouted at by the 80 year old owner! My order was late and the owner bullied me to the point that I walked out the shop and cried! I was left to go hungry and was told that I wasn't allowed to have a refund even though I didn't get any food. He told me that he has run the shop for 10 years and never makes mistakes and the reason I wasn't going to be given my food was because I had already received it - which I hadn't. I've never been made to feel so small so I asked for my money back if I wasn't going to receive my food and he screamed at me, saying I was rude. When I asked how I was being rude, he refused to answer and told me he knows best because he runs the shop. He refused to give me my money back and told me to leave his shop, whilst screaming at me, telling me I wasn't welcomed back because I was bullying him. Avoid at all costs!

So Sunday night 17.30 so no late order chicken sausage and chips. All stone cold the sausage was terrible and like rubber, the chios looked like and tasted like they had been there since 2 days ago. The place is a dump DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY. Would not feed this to my dog its a shame i have to give only 1star should be no stars

Ordered on delivery 2 medium pizza 1 was the works ok but very dry number 2 ham and mushroom no base sauce nothing phoned up and asked why he said we had to order it never had to do this before he was very rude and couldn't be bothered won't be going there again.

For the second time, Churchill has forgotten an item in my order. When I called the shop to let them know, they clearly didn’t care. They told me I had to come back to collect it, even after I explained that I didn’t live close by. No effort was made to fix their mistake, so I had to drive back myself. By the time I got home, my fish and chips were stone cold. This has happened twice now, and I’m done giving them chances. As for the food, it’s gone downhill. Once upon a time, the quality was decent. But last time, the portions were smaller, and the food was soggy. This time, it was even worse—greasy fish with oil dripping everywhere and soggy chips. For what they charge, the quality of the food and service is unacceptable. I won’t be going back. Very poor overall.

I have I ordered two large pizzas, two portions of potatoes and a bottle of cola and the courier lied that he delivered it to me, I called the office 4 times to ask where my order was and the totally unprofessional people at the office instead of solving my problem kept asking me while waiting, he told me to go out of the house to look for the courier outside and the courier still didn't arrive, they took the payment from the card, l paid for something I didn't receive.
