We placed an order at 6.45 for delivery. We called at 8.30 to be told the order was with the driver and would arrive shortly. At 9.30 we were told they had not received our order but would send the driver immediately. At 10.45 we called to be told that the driver couldnt find us and they were closing!! Farce. Dont accept orders if you are unable to fulfil them. We would have found an alternative!! Customer service is terrible.

On google it said that the shop was closing at 10pm and we called up at 9:45pm asking if we could drive 20 mins to get 2 milkshakes. The lady who answered the phone (Greta) was so nice and welcoming, we asked if it was too late and if she’d let us order when we got there she responded with ‘ anything for yous.’ When we got there she was so friendly and generous. Will definitely be going back there instead of other shops and will 100% recommend to friends.

64 Bond Street Chelmsford Unit 1BLeon is one of the best fast food establishments out there. Food is fresh, hot and tasty. Love the GFC Nuggets but the beyond meat burger is great too. Rice boxes are a game changer for lunch times

9 Melbourne ParadeWe rang for a delivery of fish and chips and was advised that they didn’t take delivery orders by phone only online via deliveroo or justeat. Part of my order was for a seniors fish and chips which they don’t give you the option of ordering online! We all wanted cod and chips so ordered medium portions. Personally I’d class them as small portions, especially for the price. However they were very very nice and we’d definitely order from here again. Really nice curry sauce too!

Unit 7 Riverside Retail Park Victoria Roadfood was rank chips wasn't cooked properly , everything was really cold and milkshake had gone everywhere, complete waste of money
