Lovely food rather quick service and also do gluten free hence why we keep retuning small hiccup when ordering the last time we visited but was cleared up fast and food was lovely

Cosy cafe- enjoyed lunch with my daughter. Korben was really nice and helpful too. Really nice place. Beautiful decor.

I am horrifies to say that following buying an expensive over priced bacon sandwich the bread was green and mouldy when I got back to the office to eat it. I will not be returning and recommend others to steer well clear. The wait time for a simply sandwich is extortionate even when the cafe is quiet you can easily wait at least half an hour if not 40 mins for a sandwich. The mouldy bread was the final straw. How they can increase prices so drastically and provide food that is out of date is beyond me and a heath hazard. Be safe

Had a Sunday roast at this venue, all fresh vegetables, home made Yorkshire pudding I found that the vegetables wasn't seasoned, personally I don't like to add salt to my dinner but today I had to to add salt to give it taste, even the roast potatoes were bland, probably maris pipers which are not the best for roast potatoes, good size dinner

A beautiful spot located in the heart of Essex. Plenty of seating outside, we made the most of the English summer sunshine and enjoyed a round of drinks. Plenty of parking available opposite the pub, it is easy to access. On our visit there was even a stunning British tank positioned at the front of the pub. There are lots of food options, however as we were just stopping for drinks, we ordered two rounds of chunky chips, which we would highly recommend. All staff are friendly, and being situated in the forest, the area is nice and quiet. Would highly recommend a visit and hope to return for longer next time to enjoy their food.

Food was to a good standard seemed very freshly cooked with a decent presentation. The menu had a lot of choice and the food itself was tasty . Only thing I would say is that I had scampi and the scampi was tiny all breadcrumbs and the smallest pieces of scampi Iv seen once i opened the scampi up but tasted decent enough the chips was the best Iv tasted. And my daughter had a prawn and cray fish salad hardly any prawns on it with the cray fish and far too many leaves in the salad but tasted good again. Desert was average we felt but tasted fresh had sticky toffee pudding it was very dry and not enough toffee sauce on it and a really small scoop of ice cream. Would I go back yes I would the service was very good and the restaurant was very well presented.

Very good night out the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A big selection of food and a very good vibe around the place would definitely recommend.

Was welcomed by a lovely polite and attentive member of staff. Tables nice and clean. Ordered an egg sandwich which came in lovely fresh granary bread and a fresh side salad. Will definitely go back.

Was my second time going to the white horse both time was service was good. Food was good aswell.

I always go to Zebranos for drinks after work. Oli the manager is the best! She’s super friendly, welcoming and is always up for a laugh! The drinks are affordable and you’re always guaranteed a good night in Zebranos

Always use this cafe, very tasty food and very quick and friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable. The cafe is always clean and tidy.

Have been here before with no problems, but today I was with a party of 7, for a Birthday lunch ,I had the fish and chips but my fish had a lot of bones in it which I wouldn't expect in a piece of cod , this put me off and I left a lot ,I said to our waiter about it and he just said sorry about that , no offer of exchange or reimbursement which I was surprised at . Probably won't go there again .
