Had lovely brunch here today with a mate of mine. Service was great, the eggs florentine were beautiful and the coffee was lovely- will definitely return

Lovely service and great atmosphere. Good quality breakfast/ brunch/ lunch experience with a lovely Mediterranean take on dishes.

We were a family group of 10 - we’d booked the table to have breakfast before visiting the nearby farm park. We found the staff to be very warm in their greeting - so perky considering the early booking. The breakfast menu was extensive with an eye-watering selection of appealing choices. There was a reasonably short wait before our food arrived - great credit to the kitchen to have everything ready at the same time. Clearly only the best of ingredients had been sourced - no soggy bacon and limp sausages here!. The quality of the food was simply the best - so tasty and flavoursome, presented with great flair and care. The freshly squeezed juice and the sublime coffee just accentuated the quality of this meal. I cannot recall having had a better breakfast EVER. Well done to all concerned - and thank you for such an enjoyable breakfast which set us up perfectly for the day.

Ordered eggs Benedict with gluten free toast. It came with balsamic vinegar I explained and it got changed straight away. Thank you!

I must say that this hidden gem has the best atmosphere and service of anywhere around brentwood! The food was delicious and we were sat right away when we arrived. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the Brentwood area.

Waiters took a long time to seat us then when we were seated they didn’t give us a menu to order. The restaurant wasn’t busy but the waiters were no where to be seen. After 10 minutes of sitting with no menu we just left. Very poor and snobby service.

Had difficulty sorting a venue for lunch for 20 Mid point cafe said that would be no problem , we pre ordered every thing came up perfect , the food was hot and very-tasty , great venue , lovely friendly staff would defiantly recommend

I go there many times a month and it never disappoints. Food, drinks, staff, pricing, location. You really cannot find a fault in the place. Would recommned it to anyone.

Just popped in for a drink and really enjoyed the atmosphere at this lovely little cafe. We didn’t eat but the food around us looked really good. The waitress that served us was really nice and I would definitely return as we felt really at home.

Had the early breakfast, nice portion, great quality food cooked perfectly to my liking. Outstanding bacon and sausage. Had the lasagne late afternoon a few weeks ago which was also delicious. My partner is often in here with her walking gym-buddy group, now I know why, Clean and friendly. 😎

This place serves such nice food I've never had a bad meal from here. If you're out in Brentwood this place is a must for food. We will back most definitely.

Went there couple of weeks ago for a meeting with my staff and I loved the place! The blonde lady who served us was really lovely

I ate the breakfast wrap. It was delicious. The staff were OK but we did feel they rushed us through the meal because they cleared my plate whilst my husband was still eating. I also asked for vinegar and it never came so ended up going to help myself. I put this down to it being busy though. Our waitress took our bill and walked off with the card machine so we just assumed it was all OK? No receipt or thanks or anything. She was dealing with another customer at the same time so possibly distracted, but she was with us first so unsure why she did that?

With scouting events o on the evening we thought a good lunch would be good preparation. Our first visit and impressed. Service was good and attentive. Food came in reasonable time and was good quality. My classic burger was very tasty and the curly chips went well with it.

Stunning burger the best I’ve ever had the quality of the meat and flavour was beautiful, my girlfriend and I always come here when we are in the area. The staff are friendly and very attentive. I can not recommend this little gem enough.

We Booked midpoint for our families Christmas Day dinner for 26 adults and 6 children. From start to finish the whole atmosphere, service and food was amazing. The waiter and owner was so friendly that they felt like they was part of the family. Nothing was rushed and the food was cooked to perfection and exceptional especially as doing Christmas dinners was not there normal menu. All desert options was homemade and cooked but the owners auntie which the carrot cake and cheesecake was one of the best I have ever tasted. So pleased we booked already for next year. Thanks for making our Christmas special.

We had a takeaway from Midpoint on Friday night...... could not fault it. The lamb chops were amazing, cooked perfectly and a great selection of vegetables. The burger for Mr N looked fantastic too. Highly recommend this place.

I haven’t actually dined in here but have ordered a takeaway from Deliveroo a couple of times now and all of the food has been outstanding. When the social distancing rules are over this is the first place on my list to visit!

i would like to say i was very impressed with this restaurants food... i had mixed meze for starter, steak and mash with veg for main and waffle with fruit for desert ... very good. definetly recommend to friends and family... i visited as family live near by, soo if im in the area its a definate on the list to go to.

My first visit and I was not disappointed. Just there with friends for coffee (which was very good) but couldn't fail to notice that the food being served up to other customers looked extremely appetising. Went in on a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable surroundings.I ordered the Halloumi starter and tuna steak which were both lovely.Had to ask for my tuna to be medium rare as they serve it medium well. Chimichurri dressing was best i have had ever, had 3 servings of it, hot but fresh with herbs. Service very attentive only matched by the USA i would say.I will definitely be back soon.

We have just returned from a wonderful family meal here and it was fantastic. Our five adults, six year old and one year old were greeted warmly and nothing was too much trouble. Such friendly staff, fabulously tasty food, good portions and great prices. Our one year old lacks table manners but the staff were great and made a lovely family meal into a wonderful evening. My School friends and I had a catch up some 30 years since we left in this gem of a boutique restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff were a delightful friendly team who ensured we were catered for, excellent food freshly made on the premises and a wide range of cocktails to choose from with Brentwood’s answer to Tom Cruise shacking up an amazing Porn Star Martini.

Went last night and to be honest I didnt even know it was there but was recommended by one of my friends who has been several times for lunch. The staff on duty were very friendly and we started we some great cocktails which looked and tasted great. We all had starters, my houmous and lovely fresh warm bread was way too much for me but it was so nice I managed to finish it. The mains were presented very nice and my chicken dish Chickenrella was scrummy , the curly fries were cooked just right and the salad was nice and fresh ..overall a lovely meal.

Came on my own for a bite to eat thought I would try a new place , very welcoming had a cheese double bacon burger, wow was so juicy highly recommend.

Been coming here for the past six months and happy to say that the food is consistently great. We have introduced a number of people to this place all have been very happy. We have tried a lot of the menu from breakfast to brunch, lunch and dinner and have enjoyed everything we have had here. The staff are super nice and we are pleased to see that the restaurant seems to be thriving, keep up the good work, see you soon!

Saw good review so I wanted to try this restaurant out but there is only one waiter working by himself and took ages to get our food, I wouldn't recommend this place where you will have to wait for the staff to take your order then wait ages to get your food!

What a great night my dozen family members have had at The M!! The staff and food were great. Service excellent- The people here just could not do enough for us. Prices were competitive to.

I've been to midpoint so many times with both my family and friends and it never fails to disappoint! From the brilliantly presented food to its delicious taste. Not to forget the unbelievably friendly staff! This place is a must visit in Brentwood!

We had dinner here and had not booked, but the menu looked nice so decided to try it and so glad we did. A very warm welcome from the lady on front of house . Gorgeous starters of king prawns and chicken livers which were truly delicious . For mains we had the lamb chops which was a very generous serving of four chops plus accompanying mash and fresh vegetables . The other main was a seafood pasta with prawns, squid and mussels which was lovely. Dinner was accompanied by a lovely New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and the service was excellent . We had no room for dessert ! Will definitely return and would recommend . Lovely friendly service and excellent value for money topped off the whole experience .

Sunday 10.30 a.m. First visit after flyer through our door. Ordered the brunch as we were going on holiday that afternoon and wanted tasty, hot food and good service.

Quite a new place in Brentwood. Tried it a couple of times for Sunday lunch and not dissapointed. Took some friends there this evening. Food was great, freshly cooked, hot and very tastey. Great value for money. Staff very friendly. Makes a wonderful change to have a small family owned business rather than one of the bland chains. Music was a good choice and not too loud. Well worth a visit, you will want to return I'm sure

We have eaten here many times, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is always excellent, freshly cooked and delicious and great value. I strongly recommend the Tuna steak, it is always cooked to perfection and the presentation is amazing. There is always service with a smile, lovely friendly staff. An all round great place to eat.

Have been to Midpoint twice for brunch and very satisfied on both occasions. Wide selection of food, great breakfast dishes and lunches, good coffee. Service was friendly and very welcoming of young children. Will visit again.

My wife and I visited recently and were really impressed by the quality and value for money. Whilst we were dining,another couple next to us were also commenting on how lovely their lamb chops were!

I have been here for breakfast so dinner was an unknown entity. What a pleasant and lovely surprise. The food was amazing, a choice for everyone. Service was attentive but not in your face. It was such a shame we were the only three dining here on Wednesday. The food is reasonably priced and big portions. We were the only diners for most of the evening. Fantastic evening with the family! Delicious food, great service. I love this place! All of the food was fresh and beautifully presented. We recommend the lamb chops, chicken supreme and king prawn starter. Porn star martinis are yummy here!

From the moment you walk in you know its gonna be good. The decor is great and all the mirrors make It feel very modern and bright the food tastes like something straight out of a Gordon Ramsey 5 star restaurant. Had breakfast and dinner and everyone that has come with me says it is beautiful. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation

We visited this bistro for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. There is no shortage of eateries on Brentwood High Street but this is one of the best. Food well prepared, well presented and well served by friendly and efficient staff. And what is more, it is very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit it again .

We had a booking for 10 people for Fathers Day , food was excellent. Menu options were great , food was very well presented and extremely tasty.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome, a good looking menu not too busy but a good choice of food with a few surprises.

We had a lot of fun at this place in the centre of Brentwood High Street. We decided to share starters and they were all fabulous. I had a burger with bacon and cheese with curly fries. It arrived quickly and was well cooked and presented.

Very clean restaurant with very pleasant, helpful staff. Good variety on menu with nicely presented food, which was well cooked and not greasy. Fresh orange juice was delicious. We had midpoint brunch (side of bubble) and vegetarian brunch, both of which were faultless. Look forward to going back again.

Wow what a lovely little bistro right on our doorstep. Called in for lunch after hearing good reports and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, well presented with an amazing salad dressing. This family run place should do very well as there isn’t anything like it in Brentwood, the quality of the food is excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and keen to please their customers, we were impressed to hear them say that they only serve food that they want to eat themselves, also the prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to our next visit

Popped into this new place in Brentwood, been hearing good reviews, especially for breakfasts. We went in for an early diner. Lovely staff. The burgers were juicy and delicious. Food all around excellent. Will be coming back.

Had breakfast even though it was ok nothing to be impressed with they ask if you want white or brown bread turns out to be granary which if you are allergic to like me is not good. Service slow sat for 10 minutes and others ordered before us that arrived afterwards.

Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Brentwood has needed a decent bistro and this one has a great menu and at very affordable rates! You’d think given the prices that the food might suffer as a result, the opposite is true. Hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in the area and I’ve lived here a while. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. This is how a cafe/bistro should be run, 5 stars!

After being turned away from dairyman on a Sunday at 9am as they didn’t accept £50 notes (wtf!!!) and there was nowhere to get change as it was before 10 so everywhere was shut and I’d left my purse with my bank card in at home we decided to look elsewhere locally and was so glad we did, the place was empty so we were a bit dubious but was so impressed. We had a really lovely breakfast here fry up was delicious and the kids pancakes went down well too.
