The was a lovely family experience! We went to the Breakfast with Santa and it was amazing! Santa was so attentive to the kids and the staff went above and beyond, even though it was busy they didn’t seem to show it! The lady at the bar called Bryony had to deal with so much but she done it all and still managed to smile and be so helpful though it all! Definitely would recommend!

Oh my god how bad is this place. When considering value and quality it’s probably one of the worse experiences I’ve had. Four brunches. One meal of a warmed scorn was delivered 20 minutes before the other three. Then we were served the worst pancakes and have ever witnessed. If you look back at my reviews i have seen a lot ! The American one was three cold hard discs served with two bits of baked like they had came out of. 1 12th scale model house. The banana one was three cold hard discs served with hard in ripened banana. Both about £9 each. So embarrassing that we took our elderly parents out for proper food afterwards. Don’t understand why it’s busy. When the cashier asked “was it alright” and i replied “err no not really” i was met with “thats £48 !” Never again.

Food what you expect from Wetherspoons nice as always. Hot drinks when the lady came with the mug I asked where the machine was and the answer was “just around the corner up the stairs where the queue is”! When I got there there was only one machine working and the lady who then came behind me said “still only one working, it has been like this all week”! 🤷♀️ To only have one hot drinks machine working in a place of that size is ridiculous and if it has been the case all week even worse! Also why do Wetherspoon insist on advertising Hot chocolate and then say “sorry we don’t have any”! 🤷♀️Come on Whetherspoons sort it out either take it off the menu or supply it!

Stayed a couple of nights, B&B plus ate at the hotel both evenings. Pros: staff friendly and helpful, food was OK to good but very slow service the first night. Cons: the rooms should be condemned! Drafty single galzed, dirty old carpets, horrible soft/bouncy beds, dribbling shower. Location not too bad, Swaffam is OK. Bottom line - won't be returning!!

We went for lunch with friends and were extremely disappointed. We had a jacket potato (£8.25)and one each of the pie meals(£13.95). All three meals were virtually inedible. The inside of the jacket potato was rock hard and the skin very shrivelled- it had obviously been microwaved to within an inch of its life. The chicken and ham pie was dry while the steak pie contained nothing but gristle. Both pie meals were served with limp vegetables and dry chips and were lukewarm in parts and cold in others. The microwave not working efficiently for these meals. At the price this was nothing less than daylight robbery and if we hadn’t been with friends all three meals would have been returned and our money refunded. Drinks are also excessively priced and the service was poor as well. Needless to say we will never return.

Disappointed they don’t have gluten free food being coeliac I have to be careful all I could have was coffee. A pre-packed sandwich would have been nice even if there wasn’t any cooked food available due to cross contamination. It’s nice they cater for vegans and vegetarians but it’s a shame they don’t cater for people with food allergies and coeliacs disease.

Saturday morning market visit. Decided we wanted breakfast. Had visited Margarets Tea Rooms before and had a fabulous lunch. We were not let down for breakfast either. Very welcoming, great service and what a fantastic break. Very reasonably priced, well presented. We were not from the area, but will definitely go out of our way to have a meal there again.

Food pretty good for Tesco cafe. However, I was told that food was coming through quickly even though it was busy and was waiting for 1/2 hour. Had to take food away in the end because my daughter had to go to work. Not blaming kitchen staff as they then delivered in 2 minutes once they knew. Pity there was little communication between till staff, servers and kitchen.

Called to order as previously had ordered and paid by card , this time was told it’s bank transfer or cash only! Very strange & dubious!

My mother was having "Care meals" from the White Heart. The abruptly stopped. One phone call two weeks ago to say they were having electric problem and couldn't deliver that night. Nothing delivered the following night. I called the next day and was told they were having supply issues and should be up and running again after the weekend. She has not had a delivery since. Their phone goes unanswered and the building is locked up. Searching on line I have found that the premises are up for sale. Appalling treatment of the elderly and vulnerable. Leaving them high and dry and out of pocket. Where do they go to get money back?

Stood waiting for ages to even be acknowledged whilst 2 members of staff were ‘working’ Ordered and sat down with my disabled father and after about 20 minutes one of the workers called out our order and pointed at a tray and told me it had been sat there for 10 minutes already! Awful service

We had been let down by the eateries at Banham Zoo and decide to pop in Trawlers Catch and are so glad we did. They offer a variety of other foods not just fish and chips. The guys that served as were very pleasant. We had a large haddock, small battered sausage and a large portion of chips to share. It was all cooked fresh and when it came to serving it up we were asked if we were sharing the chips and the gentleman kindly split them for us. The chips were lovely and the batter nice and light not greasy like some. Enjoyed the food immensely and the cost was reasonable too.

This was a regular stop for their wonderful cakes and breakfasts. They had been advertising afternoon teas so we decided to treat ourselves just before going on holiday. We booked a few weeks in advance but when we arrived on the day we found the gates locked. We did see the owner leaving but he just said "we're closed - got no staff" and drove off. The whole garden center has been closed since and word is they went bankrupt. We feel really sorry for the wonderful staff and can only hope they found something else 😢
