This seems to be one of the better McDonald's restaurants as they got the order right 👍 first time, and it tasted really good and was hot

Stop here every few months . Very clean and good service

Call I often to use facilities always clean. Food just generic mcds. But edible.

Again, rated on the toilets, not the actual food or drink they supply (because we all know its terrible anyway) not the best toilets, not very clean at all tbh. Said on the chart it had been cleaned every hour.. but I'm not so sure about that

Very clean and tidy considering how busy this one gets. Parking can be a little tight but it's a perfect position on our way back from Lincolnshire for a rest and refuel

It's mcds so nothing amazing , but the mcflurry was rather good

Fries not freshly cooked, service bad, the young man just held out his hand for the money didn't tell me how much until I asked, burgers we had were hardly warm. Not impressed at all, gone down hill since my last visit, l will not be recommending this Swaffham to anyone.

Busy when I arrived around lunchtime. But food arrived relatively quickly the only negative was after a 5 minute drive home my coffee was luke warm

Same old,I personally don't like the system of doing more people out of job's and still increase price.

McDonald's are always handy for coffee anywhere and that's usually the reason for our visit. Coffee was ok. Didn't eat but what others were eating looked ok. I must say it was one of the cleanest we have been in

Good little McDonald's this one. Always stop here on our way to Great Yarmouth. Clean, tidy and always been great service.

Drive through but as efficient as usual and good team at widows.

Been here a few times but the last couple of times they’ve missed a whole entire meal out and this is now the 2nd time. You don’t get what you paid for always check it

Food order was wrong , Then had to order extra chips online as lady insisted. What a load of rubbish ! Would have been much quicker at a till with no body in que .

So very slow to take order then waited ages for two simple items. Don't go if your in a hurry.

We arrived here approx 11:30pm. Had to purchase food using the self serve touch screen.(this was possibly due to having limited night staff) One of my friends had cash only, so was unable to place an order. (I placed an order for) The wait time for our food was long and the aircon was on which made it quite chilly. Good amount of parking onsite and drive through also available.

We went into Macdonald's Swaffham today and was rather shocked by the shocking customer service. A young lad served us and there was no Hello, please, thank you or anything, in fact he didn't say one word. I know Macdonald's are not known for paying a decent wage but that's no justification for just dumping a customers food on the counter without saying a word. DM Norfolk

Friendly guy on first window, AWFUL service from second window, girl with tattoos on her arm, had a right attitude, threw 1 frappe at me and said go park in the bay I have to change the blades to give you your second one, no straw for the first frappe, 15 minute wait and no second frappe, I go round a second time and I get no apology and she throws a second frappe at me, again no straws and by now the first frappe has completely melted. AWFUL!!!!

Rude staff and long waits at the drive thru when there is no queues. Staff too busy talking. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker just to have my order taken...

I really rate this McDonald's. They run a tight shift and the food is always hot and well presented.

Not bad. Nice little treat the tiny birds sit on your car expecting to get fed. Toilets are OK, gets busy

Nice place to stop for a break and something to eat

Very hard reviewing a McDonalds, you know what to expect when visiting one. The only negative, I ordered a banana milk shake and strawberry. The strawberry tasted of banana for the first few mouthfuls, then it changed to strawberry but very weak tasting.

It's not always possible to stop with the truck. Just a few spaces to park a truck.

Would have given 5 stars but as is often the case there were no milkshakes

Excellent McDonald's. Very quick service, always clean and the staff are always very helpful and friendly too.

It wasn't particularly busy but it was loud and staff cleaned the tables but not the screens which were covered in fingerprints, i wouldn't let my child touch them,the food was okay but barely warm,not sure we would visit there again.

Typical modern fast food restaurant. Using the McDonald's App with delivery to the table makes eating quick and simple, although a bit impersonal.

My husband and I drove from Watton all the way to Swafham McDonalds for our order that we made through the app DU83. My husband pulled up and simply said “we have an order number” via the app. We drove up to the window paid. No need for much communication cause the food was ordered in. We sat in the the car waiting for a very long time. It was early in the morning about 3:45 am. Finally police officers came to our window and said that McDonald’s staff said they smelled alcohol on my husband that was driving. That was impossible because never of us was drinking. And I thought it was weird that they claimed they can smell alcohol from the window when they barely acknowledged us. We were there for less than 60 seconds. My husband is white and I am African American from the usa. I have never ever seen such a thing. The cops gave my husband a breathalyzer test which of course he passed and they apologized for the issue. The police also inquired about me and my husband said that’s my wife and she can’t drive. And she also didn’t drink. It’s nice to know that even in Great Britain your obsession with race continues. I will no longer be eating at McDonald’s anyone more. And I will be posting this on Facebook. Racial discrimination shouldn’t be promoted at McDonald’s.

Gave me the wrong sauce, asked for sweet & sour gave me sweet curry?? And on multiple occasions had undercooked fries. Also theres a lack of fast in fast food, barely anyone there and had to wait forever for our food.

Always a nice little treat . Getting quite expensive so don't have it as often . Staff always friendly and helpful, kitchen staff always busy trying t do a good job. Hope managers appreciate their efforts.

Order correct and didn’t have to wait long from drive through

Upon opening the boxes it was obvious that the burgers had been thrown together rather than made with any care. Very little salad/sauce in the buns - of the small amount of lettuce most if it was in the box rather than on the burger. Cheese was not placed particularly carefully as half of it was hanging out of the bap and only on half of the burger. Fries soggy and like the burger were luke warm. Coffee was bitter and not hot. Overall a very poor experience.

Always good for inexpensive breakfast.

They forgot to put bacon in my burger!!! Not only that, the snowflake bun was very very dry and the lettuce felt like it was scraped from the bottom of the drawer. I simply didn't enjoy my burger as a result.

Food is always (always!) wrong, we go through the drive through at least once a month and sadly always have to check the order. Recently (last 2 times) food is cold (chips especially). Wouldn’t recommend, Dominoes is now the “once a month thing”, hot food and order never wrong. Won’t be going to Swaffham McDonalds again.

Absolute rubbish. Rubbish food, rubbish service, too expensive for garbage. I will never step foot in a macdonalds ever again. Used to be fast, cheap convenience food, it's now almost the same price for a meal there as it is in a cafè.

Food great, won £75 off £750 holiday from TUI! One of the waiter's helped us get a gift card with the McDonald's survey, people there are just so nice. Table was a little greasy, but cleaning crew fixed in no time.

Sonia was one of the most loveliest humans I have ever met! It was evident she loves her job and her customer service was second to none. This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to, it was spotlessly clean and the service was first class. Thank you 😊

Mcdonald's is what it is. I don't expect quality and I have never been wrong. That said, it's familiar, consistent, hot(sometimes) and it's cheap.

The price of a McDonald's breakfast is extremely expensive considering you can go into a local weatherspoons an have a large breakfast and refill tea a variety of coffers an hot chocolate for £6 that's the most expensive item on there menu also do a children's breakfast menu. Was disgusted that a breakfast roll meal a hot drink muffin an another hot drink was £12.38 ... How on earth can you justify the major price hike .. I for one am stopping going to McDonald's no justification in the extremely high price increase ....

Awful service always wrong they owe me about 43 pound now with all missing items etc!😡🤬one of the young staff lads 19! Was lying on the pavement weeding the gravel!!I mean really?! THAT IS SLAVERY AND THE HEAT WAS LIKE 30 C!!!

Only been to this McDonalds once before but it was lovely the staff were friendly and kept the place nice and clean nice atmosphere and the food was out in no time and quite busy. And one thing the fries were hot that a first in a lot of these outlets.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been in, no sauce or napkins were put out, the order was ages the service counter basically unmanned I had to call someone from out the back... could not recommend this McDonald's - Food score is always average just because it's McDonald's but the other scores reflect this individual store...

Great McDonald's, went there for the first time this evening. Despite being quite busy our food was served quickly and the food was delicious! The chips were still hot down to the last chip and the cheeseburger was perfect. Decent McDonald's, would recommend.
