The White Hart in Breckland

My mother was having "Care meals" from the White Heart. The abruptly stopped. One phone call two weeks ago to say they were having electric problem and couldn't deliver that night. Nothing delivered the following night. I called the next day and was told they were having supply issues and should be up and running again after the weekend. She has not had a delivery since. Their phone goes unanswered and the building is locked up. Searching on line I have found that the premises are up for sale. Appalling treatment of the elderly and vulnerable. Leaving them high and dry and out of pocket. Where do they go to get money back?

Fantastic, roast dinner, was a carvery but everything was fresh piping hot and a good mixture of everything meat was cooked to perfection. Bar drinks were good staff were polite

I didn't get beyond the entrance to this place. It was filthy and stank, I just don't understand why anyone would go in there after seeing and smelling the lobby.

After having 3 different takeaways delivered on time that were both plentiful and tasty every time. So I booked a table for Sue's birthday and we were not disapointed we had. The first surprise for Sue when shown to our table there was a happy birthday banner and ballons? We shared a starter of garlic mushroons followed by medium rear steak meals which was cooked to perfection we found. We finished up with sticky toffee pudding and custard which again was so yummy, but before the deserts were ordered another surprise for Sue our waiteress brought out a small cake with one candle on it singing happy birthday! As we really wanted the sticky toffee pudding and custard our waitress took the cake back after Sue had made a wish and blew her candle out and boxed it to take home. That meal and the staff and owners friendly way they took time to chat with us and welcome us to Swaffham we found awesome and the bill was not expensive either so for us we found the white hart meal experince as the takeaways had been to be an excellent visit and when we have time we shall be returning and have no problem in giving them 5 stars and highly recommend you try them for yourself.
