Costa Coffee in Breckland

Stood waiting for ages to even be acknowledged whilst 2 members of staff were ‘working’ Ordered and sat down with my disabled father and after about 20 minutes one of the workers called out our order and pointed at a tray and told me it had been sat there for 10 minutes already! Awful service

What is going on, coffee so weak and tasteless - yuk. Definitely won’t go there again. Restaurant very messy and food not cleared from floor very slow service too.

Amongst the better Costas, we have used over the years. Staff do very well and quickly provide the food ordered

It was awful wouldn't let the five of us sit together had two tables obviously apart we asked if we could move a chair to make five at one table he's no it made no sense there were only two other people in there when we left they would have had to clean two tables and eight chairs if they had let us move chair they only had to clean five chairsxand one table I could have understood if it was full but it was empty and was still when we left not a very relaxing experience

I visit Costa quite regularly and so pleased that their staff remain friendly and helpful and the atmosphere relaxed. Their selection of drinks is really varied and of a great quality. Costa’s range of food and drink has grown from what was offered originally to appeal to most tastes. I’m not too sure about their new layout of seating which appears to offer just a few more places to sit, but lost some of its coziness ? However overall a very pleasant place to enjoy a lovely drink and a delicious bite to eat.

We popped in for a coffee while shopping coffee good there was a young lad working he was very nice but he seemed to be doing everything while tall girl with glasses just stood around talking to another member of staff it was very quiet but she did nothing tables needed cleaning she came out at one point cleared one table did not wipe it the place was filthy I think they need to get it sorted

Went there for breakfast! Really busy on a Saturday morning! Lovely little place. Coffee and croissants were great! The only downside is that staff don’t clear tables quick enough for other people to be able to sit down so you’re having to move around trays yourself and clean the table!

Unswept floors, dirty tables loaded with crockery which I and others customers cleared to sit down. Staff rushed off their feet. The food is good but my Cortado tasted awful, I was offered another but had to leave due to time. Picked one up later in Fakenham Costa which was perfect. Costa is my favourite tipple but the Dereham store at Tesco has deteriated.

Very friendly staff. Better in my view than the other Costa in the town. Although you would expect them all to be pretty identical in terms of the coffee, it seems that they’re not. Pity the decaff isn’t very good.

Stains down the doors behind the counter. Get the impression that the staff don't really care. Many better Costa's around but you are stuck with this one if you want a brew in Tescos! Go to Yaxham Waters, much better experience.

Excellent service as always. Great location and good quality coffee. One of the best costas in Norfolk.

A lunch visit to Costa we has a panini a packet of crisps and two drinks costing just over £17 for what it was I felt it was pretty average nothing special and fairly small, defiantly not worth the money. On a positive the staff were friendly and polite.

I had a pannini which was delivered to hot to eat accompanied soley by a knife. The pannini was to hit to touch and when we asked for a fork we were met by incredulous looks and questioned why we needed a fork. Are the staff there at all aware of how to hse cutlery?

Such beautiful coffee such lovely staff. It's always a pleasure to pop into costa, the manager who is always on the shop floor is so chatty & with her lovely accent makes it feel like your on holiday Thank you

Pop in regularly coffee very good nice atmosphere most staff lovely only negative toilets a bit dirty

Enjoyed popping in here for a coffee and a mango and passion fruit cooler. Lovely treat after doing a big shop.

The coffee is fresh and well made, its busy and they have a great staff. Its on the first floor level with a great view of the car park!!! Full of interesting Norfolk people. try it. recomended

costa provides a very nice cake for dad and me whilst waiting for the car to be cleaned nice and convenient do your shopping and relax with a good drink. food and drink is very good but you will pay for the pleasure be aware

Quick lunch visit with toasties and tea! Toasties were hot and fresh with a nice cup of tea, good value at £1. Friendly staff, nice and clean.

Today's visit was a disappointment!! The toasties took nearly 20 minutes to arrive and then had virtually no filling in!!! Hot chocolate not very hot or very chocolatey. Shame, usually better than that.

Regular haunt for coffee or brunch with friends. Very popular because instore. Often busy but can always get seat. Usual Costa Fayre. Friendly staff.

Un buen lugar para reunirse y tomar un café y charlar. Es una Costa típico, así que no hay sorpresa! Sería bueno si podían ofrecer un poco más de variedad para nosotros que enfermedad celiaca pero por lo menos es algo. Café y chocolate caliente son buenas.

Decided to call in for a quick coffee whilst out shopping, excellent quality but a little on the expensive side.

Great overall service hot chocolate was 10/10 hot fudge cake drink was great service was good and friendly good was also good and cafe was clean !

I was appalled when I walked in for my weekly coffee and noticed behind the counter a drug head serving everyone in Norwich knows she's the biggest Coke head about and not to be trusted as she's wel known for sleeping with married men for cocaine I will not be visiting here again with scum like that workin there...she is not to be trusted

La Costa outlet en Kingston Road está en el nivel superior del supermercado Tesco. Es accesible por las escaleras o por ascensor, y está limpio y bien cuidado. Es un muy buen lugar para sentarse después de ir de compras, o para esperar que alguien que es. Es bastante concurrido, pero tiene una buena cantidad de asientos. El personal es eficiente, y el café la buena auténticade mezcla.
