The best restaurants in East of England

Had a Sunday dinner it was delicious 😋 and dessert I cannot fault it so highly recommend

Whilst visiting the Abbey church and wonderful gardens on a cold April day, we came across this cafe at the end of our visit. It was cosy, warm and welcoming. We ordered two coffees alongside red velvet and victoria sponge cake. The coffee was smooth and not bitter and the cake portions were generous and tasty.

Had a Christmass meal with friends at this local pub. Staff very welcoming and food very good. The Christmas menu caters for most needs. We all enjoyed our meals

Went with my husband for a quite drink when the owner turned up caused a scene with the landlord & landlady he then called the police accusing them of things they hadn’t done baring in mind there were two witnesses in the pub us , the owners sisters then came in saying she has called a gang to come up to sort them Out bad move in front of paying customers , the police then turn up in riot gear who nearly tasered my husband On false lies the owner told them , nobody should buy the lease on this pub from the owner as the village will boycott the pub while he owns it keep away from this pub at all costs The owner has ruined a village pub since he has taken over just over a year there has been 4 couples trying their hardest to run this pub it is a white elephant

Locals pub and strangers get stared at. Drinks not bad and bar staff friendly

I’m there first customer. Will stay to be last as well

The food is always top notch and real ale from Lacons on offer

Best Chinese we have had and were disappointed that Mr & Mrs Lee were retiring. Over the last month it had changed hands and food was of lower quality and didn't have much taste.. but apparently Mr & Mrs Lee are coming back from retirement on 15th December!!

Not just lunch, but an amazing experience too. Siggy’s hospitality was second to none and the food was superb. Delicious.

Atmosphere? It's a takeaway, so not really relevant. Friendly service and fish cooked to order.

Very good/fast service to you and they have 🎯 darts board and pool table and the food is amazing 5 stars 🤩 🤩🤩 Staff and locals very friendly. Good options for kids.
