Kara Lounge & Grill in Thurrock

Went there for our wedding anniversary dinner.... Fantastic ambience with stunning decor, excellent flavours from all starters and mains we ordered, amazing cocktails, and customer service was top notch.... Will definitely recommend and go back again. The live entertainment was also good.

Mixed review, food portions and taste was really good. we were booked for a saturday night at 6.45pm. Car park was full, lad out the front was trying his best but it was chaos trying to park, which made up the best part of 10/15mins trying to get a space, left the car on the grass out the front in the end, others were doing the same. It was really loud, so loud as we sat on a large round table i couldn't really hear or talk to anyone around the table. the only other thing as we were waiting for our deserts was the manager came up and said, just to remind you that you have 2hrs for the table there is a space by the bar, felt a bit rushed, we weren't going to sit there all night but at least he was polite and said there is space by the bar. I didn't think the starters were priced too expensive for what there were, but main dishes were a good size and nice flavour. Waiter asked if we wanted a desert for my daughters birthday, we was going to do a cake at home, i said yes, charged me £13 for that. Bit expensive for what it was but there you go.

Good good but manager ruined our night booked for 12 of us my hen night my friend brought a voucher from OPENTABLE £50 manager refused to accept and totally embarrassed us all not letting us leave till we paid £50 photo clearly shows voucher from app can be used a this restaurant but he still refused

Lovely place went today for lunch the menu is really good for a lunchtime service was great very friendly and helpful staff and the food was absolutely delicious will definitely be back

Came here for our anniversary meal. Food was amazing as always. Staff were super pleasant and service was fast. Would highly recommend
