Food is great, being local too it’s great to meat up with old friends and have a bite to eat! Worth the trip and the price is not going to brake the bank!

Was in here yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the lovely dog. Pizzas and beers were lovely. Very nice pub, would definitely visit again if in the area. Give it a try you won't be disappointed
Amazing service! What a lovely, attentive, friendly owner!
He made our experience wonderful from the start.
It was late as we had been to adventure island with our 3 children and I was apprehensive as to what would still be open at 9.45pm.
So glad we found this place- food was delicious, well priced but what made the night for us was the kindness of the owner!
We had fish and chips, sausage in batter and a side of mozzarella sticks- all perfect!
Thank you 😊
Visited for lunch, very friendly staff, food is home made and I had a really nice hot sausage roll with salad and my wife had an equally nice toasted sandwich.
The coffee was also good, will definitely Visit again.
We attended at short notice with a large group for lunch. Accomodated our needs. Location and atmosphere was really chilled and nice. Staff very pleasant. Food was excellent and good value. Would return next time in the area.
The Britons Arms is a well known building at the top end of Elm Hill in Norwich, built in 1537, it's been around for quite a while. For many years it was only open during the day to refresh the hoards of tourists wandering up and down the cobbled street with tea, coffee and sticky buns, but no longer.
From Thursday to Saturday it is now open until 9:00 pm for some of the best home cooked food in the city. I had a lamb shoulder with stewed veg and dumpling that was to die for, very tasty and everything perfectly cooked, we will be visiting here again very soon, delicious!
Came for a Lord Tavener’s event and the food was exceptional. From the Arancini to the Panna Cotta it was all amazing. The lemon and. basil sorbet was an amazing surprise that blew me away. Would highly recommend.
Calm, comfortable, well catered, very enjoyable.
We went here with friends while staying locally. We saw the pub had previously been awarded pub of the year and understood why. Unhurried, high quality food and wine in a delightful atmosphere.
