INCREDIBLE quality! Probably the freshest fish I’ve tasted in years. Clearly got a chef working there not just a “cook”. And the delivery person is always so polite and upbeat. Really reasonably priced as well.

First time visiting and wasn't disappointed. We had beef and veg casserole and bacon omelette. The best omelette I've had for a long time, the beef casserole came with fresh veg on the side which were all cooked to perfection 😋 we will definitely be back weekly (from lincoln)

Needed somewhere to sit and edit some video as the missus was working in a nearby school. It was cold and raining, and I came upon this pub which looked warm and welcoming. The moment I entered I was immediately warmly welcomed and another log was put on the real fire! As I was driving I couldn’t drink, and when I asked if I could have a cup of tea (must admit, this was a first for me!) and it duly turned up…free of charge!! In a cold world where everyone seems to only be looking out number one, this was a real breath of fresh air, and something I haven’t experienced for a long, long time. The music that was playing was cool, middle of the road stuff at a spot on volume. The whole pub was spotlessly clean, there’s a pool table, and everything you’d expect in a great local. If I lived around here, it would 💯be my choice!. I’ll make sure to come back, and the missus will have to drive!! Thoroughly recommended 👍

We've had black bean vegetables and tofu a few times, but today it didn’t taste the same—it lacked flavor. It wasn’t bad, but not great either.

Went for a meal with hubby and 2 boys. Lovely historic setting super friendly and welcoming staff and lush food! Even graced with a chat with the chef. Thank you everyone x

Ordered on uber eats about 25 minutes before closing time, a oreo cookie dough and it arrived very overcooked, couldn’t break into it with a fork, had to use both of my hands to snap it in half. Will not be ordering from here next time.

Went to see a film, afterwards a friend said ' you must try the meat tacos'. We did, she was right, they were outstanding! Cafe was packed but service was quick. Can't wait till the next time.
