The best restaurants in East Midlands

Food is good with a wide selection of dishes. Relatively cheap compared to other takeaways.

I visited a few months ago for my birthday. Unfortunately, we could only have the taste menu as they’re short on couples tables. waiter was lovely. Food was delicious. Can’t wait to have a proper meal there.

Been wanting to go for ages and wasn't disappointed, absolutely top quality food, tried most things on the menu, plenty of flavour. The place itself is smart and the staff were friendly, service time was great considering they were busy as well, all round great experience. Can't wait to go back.

If you are looking for a venue for a party or afternoon tea, this needs to be considered! We had a fabulous suprise afternoon tea here a few weeks ago, as a suprise for my mother-in-laws birthday. We had the most amazing afternoon! Nothing was too much trouble! The food was both beautiful and delicious! Would highly recommend!!

Good local pub with a friendly welcome

Extremely over priced! The food was late and very cold. Paid over £70 for 3 meal! I had a tandoori and from the taste and texture I would say it was at least 2 days old. This is the second time I feel I have been ripped off by this place and can confidently say there will not be a third!

Tasty chips and mushy pea’s I’ve tasted in eon’s. Never been here before - the service was fab, food delicious and portion perfect, I was ravenous and satisfied after I ate it all up. Thank you x

Would not get any food from here and if u gluten free u need to call or you get nasty service. Don't bother going in.

This a Great pub to visit, super bar staff with a great atmosphere . I highly recommend this pub to visit in the evening.

Another brilliant meal! Absolutely delicious and worth getting a take away! The chowmein is delicious plus the spicy chips are the best, Nice and hot and reasonably priced.

We had walked from Castle Marina along the canal and were ready for a coffee and cake. You're never disappointed here and Tony was on hand to serve us this time.

INCREDIBLE quality! Probably the freshest fish I’ve tasted in years. Clearly got a chef working there not just a “cook”. And the delivery person is always so polite and upbeat. Really reasonably priced as well.
