Friendly little pub in village Great night out for a birthday party. Food was top notch

The Wobbly Wander had been out with the borrowed dog for a Wander. And on return found out he was very thirsty after a 5 mile walk!. So the only course of action after returning the dog was to call in for a much desired beer! The pub is always welcoming and carries a good selection of beer & Lager. After a swift pint of Smiths I was on my way back home much refreshed!. Thank you Villager.

Always a pleasure to have a pint at the villager, Jackie is Brilliant with the kids and Always up for a laugh. great pub to have on our own doorstep. Don't forget to try a cocktail off the menu.... out of this world

The pub is lovely. Home and cosy. Service is with a smile. Chatting staff and customers are very welcoming. There's two rooms with the pub in the middle. Both rooms are inclosed with sitting and comfy chairs. One room is prefect for family gathering and little ones. TV are available with Sky.

My wife and I popped in for the first a couple of years ago. Landlord pleasant chap. Looks great from the outside but to be fare it needs alot if attention from decorating, black stains from leaked, and cleaning needed attention. Could be a great little pub but needs I huge investment on the inside.
