i'm from.mansfield what is iced espresso greek style..freddo espresso..only one of the employees knows what it is...explaining how to do it they put ice in my glass and the espresso was boiled so by itself.it was bad for him ..the ice cubes melted so it was not pleasant to enjoy the drink ..the correct is with plastic glasses

Great staff. Coffee, sausage roll, and pistachio lemon cake were delicious. Little bit more expensive but to be expected at mcarthur Glen but no more so than similar coffee places.

Called in for a drink and a quick bite to eat. Didnt fancy a coffee, so had a hot chocolate instead, which was very good. Food was a choritso and cheese panini (I think), which was also very goog Enjoyable visit, will go back next time I'm in the area...

Everything was super expensive, literally cost £19 for 2 cake slices and 2 coffees. The staff didn't seem too bad, but the system they had clearly doesn't work cos had to sit and wait about 10 minutes to get our coffees, then the staff are walking round aimlessly looking for the paddle numbers to bring a coffee over. It didn't have a very inviting atmosphere, and I doubt I'll be visiting again

My mum and I like it here, nice drinks and always vegan and gluten free options.

Love this place. My daughter and I visit quite often and people watch out of the window! Lovely relaxed vibe, really friendly, attentive staff who greet you with a smile. Great tasting coffee too, oh, and make sure you check out the carrot cake (but leave some for us!)

We walked out without buying anything because they only had paper cups because the dishwasher had broken. It's not the first time I've heard this excuse from major coffee chains and I'm not sure if I believe them but can't prove otherwise.

Love this place as the coffee is always perfect, even ordered online using their app today. Ordered before a left car park and by time had walked in it was virtually ready. Now that’s the future! I had the bacon on rustic roll but was underwhelmed by it, small for the price, wafer thin bacon in short supply. Roll had footprint of a coaster in size. It’s my own fault as ordered without seeing it first.

Refreshing change from the usual Starbucks. Great coffee. We ordered the wrong type of coffee ( completely my fault ) the barista changed the coffee straight away without any hassle. Friendly staff. Will come here again

Went here for a coffee, with my wife. 4 people behind the counter, not one of them tried to serve us, just kept walking past the other side of the counter, for 7-8 minutes, looking at us, and the people behind us, when I said loudly let's go somewhere else the blonde haired lad, just turned, and watch us all walk out. What a joke your staff are. Not fit for purpose.

Great coffee and food however service is VERY SLOW, left waiting 15 mins for a single latte. When question was told 'it's only been 10 minutes' , like it's normal!

Consistently good coffee and a good choice of cakes and savouries. Something to be aware of is that this coffee shop does not accept cash but only cards (Designer Outlet - East Midlands). One of the better high street coffee chains.

Usually go to Costa but wanted a change, so glad we did. Amazing tasting coffee made to our awkward way. We did have food but wasn’t overly impressed but the service was excellent.

Went there for coffee and cake with a friend. A rather pleasant latte was enjoyed. The cake was good. A very popular cafe. Not many spare seats.

UPDATE- ***Manger responds to my review asking for me to drop them an email. I have, twice! Still waiting for a reply, don't be fooled into thinking they actually care! Because they obviously don't!*** So disappointed as we were enjoying our day out shopping and the coffee shop looked inviting. When looking at the sandwiches and cakes on offer, we thought we had made the right choice in stopping for something to eat and drink. How wrong we were! I had the Spanish Latte and my partner had the Turmeric Latte, we both had the chicken mayo and bacon baguette. The drinks were warm not hot and the baguettes too. The bread was like dough, as if it had been frozen and then microwaved. Basically uneatable. We each left over half of our sandwiches, I actually spoke with a young lady who was clearing tables, explained the above and politely said it was nothing against her personally, however the food was absolutely shockingly poor. I asked if she would kindly give our feedback to the manager. She said that she would and also see if there was anything she could do, presumably to exchange the food or offer a discount on the price we paid for it. I said that with respect I didn't roll that way and I didn't expect anything. The purpose of my complaint was so that the staff preparing the food would take note and other customers wouldn't experience what we had. Our bill was £18-70 and at that price personally I expect better, a lot better and we won't be going back!

Very disappointed with this place, visited on a Saturday afternoon, it was busy but staff were poor waited 7 minutes at the counter before even an acknowledgement and when coffee arrived it was cold!

Unfortunately they do not take cash. Went to Costa instead. Where they happy take cash.

200 degree are pretty much the only coffee shops I will visit nowadays as I really enjoy their coffee. Good coffee and good service today.

Extremely rare day off, thought I'd treat myself to a different coffee place for breakfast. Flat white and toasted teacake please? Girl who clearly would rather be doing something more fun "we don't have any teacakes today". Was that an apology? I seemed to have missed the word 'sorry' , unless it was mumbled. First and last time here then.

Had cake and coffee. Should I have to be asked if I want cutlery for my cake? The coffee was brought to my table which was nice but I had to sit at a table that hadn't been cleared. I was asked if I wanted the table clearing. Really! I'm not going to say no am I?

The coffee and food beat the big 3 hands down, and this applies to whichever of 200° you visit, as I've visited a fair few, I like the fact that I'm supporting a local business and that they can hold their own in such a big industry.

Food tasty and a staff always friendly. Don't usually have to wait too long to be served.

Terrific coffee. Order at the counter, sit down, and wait for your drinks to be brought to your table. The downside is that it is only card transaction. No Cash.

Great place for a excellent cup of coffee. Cheaper than Costa and with pleasant young staff giving excellent service. One issue has to be the popularity of the shop. It is difficult at times to get a seat but I guess we usually go at the most popular and busy times. Not had any food to date but the selection and quality looked good. Great place to spend time and relax.

This is how a coffee shop should be operated - you place your order with pleasant and knowledgeable people, they give you a lump of wood, you sit down, and coffees are magically brought to you. There's no queuing in misery for 20 minutes like we've been conditioned into tolerating at Costbucks. 200 degrees have a reputation for quality coffee, and this place was a delight. A Cortado is always a nice treat, and the Bacon, Sausage and Omelette roll was just perfect.

Very disappointed! I have been buying their big bag of beans for a good while. Costs about £30. Probably had half a dozen or more. Travelled to the shop today and forgot to take my phone. They don’t take cash! Never noticed before. Which idiot thought that was a good idea! So wasted a 20 mile round trip to come away from the shop furious and vowing never to spend another penny with this company.

When I recieved my latte, It was luke warm. Tasted great, but it should have been plenty hotter

Came in the morning so wasn’t very busy, I have a disability but had to wait standing at the till whilst the staff carry on their long conversations and then had to wait 20mins for a latte whilst I watched a GROUP of people who had ordered AFTER me receive their food and drinks!! Finally got fed up but could see the waitress was too busy chatting to people she knew instead of bringing the drinks - when I had told her I have been waiting a long time no apology given. Will not be going back - none existent customer service and lack of awareness of time or certain customers. Hopefully Costa has their machine fixed next time I return.

Hi everyone. I been to this coffee shop about 6 weeks ago. It was lunch time. I did order a coffee . I was waiting for my food. I was thinking the coffee shop is where you get some break from every day stress. Specially when you have disability child. But unfortunately this coffee shop staff doesn’t have experience how to work in the coffee shop. Too much noise they staff makes from tea cups p.Plants, spoons act , the same day same time two people are come , which was husband and wife. They were very old people. They came for lunch like me. I don’t know what did couple said to staff . The old man. The worker and the manager were come to the table were husbands and wife having lunch. The workers and manager didn’t allow them to eat lunch. The managers was very rude to them. I couldn’t see. I told the manager please let them to finish their food then come back to speak with them. She was unprofessional and very rude. The boy and manager. From that day I did decide to never go back to the 200c coffee shop again. Too much noise the staff made. Very rude with customers. I couldn’t stop myself from crying because of the two couples. The husband was very nice he said let me to finish my food. But unfortunately the staff didn’t listen. I will never go back to that coffee shop. Very poor management. 😡

I loved the hot chocolate here, food it's pretty decent too. But the place has a weird smell that lingers on your clothes, not sure if it's a ventilation problem or whatever, but it's weird.

The hospitality in this store was excellent, we didn't wait long for our order & the coffee was delicious 😋 Almost £3 for a chocolate cookie though is outrageous!!! Pricing was eye watering, that could do with adjusting a little.

**Review: 200 Degrees Coffee Shop** Rating: ⭐ My visit to 200 Degrees Coffee Shop was, regrettably, a lesson in patience. Expecting a swift service synonymous with most coffee shops, we ordered two flat whites. To our dismay, we found ourselves embroiled in a 20+ minute wait. The staff, while seemingly flustered, informed those after us about a 10-minute wait time. We weren't accorded this courtesy, or we might've chosen to spend our time elsewhere. The scene behind the counter was chaotic. Orders piled up, and the baristas grappled with mounting complaints, leading them to continuously remake coffees. Instead of addressing the root of the delay, they seemed to be caught in a loop of prioritizing complaints over actual order efficiency. While the shop boasted of a "quality control pigeon" on their staff board, it seemed the said pigeon might've taken the day off. The entire experience felt disjointed, with no semblance of the calm, proficient service one hopes for when stepping into a coffee establishment. In summary, while 200 Degrees might be capable of delivering quality on a better day, my experience was far from satisfactory. The evident lack of organization and miscommunication turned a simple coffee run into an ordeal. Here's hoping that the "quality control pigeon" steps in soon to rectify the chaos. A single star for now, in the hope that this was a one-off incident.

Ordered a too good to go bag from this place and for £4 I got 4 hard , plain cheese sandwiches. I know it’s random what you get but this is awful. Costa coffee ones are £3.50 and you get 10x more. No thought into what was chucked into this bag what so ever. Would’ve been cheaper to buy bread and cheese.
