Exceptional service from Charlie's on the hill, big thanks to both Charlie and Deborah who supplied the sandwich platters for our dad's wake. They also delivered to the venue which saved us a lot of stress on a difficult day for us. Sandwiches exceeded our expectations being very fresh and plenty of varied fillings which suited vegetarian guests also. Very good value for money, would certainly recommend. Our family came from all ends of the country and we booked a table for breakfast. They had no record of the booking when we got there, we sat for 10 minutes waiting for menus but then went to fetch them ourselves. The cappuccino’s were sent back because the milk was off and undrinkable . We waited for 40 minutes before the food arrive then had to ask for cuttlery. The hash browns breakfast came with raw cold chopped up tomatoes instead of roasted and the poached eggs on all three were solid . The bacon on one breakfast was so hard and dry it was inedible. The hash browns breakfasts were sent back and when they returned the tomatoes had been microwaved to warm them up but they were still unpleasant.By this time some of the group had finished eating and we had been there for an hour. Any chef/cook should have been embarrassed and ashamed to be sending out food like this. We spoke to a manager and she said she would pass on our comments. This was not the first time we have had poor food and service here but it will be the last as we certainly won’t be going back. A really poor and disappointing experience which spoiled a rare family get together.

Delicious haddock & chips once again!! The team are friendly and efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone staying near Wainfleet all saints!!

I work at Huws Gray & so we don't visit the shop but Sara comes in everyday in her van with a welcoming smile & is really lovely although she's a bugger for making me buy more hahaha. She is accommodating & always tries to get us stuff we want which can be reserved daily! Overall I would recommend to try if she pops into a neighbourhood near you! Thanks to the people behind the scenes that make the food being conveniently driven around into work places. Thanks Sara you are amazing 🙂 👏 x

Ordered twice online and had the order cancelled after it was accepted. It's good when you actually manage to get a delivery, albeit somewhat on the cold side, but not reliable in the slightest.

We thought that we would try Vieta in Lutterworth as we had heard good things about the food and service. We thought that it could be a good venue to host our office Xmas function this year. We have been to most of the other restaurants around Lutterworth for our Xmas meals for years now. We arrived just after 8.00pm and asked for a table for two. The person on reception said that they would check with the kitchen (there were several vacant tables in the restaurant). We were then told that the kitchen is closed and that if we wanted a table we would to book it online. What a pity, we are not going to book this venue for our office Xmas meal for 24 now after that reception. We'll go back to one of the other venues that we have previously used as I'm sure we'll be received better there.

We paid for a superior room, requested a ground floor.. which we got. however they are only standard.. but unable to refund the differnce..The excuse was that somebody had booked the ground floor room!!!! & therefore we had to pay for superior . The only plus with this hotel is that it is in town. wont be staying her again... The rooms are very basic, ..

Nice staff near car park Granby street fresh cappacino with great frothed milk nice experience. Mike friendly staff clean lovely place highly Recommended

My children brought me here for a Mother’s Day brunch. We were really pleased with the food and the staff were ‘joyful’. We spent almost two hours there. At no time were we encouraged to move on. I can only imagine how lovely it will be in the summer

Very friendly staff, lovely feel to the cafe, only had cake and coffee but both were very good. Dog friendly and lovely grounds to give the pooch a run in.
