Ordered twice online and had the order cancelled after it was accepted. It's good when you actually manage to get a delivery, albeit somewhat on the cold side, but not reliable in the slightest.

We regularly get food from here and had no issues. This is what happened Thursday night. We ordered our usual order and the amount of salt could have made you ill. it was literally like eating pure salt. So I called to explain and didn’t even get an apology just told to go to Uber Eats to get a refund and not even an offer to replace it. Bad customer service.

Firstly I love South Asian food so this place was great for a person like me. The food was spectacularly delicious and full of great flavours. I came here with a group of friends and they provided great service by moving the tables and chairs for us to sit, we received our food pretty fast considering they were somewhat busy. We ordered: the special beef bao buns and they were amazing! The flavour, the dough everything was perfect and the topping of those crispy onions were just perfect. Loaded sweet potato fries - these were very good and loaded with a good amount of toppings too and I personally ordered the satay bowl bowl with beef- this was also very delicious, the spice was not to overpowering but moderate and full of fresh ingredients, the beef was soft and tender, the noodles weren’t too bad, could’ve been better but I recommend getting the rice instead. My friends ordered the Gochuchang bowl with chicken and I had a taste of that also, it had amazing flavour but the chicken wasn’t too great. For drinks I got the rosé lemonade which was good. The place was clean and it had a nice vibe and atmosphere. A little bit pricey but considering it’s a south Asian food which inquires fresh produce and good ingredients it’s understandable however I wouldn’t go there too frequently. Overall I enjoyed my meal well and would definitely recommend trying it out (especially if you’re a south Asian foodie like me)

Big shout out to the chef tonight who was single handedly working the kitchen on such a busy bank holiday. You were professional and kind. As I used to work in the restaurant industry I understand just how overwhelming it can be to be the only one running tickets. We appreciate you got our food to us earlier than expected all while working all the Uber requests!

Wow. Overnighting in Leicester and found this gem by accident while looking for a restaurant. Not really a restaurant, but you can eat in. Menu was something a bit different, Asian street food, and it was very tasty. Would recommend this to anyone tired of the usual pub fayre and looking for a new experience.

I came here for lunch with my sister. We ordered: the classic beef bao buns - they were quite good, sweet potato fries - these were very good (we both thoroughly enjoyed) and lastly, the teriyaki bowl with chicken - this was alright, not terrible, just not my favourite. I think the cucumber in there threw me off, in hindsight I should’ve asked them to leave it out as I’m not a fan of soggy cucumber or the taste of cucumber and chicken (bleurgh). Other than that the customer service was good. We asked if the chicken/ meat was HMC and they verified that it was. The place was clean and it had a nice ambience. A little bit pricey but considering it’s a niche genre of food it’s understandable. Overall it was a good experience and I’m glad I have tried it, but I don’t see myself coming here very often.

Good selection of tasty and healthy bowls. Like the choice of sizes too: the Large is very generous! Staff appear laid back to the point of lethargy, but they do turn out high quality food from my experience there.

Amazing food and staff! Went here one evening and the staff were so helpful about me having a peanut allergy. They advised me that everything would be free from contamination, all cooked in separate areas and also gave me recommendations for food which was great! They did my order first out of our group so I knew they did it separately and the staff were so friendly! The food was sooo good too, you get so much for the price you pay I am so impressed! Everyone I went with also was raving after we finished our food! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Food was delicious. On both occasions I have bought the Gochujang Chicken without the kimchi and I r.enjoyed it. I initially requested a regular but they have only had a small or large size. The small size pot was more than filling for myself. Find the prices reasonable which was £7.99 for the small pot. I've taken off one star as I felt that on my first visit, staff could have been more friendlier (smiles make a difference.) However, on the second occasion, the lady who served me was pleasant so I definitely felt welcomed.

Firstly the food here is excellent. There are a choice of dishes inspired by different cuisines. We chose the small size bowls which was plenty enough for us, we were full when we finished. The bowls come with rice, noodles, loads of vegetables and you can choose which meat or prawns you like. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. This place just needs a tidy up as it is a bit scruffy and although they have a long list of drinks they didn't have all of them and stock was low so 4 stars but hopefully 5 next time we go.

Food tasted amazing! However I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.. I ordered a large box but the portion size is way too small. Such a big box with so less meat. It really isn’t worth the price. Grounded kitchen who do similar food at similar prices definitely offer a lot more protein in their dishes especially when ordering a large box! I’ve seen a few reviews about the amount of protein given but thought I’d give you guys a chance. If you were to increase the amount of protein in each box then I’d definitely be ordering again over grounded kitchen but for now I’ll stick with them!

The food is good to excellent, and as a takeaway this is highly recommended. But as somewhere to eat, a tiny bit of effort would help. Perhaps having more than 3 glasses for the drinks, or not leaving tills bleeping away for 10 minutes at a time (repeatedly), or remembering if people selected rice, noodles or a mix. Doesn’t seem much to expect.

Tasty food but proportions of ingredients in the bowl weren’t great. I ordered a large chicken teriyaki bowl and 80% of the bowl was rice. Even when ordering prawns as an extra there was only 4 prawns. Overall, there was minimal protein in the bowl. Also minimal salad/veggies because of the sheer amount of rice. The food had a great taste but the ingredient proportions need to be looked at so I don’t pay for primarily a bowl of rice.

Not too bad although wasn't piping hot. Got cold when I reached home. Mexican burrito bowl was the best with beef and chicken mix. Malaysian satay and Korean were also good. Will dine in next time

Good food love the bowls, something different for dinner. Need more options as we've almost tried everything on the menu now. Worth mentioning the interior space is fun and atmospheric. Worth a visit and great for those looking for asian fusion to mix things up.

Been here a few times now. Food is great, staff cater well to my dietary needs and the customer service is outstanding. I find the meals very healthy to a point where I can put it in my diet, and is definitely my alternative for fast food.

I’ve eaten here twice now. Portion sizes are good and delicious however the main source of the protein IE chicken or falafel etc is minimal. In a regular bowl I only got 1.5-2 falafels and they were also split in half. Very very mingy with the main ingredients as filled with salad. I think you should visit Grounded Kitchen and check their Portion sizes. You would get a whole lot of business if you added more chicken or the main ingredient into the bowls.

It is halal and delicious 😋Got two regular bowls ..it was Gochujang and teriyaki..both with chicken. we couldn't finish it. We also got a side of sweet potato fries and the freshly squeezed juice. It cost us £23. I wouldn't get the freshly squeezed juice again as it was £3 for a small bottle which is pricey. BUT I would get the bowls again. Very refreshing...something different and very tasty! Well done Seoul Bowl 🥣👏

We went during their soft opening and staff were gracious to accommodate us for a dine-in although they only did takeaway at that time. Good food and amazing service! Will definitely come here again.

I was hoping to like this place, as a possible alternative to a certain other ‘Korean bowl’ in the city. I’m local, so it’s easy to pop round which is ideal. I tried first on a Friday Eve - it was a 45 min wait so I abandoned ship. I tried again this week, on a weekday afternoon, and ordered a chicken bowl. Ready in 20 mins - great! The presentation was good too. Unfortunately, the bowl wasn’t great. It was half-noodles and half-chicken, with minimal veg. The flavours weren’t good, the bottle of the bowl was full of liquid, there was a strange green sauce drizzled over which didn’t look very appetising. Overall, it was disappointing and I’m reluctant to try again anytime soon…

Enjoyed the the chicken bowl, presentation and taste great. Had to wait over 25 mins which was disappointing but could not fault the food.

So today I tried this place for the first time I was at my friend's shop the CBD Office and he asked me if I fancied some food now normally I'm not a big eater but I said I'll try some and save rest for later .. When it arrived i opened up the bowl and just thought WOW. The smell and the look off it with all off the different ingredients going on Inside the bowl. As I started mixing all the ingredients in the bowl together it revealed more and more delicious ingredients. Now im not normally a big or fast at eating but in no time my bowl was empty. When I was finished I actually regretted eating it all so fast as there was that much flavour going on inside the bowl I wish I slowed down and enjoyed every mouth full even more than I already did .......WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK FOR MORE AND ILL BE TELLING ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO TRY...... ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS ON MAKEING SOMETHING SO AMAZING

The food hits you from Seoul to Soul. Fresh ingredients with different elements in the bowl, masterfully creating a delicious dish. It’s a a chilled and cool environment coupled with great staff. You can tell making the customer happy is their main priority. See you again soon!

Really impressed with the bowl. It was tasty and fresh along with spicy kicks from the sauce on the beef. Definately coming back!
