Nice shopping centre but prefer Fosse park Parking to high in the Highcross

Good shopping center. Variety of high street shops. The multi faith prayer room is located next to the ground floor toilet area. Not much halal food stalls I have noticed, but Vegitarian is possible. The closet masjid is the city retreat center.

A good selection of popular brands and independent shops, cafes and eateries. Clean and safe, adjacent multi storey car park directly accessible from the centre.

So much to do, see & buy! What more could you want!?

The favourable place in Leicester for shopping.

Highcross has always been a place to shop for me, with a good choice of shops and food and drink outlets. A fair few empty units but not too many. Need a new Marks and Spencer store as the one outside is now closed. Could do with a lindt store and something like uniqlo would be great to see. Music was a bit loud and full of new songs on monday 14th April. Need to play more oldies. Very hit and miss music wise sometimes.

a few good shops like tiger, bodycare, greggs, the works, boots and build a bear. but, there's so many annoying teenagers here and nearby on the weekends and holidays it's not a nice place to be.

Really lovely shopping centre that seems to have pretty much every shop you may ever need. Not that easy to navigate but the staff at the information desk are really helpful.

Somehow, I just seem to walk through this complex as a shortcut. There are a few unusual shops, but it's not a Mall you'd visit every week. Maybe if the rates weren't so high or parking charges thanks to the council, there'd be more diversity of shops.

Quite a good shopping centre. Some decent shops. Needs to fill it's empty units especially the restaurants. It's looking a bit shabby in places. The staff are friendly especially Angie security she always makes me laugh I've known her for years. It's a good shopping centre aside from empty units, broken lifts and escalators let it down. Also your hand dryers in the toilets are rubbish. Please replace them with some better ones I can never get them to work.

Indeed a big mall but I would suggest putting the directions and layout of the brands location for public information as many a times you feel difficult finding some shops inside it. In addition to it, many times it's escalators or lifts are out of working order and then they will take ages to get repaired. Otherwise, you have clothing, food, boots, jewelry, perfumes brands etc inside it. Definitely recommending visiting here.

Going down hill Leicester City centre is full of homeless people. There were none in covid so accommodation can be found. I'm waiting to see if the council spend the recently obtained grant on homes for people and services. I was born here and my memory of the centre back years ago was wonderful. Our market has been torn apart by people who don't want to retain our history. My father was in charger of the coaches that came to the city to shop. It's all very sad. Please get it sorted.

Truly an empty dilapidated version of it’s former self. A series of closed shops with sad old decade old shops in between them.

The highcross itself is a nice building, well laid out and with clear and helpful maps. There are some empty lots which is a bit disappointing. There are some nice sitting areas on the lowest floor Always parking available Clothing stores are varied, some nice high quality spots, variety of styles and sizes The toilets are only on the ground floor which isn’t great imo, should be on both floors. Lots of interesting places to wander through, like TIGER, TYPO and Bodycare.

Love this shopping centre. It is always so clean and the shops are so varied. We prefer here to our local area. The parking is also spot on and not as expensive as you would think. The staff walking around are so helpful if you need anything.

Update 04.01.25 A few less (and empty) units in the centre but it's still in good shape and offering lots of variety. 👍😁 To begin with, I'm old, so not hip, trendy or used to 'hanging out' in 'Mawls (Malls 😉). But........ Highcross is always clean, airy and well presented. There are a good range of shops and the layout is interesting on a number of levels (!!!???) Maybe not fashionable to say but the 'loos are good too 😁👍. A good place to spend some time 👌

Christmas Decorations were a let down this year

Always go here to get a lot of Christmas presents, so many shops you can get a lot done, parked in john lewis car park, just a short walk across the glass bridge

Lost of great choices and moderate brands

Visited on boxing day, some stores not open, but Luke was and the range was great, as was the sale. Staff very attentive and obliging looking forward to the new season clothing in 2025.
